[ Ship: Corporal Monk x Female! Anacondrai OC ] 

[ Note: This is a one-shot about Corporal Monk and an OC character named Faye, who is a apprentice to one of Anacondrai's Six Great Generals, Magnus Clever, making her a commander. When General Arcturus orders temporary cooperation between Magnus Clever's unit and the Shadow Brigade under the command of Polaris.P.Chumsworth, Faye meets his right hand, Corporal Monk, and they have a secret relationship. During a chat with one of the warriors, Corporal Monk becomes jealous. ]

Monk stared at a warrior from his ranks who was talking to Faye and laughing and smiling about something. His eyes narrowed dangerously as he sent that warrior murderous glances. Faye held back her laughter when she noticed Monk staring menacingly at the warrior she was talking to.

The warrior named Tough Bite furrowed his brows confused. - Something wrong?

Faye glanced at Monk, who had his arms crossed and was looking at the warrior with jealousy written on his face. She smiled slightly and shook her head. - No, Bite, everything's fine, it's just that.... A funny memory, when one of the warriors threw a water balloon at Commander Polaris and he started squealing like a little girl and with a red face from embarrassment started shouting at everyone around him.

Tough Bite smiled widely, also remembering this memory, and began his story again. He finished speaking and left, leaving Faye and Monk quickly approached her.

- Hi, sweetheart. - Faye said with a smile and crossed arms.

- What was that about? - Monk asked with frown as he stopped in front of her.

- Oh, nothing special. Tough Bite was telling me how he survived a big wave from Master of Water. Do you remember? We lost all our support then when the Elemental Masters attacked us.

Monk sighed and his expression softened as he looked down. - Yes, I remember. Fangpire and Hypnobrai turned on us for that disaster.

Faye furrowed her brow and his sadness reflected on her face. - Yeah, but they will get over it. You know what they are like.

Monk nodded his head. - Yes. Unfortunately.... Why?

- Why what?

- Why did he tell you this?

- Because I asked? 

Monk's jaw clenched as he frowned. - This wasn't so cool at all. Any Anacondrai can survive this. Nothing special about it.

Faye only smiled and rolled her eyes playfully. - Babe... Remember that you're the only one for me. No tale, no matter how amazing and unbelievable it is, nothing can take me away from you.

Monk muttered something under his breath exasperatedly.

Faye sighed and put her hand on his shoulder. - I love you.

Monk nodded. - I know.

Faye frowned and sent him a blank stare. Monk smiled after a moment and put his arm around her waist. - I love you too.

Faye smiled almost immediately and leaned up to kiss him. Monk sighed and pulled her closer to him and hugged her tightly, burying his face in the hollow of her neck.

- Marry me. - he said quietly.

Faye opened her eyes and moved away to look at him. - What was that?

Monk looked at her and took her hands in his. - Will you marry me?

She sighed with a laugh. - Monk... There is a war now. We can't.

Monk rolled his eyes playfully. - Marry me. Marry me when this whole nightmare with humans is over.

Faye smiled and nodded. - Then yes... I will marry you.

Monk smiled, leaning over and kissed her.

- You know... You look hot when you're jealous. - Faye said with a mischievous smirk. Monk furrowed his eyebrows and his smirk reflected her own.

A/N: AAAAAAAAAAH! I love Monk so much, you guys have no idea! I NEED more scenes from the Serpentine War and learn more about the Anacondrai warriors! Well... just take a look! This Anacondrai has already won my heart and Faye is incredibly lucky to have him! It's just sad that unfortunately their relationship didn't live to see a happy ending : (
