The First Season I would change would be Season 3, The Overlord would hack the machine to show Cole instead of Jay which would be shown as he would say "Now the Ninja will be earlier to defeat", and Cole does have a small crush on Nya but they would fade out after Season 3

The scene would start the at Garmadon's monastery, "I will stay behind and guard the techno blades." Zane said to the others. The other Ninja would give Zane their techno blades. As the Ninja would enter Garmadon's monastery, Garmadon would greet and tell them .

"Please join us Ninja, I'm just about to have a lesson" Garmadon said. The Ninja would join him since he is a sensei. Events would play as normal til this scene. Garmadon would call the ninja to a different room and would then say "There is something that Wu never told you, about your elemental powers, I feel like you deserve to know this, your elemental power expect for Lloyd's, they come from y-" a scream is then heard "The Techno Blades!" The Ninja all say. 

The Ninja run outside to find a tied up Pixal, they then hack Pixal to get answers, after getting informed that nindroids are here. The Ninja prepare for a fight against some nindroids, the Ninja escape and go to the nindroid, Lloyd and Garmadon go with the Ninja because they might need the back up. Events play on as normal until they are at the junk yard.

"Are you going to finish what you were going to say at your monastery?" Kai asked Garmadon. "Thank you Kai for reminding me, for Cole, Jay, Kai, and even Nya, your powers come from your parents."

"But I can't do fire like Kai can" Nya responded. 

"Ah, that might be because your mother was the Master of Water." Garmadon replied. 

"But, why are you telling us this?" Cole asked

"Because to unlock Nya's elemental power to help us fight the nindroids." Garmadon replied.

A random piece of scrap of thrown near them, "Mind helping me and my dad finding some parts?" Jay asked. The Ninja help Jay and his dad find parts while Garmadon is training Nya to use her water power.

We then go to the Nya and Cole scene, "Cole, at Borg Towner, I went to the perfect match machine, it showed you" Nya said to Cole

"I mean, I liked you a little for some time now, but I didn't think I be your perfect" Cole replied to Nya, Cole and Nya then share a small kiss. Then the door opens.

"I-I thought you loved me" said in quiet voice

"Jay wait please let me exp-" Before Nya could even say anything.

"Shut up! I hate you!" Jay yelled before slamming the door.

Zane spots Jay walking out "Oh hey Jay, find the steering wh-" Zane was about to ask Jay. "Wait, where are you doing?" Zane yelled at Jay.

"Why don't you ask Nya and Cole!" Jay replied to loud voice before using spinjitzu to go quicker.

"Wait, what was that about?" Lloyd asked.

"I dunno, oh hey, find the steering wheel!" Kai said

Cole and Nya walk out the trailer they were in.

"Oh gosh, oh no, I realized now." Kai would then say

"Spill it out Kai." Lloyd said.

"At the beginning when Sensei made his school, Cole told me that he kinda liked Nya but since she was with Jay, he didn't act on it, I guess till now." Kai said

"And why would you keep this a secret!" Lloyd yelled at Kai.

"Not even I can think logical here!" Zane backing up Lloyd.

"He didn't want me to tell anyone and I didn't think that think it would end up like this!" Kai tried to defended himself

Everyone argues for a bit, til they hear Jay's voice, "AAAAHHHHHHHHH" Jay was screaming as he was being threw. Jay lands in a pile of scrap. Jay is down, Jay's ninja uniform is battle damaged with its sleeves ripped off.

"Uhhhh, what the heck was that!" Kai said. Nindroids would then show up to try to steal Lloyd's golden power.

"You two! Run!" Kai would said at Lloyd and Garmadon. Lloyd and Garmadon escape on Lloyd's golden dragon. 

The Ninja try to fight off the nindroids, but they are not doing so well even with Nya's new water powers. Nya was about to be attacked by a nindroid, but the nindroid just stopped moving, thats when we see Jay taking the power from a few nindroids, moving the lightning around and using it to take out a few of the nindroids. 

"How are you doing that?" Cole questioned Jay.

"Garmadon said that our powers can from our parents." Jay replied

"You got over that Nya and Cole thing very quickly." Kai said

"For the most part, I'm still kinda mad but we have more pressing matters." Jay replied while taking out a few more nindroids. The Ninja start to gain the upper hand til Jay is attacked from behind.

"Who did that?" Nya asked as she helps up Jay. Nya is also then attacked, but Jay then trips the fighter. It is then reveals that it is Wu. Everyone is shocked, Wu gets up and attacks both Jay and Nya. Jay and Nya land in a file of scrap

"Question." Nya asked.

"Yea?" Jay replied

"Do you actually hate me?" Nya asked.

"Not really a good time." Jay trying to avoid the question.

"Yea yea sorry." Nya apologize.

Kai, Zane, Pixal, and Cole are trying to fight Wu. Jay and Nya get up and use their elemental powers to fight back against Wu. The Ninja are down, then Pythor says "we have want we came for." They just leave.

"...........did they just leave us?" Cole said.

"Yea, I think so." Kai said.

"Well, Mr. Walker did finish the car that we were building before Jay left." Zane said. 

"Alright"

"Lets go to the City guys." Nya said. 

"Wait, I have maybe spotted a clue, Zane, Pixal, can you scan this?" Jay saw something.

"Give me a second to scan this" Pixal said. A few seconds went by then, "It seems to be a white scale."

"Maybe its a serpentine?" Kai asked

"We haven't seem them in a while." Jay said

"Wait, we should a message to the Garmadons." Nya said

Events play out the same til the final battle

Jay and Zane are fighting the Overlord, Jay is trying to defeat the Overlord with his empowered Lightning thanks to Lloyd, but it wasn't enough, Jay and Zane are sent to a top of a building near the traps traps, Zane knows what he has to do.

"I know what I must do, and you will try and stop me." Zane said to Jay

"Zane, don't do this" Jay trying reason with Zane, but Zane freezes Jay's legs so Jay can't stop him.

You know what happens next, everything happens the same, but I want to add something for Jaya fans

Jay's Pov

It's been three month since Zane sacrifice himself, I was at my parents junkyard, I have started a Twitch channel and Ninjatube channel because I have started taking guitar lessons for two months online and wanted to see if I could do anything with this, thats when I got a knock on the door to my personal trailer that my parents gave me. "The door's open." The door opens and I saw

"uh hey Jay" it was Nya

"I haven't seem you since, Zane sacrifice himself." 

"I wanted to know about the question I asked last time I was here"

"Oh right, I mean, uhh, a little sense, you know, the whole Perfect match thing."

"I talked to Cole about it"

"Really?"

"He was ok with just being friends"

"Oh, is that what you wanted to tell me?"

"That too, but I wanted to apologize about Cole, I'm sor-"

"I forgave you a while ago"

"Thats all I wanted to hear"

I blush a little bit, "So I started a Ninjatube channel about Music and I stream Ninjacraft on twitch."

"Oh, I know, I subbed like a month ago"

"Really?"

"Yea, well I have to go now, I have lesson with Wu and Garmadon with my elemental powers."

"Ok, I'll come visit soon."

"Ok, thanks Jay, see you later"

"See you later then"

And thats season 3
