(Y/N) POV

I watched in amazement as Axl, Lance, and Aaron placed stone Clay on the roof of the Fortrex.

- Mm, is that a really good idea?- I asked Macy, who was standing next to me.

"Well, can anyone tell me why we put Clay at the very top of Fortrex?- Axl asked.

- You heard Merlok. We should treat Clay as if he was still with us.- Macy said.

- Yes, but it has to be right here?- Aaron asked.

- He'll take some fresh air.- Macy replied, and I laughed softly.

- Good morning?! Knight, are you there?! -Lance asked a stone Clay, hoping he, would answer him.

- Um, it doesn't matter to him.-  I said, crossing my arms.

Merlok appeared on the Fortrex screen.

- Macy thinks very well, we have to treat Clay as if he is still on our team. Let it be a symbol of motivation, inspiration and support. 

- Yes, but what if someone sees him here and realizes, he has turned to stone?- Lance asked.

"We'll say it's a statue of Clay in thanks from the king for saving the queen.- Aaron said.

- It might work. -I agreed.

- Good idea! Right, Merlok?-  Macy asked, but the wizard had already disappeared.

We received a Jestro attack call in the city of Bravington, and since Fortrex was still having power issues, we drove vehicles there while I was on a dragon.

"We'll keep them until you join us with Fortrex.-  Aaron said.

= A short skip time =

When we got there, it was chaos. People were running around screaming in horror, and Jestro was firing forbidden power at them while flying on a mini jet.

Lance tried to stop him, but the jester shot him with a force that made him terrified and started screaming. Axl saved him and helped him recover, after which they started to attack again. Aaron ordered a "wedge" formation and they started driving vehicles around. Unfortunately, this time the Rogul used the power of fear on the white knight. Macy caught him with her mech.

"Merlok, we won't last long without power, we need it now!- I said to the wizard.

- Got it! Get ready for the combo nexo scanner!- he exclaimed.

Lance, Axl and Aaron summoned the power and started destroying the monsters and Fortrex finally got to us.

I smiled victoriously under the hood when I saw the cloud use lightning bolts on the stone Clay and... it brought him to life. Clay came down from the roof with his sword drawn. I felt scared because if the cloud brings the monuments to life then they are under his control and it is possible that he is too.

The others lost their concentration and the stone knight attacked them.

- What is going on here?- Macy asked.

- I saw the cloud revive him with his power.- I said, floating on the dragon next to her.

The red knight gasped. - So he's... evil now?

I was about to answer, but Clay threw his sword at the girl's mech, she lost control of it and fell to the ground. What shocked me most was that Clay was starting to command the monsters that were attacking us. I made my dragon disappear and I landed next to the knights, sword drawn.

- Clay, what are you doing?! You're not evil! - Macy shouted.

- I live to serve my master...Monstrox.- Clay said in a dark, hoarse voice.

- Woah... - Aaron said in shock.

"Sorry, they brainwashed you pretty well, Mr. Stone Knight.- I told him, what he growled at me.

- ATTACK!! -he ordered the monsters and they started to attack us.

He jumped in front of Aaron and struck him with his sword, pushing him away. He did the same with Axl. Lance tried to attack him with the nexo power, but Macy pushed him away. I tucked my sword behind my back and used a spinjitzu, circled the stone Clay twice, then hit him, knocking it to the ground. This surprised him, but he stood up and attacked me when I had time to draw my sword back. I fight strongly with him, but he was more fierce, so I decided to avoid his progress when he fiercely tried to strike me with his sword.

- Relax, Clay! I'm not here to fight! -I shouted, avoiding his sword slash.

He said nothing but attacked just like a...machine. Macy hit him with the mace, pushing him away.

Clay looked at Jestro and he sent him a power that he at people who wanted to fight, terrifying them.

- And what now?- Macy asked Aaron.

"Unfortunately we have to retreat... Merlok get Fortrex away from here, we have to withdraw, we will cover you!-  he called to the wizard.

- Seriously? -I asked.

- We can't risk losing Clay. -Macy said to me.

After that, the knights jumped into their vehicles and the Fortrex retreated. I looked at the stone Clay, giving him a disappointed look. I shook my head to focus and summon the dragon, but ... I couldn't. I'm too scared.

- Haha! Watch, them run away! -Jestro said, as he landed.

- Yes, like a bunch of cowards! My granite friend, you could be of use to our army.- Monstrox said, as he flew over to the knight.

- I live to serve you, my Lord. -he said to the cloud.

- WHAT?! -I said to them.

They looked at me hostile, and I snarled at them in pure rage. I walked over to Clay and we growled at each other, the cloud began to laugh.

- Relax, knight! The rest of what you can do to my army!! -he said, laughing.

I glared at him menacingly.

- Shut up, Monstrox. You lying, hideous, sneaky, two-faced necromancer. - I said every word with the venom and he looked at me surprised.

- And as for you ... you imbecile, blockhead, hero for nothing, pseudo hero, already Lance is better than you!! -I growled at Clay in pure rage.

"And second ... I'm no goddamn knight, I'm a ninja! - I said to everyone.

Jestro, Monstrox, some guy and a witch looked at me confusedly. I snarled at Clay, making him flinch a little and back away. I turned, created a dragon, and followed the Fortrex.

I got to Fortrex, where the knights were in the command center and were talking. They looked at me confused.

"It's true Clay is back, but he's bad and what are we going to do about it? -I asked, standing next to Aaron.

- Everything's all right? You look angry. -the archer said.

"Nothing ... I told Clay what I think of him right now, and that's it.- I said shrugging my shoulders.

- What did you... tell him? - he asked.

I looked around at them, leaned in his ear, and started whispering. He widened his eyes in amazed.

- Wow, you such words.- he said to himself.

- My diagnosis is this. This problem was caused by Monstrox's dark magic, which means we need to heal Clay with my nexo magic. -  Merlok said.

Ava doubted the idea, but Robin said it would be fine.

An unexpected visitor has shown up in the garage... Clay, and he's obviously not friendly. We stood in front of him, ready to fight him.

- I'll raze this vehicle to the ground. - he said to us.

- We won't let you do this.- Macy said.

- Beautifully, Clay came to raze the vehicle to the ground. How original. -I said.

- I'm not the one you know as Clay. I am the Gray Knight and you are to get out of my way. -he said, he drew his sword and hit us, pushing us in different directions.

Macy got up, ran to him and hit him with her mace, pushing the monster away.

"You are Clay Moorington, my friend, and I know you are in there.- she said, and Clay slapped her his shield, throwing her back.

Lance started to attack, but Clay easily dismissed him. And he wanted to go towards Merlok, Axl caught him along with Aaron, but rejected them too. Robin came in and wanted to talk to him, but Clay also caught him and threw him away, Aaron caught him. I walked over to the so-called Gray Knight, poked him in the back, and when he turned, I used the power of the earth and tossed him back to the exit.

- Sorry, we don't accept self-proclaimed evil knights. - I said.

Macy ran to the stone knight.

- Are you a Gray Knight now?- she asked.

- I live to serve my master.- he said, getting up.

- It won't change my opinion of you anyway. I think you gotta get some oil in your head. -she said, starting to fight him.

Lance tried to sneak up on him, but it failed and he defeated them both again. Everyone surrounded him and started to fight him. Aaron tied him with a power rope and Axl hit him with his ax, throwing him against the wall. The monument broke free of the ropes and was supposed to go to the entrance to the depths of Fortrex. Merlock cast a spell on him that cast the Gray Knight miles away.

Me, Macy, Aaron, and Axl walked over to Ava, who was setting Clay's trajectory flight after casting a spell.

- Good heavens! Do you also think that was the biggest spell?- Merlok asked us.

"No wonder, Robin has set the energies to at least one hundred eighty percent.- Ava said.

"Hope it was enough and didn't hurt Clay. - I said to everyone.

"And if it worked ...- began Merlok.

- Let's find him before the monsters do. -Aaron said.

- Exactly, Aaron. -Merlok said.

I looked at the screen, worried about my friend.
