Jake Walker and Pedro Barnes were a very original duo in the Young League of Heroes. By duo, I mean that they're like two little gray cells that combine to create an impressive work of stupidity.

They're the ones who have always held the record for doing stupid, irrational things, despite the warnings of the rest of their friends. It's just as if they can't help themselves from getting into trouble.

Every time Jake did something stupid, Pedro was with him. Although Pedro was more the smart one, but being with the Master of Storm for a long time made him dumb himself and willingly supported him in his actions.

Today was no different either.

It was a boring day in Ninjago. The sunny, hot day made everyone not want to do anything outside. So they stayed at Barnes' house to hang out and play video games and watch movies. The whole League of Heroes in each other's company.

Pedro and Jake were hanging out in the backyard with Eshter, Tsireya and Neona. The girls were sitting on a blanket and talking, while Jake and Pedro were playing with sticks play the lightsaber fight on Mustafar. Then Jake heard a noise.

- Can you hear it? - Jake asked, directing his gaze to the bushes.

- Hear what? - Pedro asked, looking where he was looking. The girls stopped talking and joined the boys.

- What's going on? - Tsireya asked.

- There. - Jake replied. The Master of Storm couldn't help himself and approached the bushes. He smiled when he saw the source of the noise: a kitten.

- What is it? - Neona asked curiously.

Eshter moved closer to her brother to see for herself. She gasped in shock and her eyes turned into stars. " It's a kitten! Awww what a cute little baby. " Eshter squealed.

- A kitten? Here? - Neona asked.

- Yeah, it's strange. My dad isn't a fan of cats, so how did it get here? - Pedro asked, scratching his head.

- Can we keep it? - Jake asked, looking hopefully at his friends.

- Hm, why not. - Pedro shrugged his shoulders, walking closer to the bushes.

- No! - Tsireya and Neona denied it.

- We don't know whose kitten it is and we don't know where its mother is. We'd better leave it alone. - Neona said.

- Yes, it could be a kidnapping. - Tsireya nodded her head.

Eshter, Jake and Pedro glanced at the kitten, which was now staring at them. After a moment, it meowed, and the teens almost immediately melted from the sweetness.

- That's cute! - Pedro squealed quietly.

- Pedro don't encourage them! You said yourself that your dad doesn't like cats and he'll be mad if he sees a stray kitten in the house. - Neona rebuked.

- Come on, leave it alone. - Tsireya begged.

Jake looked at Pedro with a mischievous smile. Telling Jake not to do something encourages him to do it even more. Pedro also smiled and nodded. Jake threw the stick behind him and slowly approached the kitten.

- Jake no! - Tsireya called out.

- Jake yes!

- Jake don't you dare! - Neona shouted.

- You can't stop me! - Jake cried out laughing, reaching with his hands for the cat.

- Jake, please don't touch.... - Tsireya began, when suddenly Jake squealed and jumped back, landing on his butt.

- OH MY GOD HE HAS A MOM!!! - Jake shouted, when suddenly a cat mom jumped out of the bushes and hissed warningly at him with a strained coat.

- Jake get away from it! - Eshter called out, stepping back violently with Pedro.

- Wait! Maybe I can make friends with her.

- You're crazy! You're threatening her baby, she's aggressive! - Neona called out. Jake waved his hand at her and extended his hand toward the cat. The cat mom became angry and meowed in a fighting gesture with an even more strained coat, hitting the boy's hand hard with her paw.

Eshter squealed and ran away, hiding behind Tsireya, who in turn decided to run inside. Neona made a facepalm and also withdrew inside.

- Leave them, boys, and get back inside! - Neona called out to Pedro and Jake.

- No, she attacked us! - Jake exclaimed, demanding a rematch with the cat mom.

- Yeah, because you threatened her baby! You provoked her!

- She rejected my friendship!

- She's mom, Jake! She wants to protect her baby, not be friends with a boy who wanted to kidnap her baby! - Tsireya cried out.

Aonung heard the noise and came downstairs to see the girls screaming through the window to Jake and Pedro in the backyard.

- Okay... As much as  I don't wanna know, I gonna ask. What's going on? - Aonung asked.

- Jake provoked the cat mom. - Tsireya answered.

- And now she wants fight with boys. - Eshter added.

- Pedro, give me the stick! - They heard Jake shout.

- Don't do it! - Eshter squealed.

- I'll do it! - Jake shouted out.

Aonung sighed exasperatedly and shook his head. Jake wanted to poke the cat lightly with a stick, but the cat's mother only meowed piercingly and rushed at the Master of Storm. Jake squealed and started to run away with the cat chasing him. The Tsakarem boy rolled his eyes at the idiot and went to help him chase the cat away.

- Shooo! Get out of here! - He yelled, waving his arms around to chase the cat away. The cat hissed and threw itself at Aonung and the rodeo began, with Aonung now fighting for his life. - GET IT OFF ME!

- What's happening? - asked Lo'ak when he appeared downstairs with Neteyam, Rose, Atlas and Lily.

- Dumb and dumber started a fight with cat mom and now the dumbest joined them. - Neona replied.

- OH MY GOSH! THERE'S MORE BABIES!! - Pedro called out when he found three more baby cats in the bushes.

- Pedro don't touch them! - Neona screamed.

- But look how cute they are! - Pedro exclaimed as he grabbed one kitten and lifted it up to show them. The cat mom turned around and with fury, jumped off Aonung's back and threw herself at Barnes with a snarl. Pedro left the kitten on the ground and started running away from the cat.

- Well, I think someone should document it. - Lo'ak shrugged his shoulders and pulled out his phone. Aonung and Jake ran after Pedro to help him with the predator chasing after him.

- Idiots. - Neteyam shook his head.

- Are we going to help them? - Lily asked.

- No, they're fine. - Lo'ak shrugged his shoulders, still recording the whole event.

- Why are you filming this? - Atlas asked.

- I'm helping.

- How is this supposed to help them? - Rose asked, frowning her eyebrows.

- I'm not helping them, I'm helping myself. This is perfect blackmail material. - Lo'ak stated.

- Fair enough. - Atlas nodded his head.

It took the three idiots 30 minutes to get the cat mom to retreat. Jake, Aonung and Pedro came home exhausted.

- Why would you do that!? - Neteyam exclaimed in disbelief.

- I just wanted to see the baby cats. - Jake replied.

- I found myself in this by accident. - Aonung stated.

- We were here first. - Pedro stated.

- Just leave the cat mom and her kids alone, okay? - Lily stated.

- And thanks for the great show. You guys did great. - Lo'ak said, waving his phone with a winning smile.

- Were you recording!? - Aonung yelled.

- Yep.

- That's it! These cats must disappear before my father returns! - Pedro growled.

- I'll help! - Jake chirped. 

- You just wanna see the babies again, Jake. - Aonung said deadly serious.

- Yes.

- Listen, leave this family alone! They will probably leave on their own in a while. - Eshter said.

- We'll do it, even if it's the last thing I do! - Pedro shouted.

- PEDRO BARNES DON'T YOU DARE!!! - Lo'ak, Neona, Neteyam, Rose, Atlas and Aonung all screamed in unison.

- This is my house and I can do whatever I want, bitches!
