Edward searched high and low for his parents around the monastery. Ebony and Amaya both nagged him to not poke his nose where it didn't belong, but he didn't give a single fuck. He stuck his head in a waterfall to cool off and looked around once more.

"Hey, you're lost too?" A soft voice asked him.

Edward jumped before looking up at the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. She was at least three inches taller than him, curvy, thick-lipped, and by god she had the most gorgeous eyes in the world. Her hair was dyed dark blue with a pink streak, and was tied up in a messy, curly bun.

"Hey freckles, I'm talking to you!" She put her hand on her hip impatiently and flicked his nose.

"My name's Edward..." He blurted out, trying not to stare at her.

"Awesome. My name's Nicolette." She rolled her eyes and pouted slightly. "Can you tell me where the hell I am, please?"

Edward shrugged. "You're just as lost as I am..."

Nicolette groaned and sashayed away from him, staring at her reflection in one of the emerald columns. "What's your element? I got dirt or whatever. Shitty-ass element, don't you think?"

"Water... I got it from my mom..." He cleared his throat. "And I think you mean your element is Earth..."

Nicolette shuddered. "Ew. Sounds boring." She shook her head. "Not yours, I mean. Water sounds cool. Mine is just.. Ugh..."

Edward shrugged. "Hey, my dad told me the previous master, your dad, was the strongest guy he knew cause of his element. Maybe you'll learn to love it..."

Nicolette rolled her eyes and fixed her bun. "As if. So did your dad have any powers?"

"Master of lighting. My little sister inherited his powers apparently. She's nothing like him though."

"Ooh... What's her name?" She turned around and batted her long lashes, making pouty lips again.

"Amaya. She's quiet as hell, but she's really nice though, unlike my cousin Ebony... Future master of fire. Total asshole."

Nicolette purred. "You all sound like a fun bunch. Can't wait to meet the gang..." She cocked her hip to stick out her thick ass. Edward gulped and hid his blushing face.

Nicolette instantly noticed the boy's interest in her and smirked. "Well it was fun meeting you, Eddy-boy. I've got to leave you though... Don't want our elements to combine and make mud. Ew." She gave a high-pitched laugh before sashaying away.

Edward couldn't believe it. Did she like him too?
