OPERATION CODENAME: ARCTURUS

Dear Uncle

i'm writing this letter just to let you know I was handling just fine, also the overlord did survive from the battle. We were STILL in New Ninjago City and you should have seen it. Everything looks so futuristic where there's machine and robots. Until those bad guys ruined it and kidnap Lloyd. Luckily, the ninjas manage to rebooth the system while i saved lloyd from a tragic accident. Not only that i was surprise that his father was there with him. Everything is peaceful again but for how long. Who knows there might an outcome coming for us and we'll be ready for it, plus it's not going to be easy.

i forgot to mention, i saw Zane the big brother i'm talking about. Who would have  Zane has found his soulmate? a robot girl. Can you believe it?

Also, that was a good idea using a pigeon as a messenger, its a good thing i ask Rava. We also took a picture from a cameramachine booth so that you can see it. I sent Rava to Dark Island where the ninja are so that know what they're doing.

By the way, You were right about the love stuff but i don't know if he felt the same ways as i do. I hope your doing fine.

Jinmay Ender

"I may not have much power left, but that doesn't mean they'll stop looking for me," Lloyd sadly stated. Along with the other ninja and the senseis, were in a place they have not been to in a long time: the Temple of Light on the Dark island."Which also means that we should not let anything separate us again," Zane said firmly with a smile, and the other ninja agreed. Lloyd couldn't help but smile at his brothers.

But then Lloyd concentrated and used all of his energy to beam his powers to the ninja as he stood in the center of the temple, and the ninja squarely surrounded him; just like the first time, before the Ultimate Battle. After Lloyd was through with transferring the rest of his powers to the ninja, they began to awaken their powers from the inside...but they got too excited and caught up in the moment that they just started showing them off like a school girl with some new fancy ribbons.

"Such insolents," Garmadon growled at their childishness. "But it was Lloyd's idea," Sensei Wu added."Their young minds just don't see that they make too many risks," Garmadon protested."But without risks, how will anyone ever know what their limits are? Patients, Brother. We will find Cyrus; then may we rest easy again." "At this point...we don't have the luxury of resting anymore," Garmadon sighed. Outside the temple, Rava was spying on the ninjas as she morph into her crow form and fly back to report her.

Back in the City

Jinmay and Vatu are exploring the city something different than before. Vatu said that the people are relying too much on technology which is making the insufficient, in other word lazy work. They also try out the restaurants and shops they're really new and kinda delicious. They're at the park, Vatu in wolf form was playing with the kids since they think his a dog but they kept on petting and rubbing him. Jinmay was doing a serenade in front of everyone were they are listening to her song.

We've been close a long time, As close as friends can be.

Everyone clapped their hands as she took a bow. After they left, she was counting the money that she recieved. Vatu came and said, 'yo jinmay that song is kinda romantic. It's like your singing to someone.' Jimmay flustered and turn her face away to prevent him from seeing her face turn red. Vatu looked around and morphed into his human form so that nobody saw him."by the way what happen back there during the rescue mission? Rava sense that your energy almost overexertion. It's like you used up your power so fast." Vatu asked.

Her face gotten redder, she recalled the fact that her energy is being exhausted is coz she transfered her energy to Lloyd so that he could be recovered by a kiss on the lips. Jinmay doesn't want to tell him about it might embarrased. "trust me you don't wanna know." she said. Rava came back from the island and told her about the report about lloyd giving up his power, placed it on their friends. After the report, Rava asked, "is your mind clear? Do you feel his essence in your mind?" "not anymore, i don't hear the overlord's voice anymore." jinmay replied. Vatu who was eating hotdog and said, "i guess his out of your system, that takes care of that means we can take a day off and start your lesson." Jinmay wondered and realize it's not over yet. "i don't think the overlord can be defeated that easily. Even though the system is rebooted i have a bad feeling he might've escape." She said. Rava agreed, "she's right it's best that we should observe the ninjas and their action. Maybe they might find something important."

Jinmay suggest, "ok we'll split up. Rava, you head to Borg's Tower to check any information on what they're researching. Vatu, i want you search outside of the city to see if there's danger activity." "What!!! Why do i check outside the city?" Vatu complained. "Coz your the guardian of the forest, you sense them through aura and also your a wolf that runs very fast and a great tracker. It's like searching for prey." She explained. Vatu groaned and ask, "what about you? What are you going to do?" "Well, i'm going to do a little investigation here in ninjago city."

After that, the spirit guardians do their job while jinmay wanders around in ninjago. She was investigating the city to see whether there is something, mean by asking spirits. She ask all the question if they saw dark energy activity but no luck. When it was over, she knew the overlord was nowhere to be seen in the city. While searching, she halt and saw Cole, Jay and Nya going to the movie theatre. She wondered why are they going there if they should be investigating. She wanted to check it out so she change her shinobi suit into her clothes. As she came out of hiding, she is wearing a t-shirt and jeans also rubber shoes. She put on her hat and try to follow them. She looked at the theatre and said, "wow so this is a theatre. I heard that you can watch any movie. I wonder if it is good." As she get the ticket and entered.

Rava's pov

I infiltrated inside Borg industries to find some information that's when i sense someone is coming. I hid and saw Garmadon came out of the elavator. I followed him to the office. When we got there, i found P.I.X.A.L., Zane and Sensei Wu streaming the computers."Still nothing with search?" Garmadon asked as he entered further into the office while i sneak in and cast an illusion around me so that no one knows i was here.

"No. There hasn't even been one small sign of Pythor or Cyrus, but the ninja are searching in places where we don't have eyes," Wu said and pointed at a monitor that displayed Lloyd on a bike, as he was in the Toxic Boggs."Nothing but acid swamps and dying trees here," he said on the radio."Can you search the Glacial Barrens next?" Wu asked."I may be useless when it comes to using my powers or moving mountains, but I can still cover ground. Over and out!" Lloyd said, and then he sped off. "But what's this you called me about, Bother? Something about 'Project Arcturus'," Garmadon questioned. I blinked and thought, 'Project Arcturus. Hm.....'

"About fourty-eight hours ago, Zane and P.I.X.A.L. stumbled upon a Morse-code message. It said something about 'Arcturus'," Wu replied."Arcturus certainly brings back memories; we faced a Serpentine general by that name long ago," Garmadon stated. 'so he must be a Serpentine General as well just like the others.'

"Indeed. There is even a celestial zodiac by that name. But we still don't know how it's in any way related to our problem," Sensei Wu explained.Suddenly an alarm sounded. My eye's widened when i heard it. "Facial scanners have found something!" P.I.X.A.L. Stated. They all looked at P.I.X.A.L.'s computer, and they saw two van and a large semi-truck driving on a desolate road in the mountains."It's General Cryptor of the Nindroids," Sensei Wu said."We assume that they're using Cyrus to build something, but we aren't sure what yet," Zane added."We need to find the destination of those trucks. Contact our nearest ninja," Sensei Wu said firmly.

JInmay's pov

At the movie theatre in New Ninjago City, I was inside watching a movie and it iwas cool one also spying at Cole, Jay and Nya who were watching a movie too."Oh, I love Fritz Donogan!" Jay said with excitement, but Cole and Nya hushed him. I don't know what's wrong with them but when Jay and Cole reached into the popcorn bucket at the same time, their hands accidently touched, and so they groaned in disgust and stood up. For some reason they seem to hate each other i wonder why. "You know, it still wasn't my stupid idea to come to the movies as a double-date to choose. Could you at least behave, you two?" Nya asked angrily. And suddenly Nya's old and classic flip-phone began to ring. And then an angry employee came walking up to them."All phones and other distracting devices must be shut off," he stated angrily, and then walked away as Nya apologized and then shut off her phone. I whispered to myself, " i wonder what Vatu and Rava is doing now."

While i was watching, i had a vision only this time something disturbing.

As i came to, i got a little bit speechless. 'Ok that was wierd, what just happen? Hm...What is this tournament about...? Andy what did Cyrus meant to Nya a ninja i mean she doesn't have powers or does she....? Also, I wonder why Big brother yelled I am the titanium ninja? Could it be......?' i shook my head and continue watching, "Nah it's probably nothing."

In Borg's Industries

"Nya's not picking up, so scratch her off the list. But Kai is the next closest in proximity," Zane pointed out."Good. Tell him to go and catch them, but don't engage. They can't know that they have a tail," Sensei Wu said firmly. Rava notice as well and tried to contact JInmay and Vatu. She explained about the nindroids and pythor planning something about a project called Arcturus.

Vatu's POv

I was on the mountainside road where there cars passing by. Rava, jinmay and i were discussing on about. When Rava mentioned Arcturus, my head tingle almost like i've felt it. 'Arc--Arcturus you say, that's strange i think i'v heard that name somewhere before' i answered hesitantly. 'what!! You've heard about it.' jinmay excalimed. 'i-i think so but for some reason i don't know where.....it's just that i had a feeling.' i said until i saw a red vehicle chasing down a truck. i had a chance to get a closer look, it was kai and the nindroids, not only that i saw Pythor with them. i was crossed to see him again, doing evil stuff like he used to. 'hey guys this must be my lucky day. i saw Kai chasing the trucks with the nindrods and guess who else is with them, it starts with a long- headed freak' I told them. 'PYTHOR!! He's back great just what we need. An Anacondrai doing some fiendish plan what he's up to now' Jinmay complained. 'we do not know mistress, it must have something to do with the project that the ninjas talking about. Vatu you must follow them but you mustn't pursuit them.' Rava told. "ok just follow them and don't pursuit them. Got it Since when did i ever doubted you" I said sarcastically. However, jinmay complained and made me recall the time i was overconfident and irresponsible.."ok there's that and that. Alright i just made 2 mistake before but this time i'm serious." i told her. I used super speed and mist to chase after them without letting the red ninja notice me behind.

Kai POV

I grabbed the steering wheel as I started driving again. Man! It felt good driving the X-1 Charger "Remember keep you distance. We only need to know where are they heading" Pixal says as I see some trucks up in the mountain."Boring!" I exclaimed at her. "What I want to know is what are they hiding" I said as once again I go full speed and, slightly, crashed into someone else's car. Oops"Careful!" Pixal exclaims to the communicator. "Keep your eyes on the road Kai" She warned me."I just getting the feel of it" I explained to her. "You know all cars are handled differently""Yet this car is far worth more than you" Pixal said. Wow, she was a little bit snappy but yet she looks so innocent. "I would not advise that..." she started talking but I started not listening to her. What's the big deal? It's just a car."Let's if we can find some killer tunes" I said to myself I pressed a random button. I looked behind me to see something rising from the car and suddenly shoots missiles. Wrong button.

Up ahead I see the trucks being speed up even more than it should. I guess they know I'm following them now. I lift up my shades to see up ahead that nindroids are getting in small vehicles and are now heading towards me."Oh oh" is the only thing I could say before the nindroids get even closer to the Charger and make one sharp cut on each side of the car. It made these horrible screech noises you do when you strike a chalk against a board or something like but it felt worse. I tried to control the car but it was no use, I have failed."You have done enough" Pixal said in a irritated voice. "From here and out, I will control" she finished saying and once again took control of the Charger.>"Hey! I was driving!" I exclaimed as the steering started moving on its own."Not anymore" Pixal said and once again I think she either has a grin or smirk or both because I could tell when someone is doing that.

I think she has more sense of humor than Zane, no offense. Pixal started driving/controlling the car going up speed after the trucks filled with nindroids. What the heck is she doing? "What are you doing?" I asked nervously. If I get caught, i'm screwed."Now that out plans are spoiled, our only hope is to get you board into that semi-truck to see what are they transporting" Pixal explaimed. I sighted in relive."I like it when a plan comes together" I said. Pixal now got me exactly next to the truck where a lot of nindroids there and turn around. I spoke to soon.The nindroids started shooting lasers at the charger and before one of them could hit me, Pixal pulled on the brakes so hard I almost fell off the car literally. I was very startled by the sudden action. Before I could get back to my seat, Pixal speeds up faster behind the truck and I got back to my seat again. This ride is even worse than a roller coaster.

Up ahead, I think one of the nindroids starts shooting the mountain next to them and before I knew it, giant rocks come tumbling down the mountain. I screamed and cover my face as I passed that portion of the road filled with giant rocks. I was waiting for it to hit me, but it never happen. I uncover my face and looked behind me where the rocks are being exploded into a million of pieces. I guess Pixal took care of that."That was close" I said to her."I thought close was the objective" Pixal said. Ha ha ha, very funny. She sped up again faster and got side to side with the truck from earlier but as we did, the nindroid driving the truck look at me from the rear mirror and tried to slam the truck at us. Luckily Pixal saved me, again."I can't get past him. Get ready and hold on" Pixal says. What does she mean by 'hold on'? "Get ready for what?" I asked her nervously, again."This" is the only thing Pixal answers as I getting lower from my seat than usual. My seat is getting lower and lower into what it seems a motor cycle.

The front part of the Charger lifts up. I go off in the motorcycle at full speed with my hands in the air, screaming until I slam myself into the back of the truck. 'Ow' is the only thing I could think of but I hold on steady on the back of the truck. I look behind me and the motorcycle goes back to its place in the Charger."Keep your sunglasses close, there are also a receiver so we could communicate" Pixal says to me from the sunglasses. I can communicate with her on sunglasses!? Ugh, I hate technology.I start climbing the back of the truck. "Alright! Time to heat things up" I say as I am meet up face to face with 3 nindroids. Time to use my fire powers! I light up my fist on fire and shoot at a nindroid. "You're fired!" I exclaimed as the nindroid goes down. "You're fired!" I exclaimed as one by one goes down and into the road.I look up on what I did and I see that I have a very big problem. I lit up almost half the truck with my fire. I spinjitzued across it but I only seem to make it worse and to top this off...the truck is carrying tanks of fuel."Uh, Pixal? I am standing on a tanker of jet fuel, and I think I just lit the match" I said nervously to her, not knowing what her reaction will be.

Borg Industries

"Jet fuel? He needs to get off that truck before it explodes!" Garmadon exclaims."Pixal, get him off of there" Sensei Wu ordered Pixal to do since she was helping Kai."Kai, there's a series of on-coming one-way tunnels.You need to hurry and get out of there!" Pixal states at Kai. Rava' eye widened as she try to contact Vatu as soon as possible. 'Um Rava, i was following to the tunnel until Kai just lighted a fire on a liquid causing a fire to follow a truck. Was that a good thing or a bad thing?' Vatu respond. 'Vatu, listen you have to get out there now before it explodes when it reach the tunnels.' Rava instructed. 'what and abort the mission. No way i got to know where they are taking the truck. Over and out.' as he cut her off. 'Vatu...wait.' Rava said with worried, "Oh dear Vatu."

Vatu's pov

While chasing them, Kai saw more Nindroids coming up to get him, but he also looked down to see that his car was still speeding after the truck...but he didn't see the fact that his car accidently hit the tanker and created a hole, making the jet-fuel inside begin to spill when his car was driving by the side of the semi to retrieve Kai. "oh scrap!" i exclaimed. But it was too late when we reached the tunnels, I saw kai's car probably P.I.X.A.L. taking the control had to get behind the truck again. As they sped through the tunnels, i saw Kai was succeeding in defeating the Nindroids, but one accidently landed on Kai's car, and fired at laser at the engine, causing it to explode and destroying it. The car was down and out, i manage to dodge away. And look back on top of the semi where Kai was fighting the last Nindroid, he was holding it up against the ceiling of the tunnel, creating thousands of sparks, and he didn't realize those sparks had ignited the trail of jet-fuel until after he threw the Nindroid he was facing off of the semi."Not good!" I said as i speed ahead away from the truck. I almost made it outside of the tunnel when the flames reached the truck. And at the same, we reached the end of the tunnel JUST when the explosion of one of the semi's carrying jet-fuel exploded behind me, causes me to stumble and rolling on the road while the other truck passed by.

As i got up and recover, i let out a cough, "whew! Man i got out of there alive and here i thought i was roasted for good. it's a good thing i'm a spirit guardian that i recover fast." I notice Kai wasn't caught on the explosion coz his scent wasn't there in the tunnel. (what! I maybe a fast but i'm a good tracker, i track their scent). 'Vatu, are you alright? Did you two made it out?' Rava asked. 'yeah i'm fine and so is kai. He manage to got off to another truck where pythor is.' I stated.

'will you still be able to track the truck?' 'No but i was able to track kai's scent. It's a good thing that he got sweaty."

'Good, keep following his scent and let us know what you found.'         ' Roger that.' i  replied

'oh and vatu pls don't do anything stupid.' jinmay reminded. "hey i'm a samurai and a wolf. You worry too much, i'll be careful. I mean what could possibly go wrong?" i commented. 

'that's what i'm afraid of.' jinmay sighed ruefully

As i ran off, Following kai's scent along the road.

Jimay's POV

As I exited the theatre in back New Ninjago City and back to the top of the building. I changed into my shinobi gi without the mask."Ok, so that movie was actually pretty good," I admitted. I was sitting on the edge wondering what vision she saw doesn't explain. I thought about the ninjas and wonder what if something must have happen to them. The more i think about it, the more i get worried.

While i was waiting and thinking at the same time, Rava came back from the Borg's Industries and discover the secret of project Arcturus. She also said that the only way for the Overlord to become the Golden Master is one thing that needs to obtain: the lost Golden Weapons. I recalled the time the ninjas destroyed the Golden Weapons which was sent to the stars before. That means they are heading to space. I called Vatu and explained the situation coz I had a bad feeling.

Kai was being chained up against the project Cyrus was working on, and he tried to yell but he was gagged. But then Pythor slithered up to him."I have a hankering for some barbequed ninja...well done," Pythor said with a grin, as he looked up at the giant rocket booster Kai was chained to...and would be burned to death when launching. But the other ninja (with lloyd this time) were traveling at God-speed towards Ouroboros, and they were getting closer as the city was in their sights."Prepare lunch oh sorry i mean launch," Pythor demanded corrupted-Cyrus.

The others arrived at the city, but when they were in the center, it was empty."There's nothing here, guys!" Cole pointed out the obvious."You think this was just a wild goose-chase?" Jay asked. Lloyd said, "C'mon let's look around." As they scowered the area, jay notice someone as he ran towards it and grabbed it. The ninjas saw jay and followed to see who he caught

Vatu's Pov

I made it to the city, Jinmay explained everything to me and wondered why did they needed a fuel in a middle of Ourobobors. I try to track kai's scent until someone jumped behind me. As i was on the ground, i open them to see who it was. Great! Its jay as he recognize me and started gripping my armor. "ok pal tell us...wait....you!" Jay said angrily as he start shaking me, it seems he wasn't happy to see me. "you...good-for-nothing...stealing canive." he said keeps shaking me. "dude, what are you talking about? And stop shakin me." I said.

The ninjas gathered and recognize me except lloyd. Lloyd saw me but was confused why jay is angry at me. Lloyd ask his brothers, "guys, whose that?"

Cole said, "he called himself Vatu, he's a samurai. We met underground when we investigate the serpentines. He also bring peace to the serpentine and swear an oath." Jay said, "yeah also a creep too I bet he might working with them. I say we shock him" As his hand has electricity, i shield my face cowering in fear. "woah chill out. I'm not working with them plus what's wrong with you? If its about Nya, i'm just being a gentleman also you shouldn't just jump into conculusion like that." I said to jay. "are you sure your not hitting on her?" jay asked, wanting to know. "hitting her? What do you mean? I'm just happy to see a fellow samurai that's all now would you mind letting go off me." I answered. Zane stated, "he's right jay i don't think he has an interest on Nya. He sees Nya as a fellow samurai." "Sheesh what do you expect" i said anxious. Jay let go of me and sighed relief, i don't know what's gotten into him but i'm glad he didn't choke me. As i get up and try to clean up myself.

Lloyd questioned, "Anyway, i like to ask what are you doing here?" "i was about to ask the same question." I wondered. Jay said, "look i'm sorry for being harsh but we're here to find where they are and save our friend kai." i blinked and said, "kai?! You mean that spiky hair boy who got captured by a robot and a scaly freak on a truck." Their eyes' widened when i mentioned it. Cole asked, "you know where he is." "yeah i've been following his scent for awhile however it stops here." i said as i looked around and crouch down. "uh did he just say follow his scent?" Jay asked confused at his brothers. I placed my hand on the dirt and closed my eyes. I used aura to see through nature then i saw a hollow underneath our feet suddenly i saw a wave of aura almost like its about to open. As i opened my eyes and turned to the ninjas who were staring at me. "Wierd there's a hollow down here. i wonder if it opens. Also, I wouldn't stand there if were you." I said to them. They gave me a strange look what i was talking about. But then we felt the ground shake, and they were surprised to see that the ground they were standing on was unfolding. And it was too late for them to run when they fell into the chamber below. Luckily, I was on the safe side i stared down and jumped in after them.

When I landed, I discover we found that we were in the same room with Cyrus, Pythor and the Nindroids. And then Jay read the word 'ARCTURUS' written in all caps on the side of a huge rocket."Arcturus...is a ROCKET?!" Jay asked.'So that's what its for' I thought."Look, it's Kai! We gotta get him outta there and fast!" Lloyd said as he pointed down at helpless Kai down below."No. We need to take the launch key," Zane said as he pointed at the small launch key that was ready to be turned in the other room. "I'll help beside i can't let you have all the action." I asked. Jay said, "sure we could use a samurai who is not a girl stealer, if you know what i mean." I rolled my eyes and went with them. I telepathy tell Rava and Jinmay about their plan. Jinmay told me to make sure i help them. But as we ran across the bridge, however we're not sneaky as i thought coz Pythor and the Nindroids spotted us."Getthem!" Pyhtor yelled, and the Nindroids fired lasers, destroying the bridge rather quickly .

And as Zane, Cole, Jay and I fell, lucky for Lloyd he continued to jump and made it to the other room.The other four ninja used their powers to battle the Nindroids while i used my fist to punch them, and it was soon to much for the evil Robots."Retreat!" Cryptor called to his Nindroids, and they all escaped onto the rocket and closed the doors behind them. Back up in the room with the launch key, Lloyd was about to take it, when corrupted-Cyrus crawled down the wall in his mechanical spider limbs, and he knocked Lloyd back. And Pythor came in at that moment too. While they are freeing kai, i heard lloyd's voice. "Guys, help!" Lloyd called down to the others and they looked up to see Lloyd dangling out of the door by Cyrus' limbs. Luckily I caught Lloyd when he dropped. He looked at me and said, "woah your kinda fast to catch me." "hey what can i say? I'm one of a kind." i said as i put him down.

"Launch sequence in T-minus thirty seconds," a male computer voiced announced after Pythor turned the launch key, and it began to count down."I have to get back up there!" Lloyd said."Dude are you nuts! We need to get outta here!" I yelled."But we can't let the Over Lord get the Golden Weapons!" Kai pointed out."I'd say we have more pressing matters than that!" Jay shouted."Oh, you mean like the giant rocket pressing on us?! Jee, I would never had noticed that!" Cole grunted sarcastically as the rocket was whirring, and the time was at fifteen seconds."We need to make sure the Over Lord does NOT get those weapons...even if it means going into space!" Lloyd said firmly as he pressed a button on the side of the rocket and that opened doors into the loading compartment of the rocket."You're kidding, right?! How are we gonna survive in space when we don't know the first thing about it?!" Cole asked as Lloyd got into the rocket.The time was now at five seconds."You said we wouldn't separate again, so are you with me or not?" Lloyd asked, eventually i watched as they all just agreed and climb in. "Lloyd!"

Lloyd and the ninjas stared at me, "are you sure about this? If you go, you do realize you won't be able to come back. Why are you risking so hard to protect that is dangerous?" i began to questioned them. Lloyd thought of it and looked at me with his determine face. "that's because we were made to protect, that's our duty." he answered as they closed the door behind them. I used my speed to get myself out of there.

As i made it outside away from the city, i stood there as I could see the bright light of the rocket's fire ascending from the desert far out over the horizon. Once there was nothing but a trail of smoke they could see in the sky from the distance. I stood there and was phased out due to the fact the ninjas went to space. As i contact jinmay and rava through telepathy

Jinmay's pov

We were still in ninjago city waiting for vatu's reply. Until, i felt something i haven't in a long time; i felt the buzzing sensation almost like someone important to me is drifted far. I thought about what elder ching said that lloyd and i are connected. So i closed my eyes to see if i can feel lloyd's presence. Then suddenly i felt my connection was shattered meaning my connection with him is severe. I collapse and phased, Rava notice me and ran to me. She asked, "mistress, are you alright?" "i can't feel lloyd's presence anymore, it's like he's far away." I said with a worried look. "if you can't sense him then it could only mean one thing." Rava said in relization until Vatu called to us. "guys..i bring disturbing news. I try to convince them but they went into space instead. Jinmay, I don't think....." Vatu began, but he couldn't bring himself to say it, so I did it for him. "They're not coming back." Rava's eyes shot up when she heard the new.

THE VOID

Jimay's pov

Vatu came back from the mission while i was walking around in circle being worried a lot. I mumnled to myself over and over, "they're not coming back, they're not coming back, they're not coming back, they're not coming back." Until Rava stopped me and tried to calm me. "mistress calm down we don't know yet whether they come back." "but what if they can't? What if...." i said begining to doubt.

"Woah chill out we don't know for sure. Listen to me, did you have a vision of the ninjas who aren't coming?" Vatu asked. I shook my head. "then that makes no difference which means the ninjas will make it i promise." Vatu added. I took a deep breath and said, "your right i believe lloyd and the others will make it back. For now we should worried about the situation were in now that the overlord has return, so is Pythor. We should do something." We were discussing on what we were planning to do.

Meanwhile

The Arcturus rocket is bursting through space, the ninja are stowed away in its engine section. It was so weird for the ninja in space as they all floated around the rocket like idiots. It was kind of disorienting for Lloyd, and the others would sometimes bump into each other...but the only one seeming to enjoy was Jay."Oh, this is a dream come true! Look, I'm flying, guys!" Jay said happily as he continued to 'swim' through the air."Ok, I don't know where you are, Jay, but you've clearly forgotten we're in outer-space!" Kai said angrily."I'm enjoying it because I thought this was the kind of things only Fritz Donogan got to do," Jay said as he walked in circles in the air.

"Dude, Fritz is a fictional character in a fictional story plot...THIS, what we're in right now is real!" Lloyd pointed out and then hit his head on a support beam."Well, then blame yourself, Lloyd because you were the one that got me hooked to Fritz Donogan's comic books," Jay protested."Focus! We still need to take control of the ship to prevent them from retrieving the Golden Weapons-WWHOOOOAAAA!" Lloyd said but was then bumped by Kai and was sent flying. "But we'll have to go out the same air-lock we came in since there's no other access to the ship's cock-pit," Kai said as he rubbed his head from the pain of hitting Lloyd.

"Innitiate auto-sequencing," Cryptor told his Nindroids, and Mindroids used little jets on his feet to fly over to the control panel, and there were also magnets in his feet that kept him glued to the floor to prevent floating. And they could see a distant comet up ahead from the ship's cock-pit.

"Enjoy this while you can, Jay because in about five minute...the ship will be detatching," Zane said as he looked at the monitor that the ship's blueprints and a timer that was at four minutes and fifty-five seconds and counting."Uh, I'm not an astronaut, I'm a ninja, Zane. What is that supposed to mean?" Kai questioned."It means we're in the portion of the ship that will be detached...and then we'll be drifting out in space forever," Zane replied sadly.But suddenly the screen of the ship went all static, and they saw the sensei brothers, P.I.X.A.L. And Nya appear on screen."Hello? Anyone there?" Nya asked."We're right here, Sis," Kai replied. And everyone back in Cyrus' office cheered."It's good to hear that you are all still alive, and we're here to help you. P.I.X.A.L. discovered in the ship's blueprints that near the front of the ship is an A2-storage compartment, and there should be just enough space-suits for all of you inside," Sensei Wu explained.

"Ok...but how are we gonna get to the space-suits...without space-suits?" Cole questioned. Garmadon covered the mic on his head-set."Oh, they are COMPLETELY out of their element," Garmadon said quietly, "how are we even going to get them back?" "uh, some enlightenment and motivation would sound better right now," Lloyd added."Remember this: if you cannot change your circumstances, then change yourselves," Sensei Wu said firmly."Hmmm...anyone got a clue as to what the hell that means?" Kai asked."His words of wisdom usually take while to set in...BUT WE DON'T HAVE A WHILE!" Jay said angrily and even grabbed the camera and shook it angrily, so Cole had to pull him off."Zane, remember, you don't need air like the rest of them...you are still a machine," P.I.X.A.L pointed out."She's right. I AM the only one who can go out there without a suit," Zane said

He went towards to the air-lock pushed the button and went into the room that separated theirs from the door that lead out of the ship before one of his brothers pushed the button to close the door behind him. Zane then drifted over to the door, and he was reluctant to push the button to open the door goes out and tries to search them. And he was right to because as soon as the door opened, the air was sucked out, and it would've taken Zane with it if he hadn't grabbed the side of the rocket.

The Nindroids saw that they were even closer to their destination: a large comet with a long blue tail."We are fast approaching the comet. Prepare to disengage," Cryptor instructed his Nindroids, and as he did, none of the noticed Zane was climbing over the windshield at first, but Zane didn't expect to see the Nindroids, and it took him by surprise so badly that he accidently lost his grip."No...no, no!" Zane beseeched as he tried to grab the rocket again, but he only drifted back. Zane soon found himself many yards from the rocket, and drifting even further away, and he started to hyperventilate as he was spinning out of control."C'mon, Zane, you can't give up this easily...your friends need you...Ninjago needs you," Zane told himself, and closed his eyes tightly and concentrated.And when he opened them again, he shot ice beams from his hands, and they rocketed him through space, and back to the ship near the A2-storage compartment. Once he put in the correct passcode, the door opened for him. He floated in, and he saw five suits."Zane, hurry up," Lloyd begged out loud as he and the others looked at the clock...that was at twenty seconds and still counting."Disengage," Cryptor finally said, and the others back at the office waited with suspense when they realized the boosters were detached...and they heard nothing.

"We're fine! Zane did it!" Lloyd said on the radio, and they all cheered happily."At least we can stay on this ship as long as we need to," Lloyd said as he switched on his helmet's flashlights, along with everyone else.The ninja were all clutching tightly to the wing of the ship as it continued to travel through space."You need to get to the access hatch ahead of you; that'll take you to the cock-pit, and then you can commandeer the ship," Nya instructed into the radio communicators in the ninjas' suits."I'm more focused on the fact that we need to be careful. If one of us falls off, we'll be drifting forever!" Cole pointed out."Well, I just wait to see the looks on those Nindroids' faces when they find out we're stowaways," Jay joked.

"Like you, Jay, they're dick-heads with no expressions," Cole protested, and no one knew that the Nindroids had picked up the ninjas' suits' signals...they were exposed."Oh yeah? Well, Zane's a nindroid, and he's not stupid AND has feelings," Jay retaliated."Give it a rest, you two. Right now, we need to keep going and get to that hatch!" Kai shouted."No need to be rude, Kai," Jay grumbled."Get them," Cryptor growled, and some Nindroids went out the hatch the ninja were trying to get to, and the ninja were shocked to see the Nindroids had already found them."The ninja have stowed away on the ship," Crytpor informed Pythor on the radio.

"Continue the course for the comet. They're obviously getting help, sssso track down the signal of whomever isss aiding them," Pythor instructed."Great!! They know we're here now!" Cole growled. And then the Nindroids began to fire at them. Cole was knocked off, and he was drifting off. "Help me, guys!" Cole cried again."Fritz Donogan, to the rescue!" Jay cried and grabbed a safety-tether line from the side of the rocket, attached it to his suit, and jumped off towards Cole."Gotcha!" Jay said after he grabbed Cole by his feet and bring him back towards the ship."Buddy, I owe you," Cole sighed."Really? Ok. Then stay away from Nya," Jay said flatly."Uh...anything else I could do?" Cole asked.

"Take the ship through the comet's tail," Cryptor commanded, but the Nindroids were doubtful."But, sir...the comet's tail has a dangerously high volume of debris," one Nindroid pointed out."Exactly," was all Cryptor said, and it was apparently enough to make his Nindroids shrug it off, and so they sped towards the tail.As they were going through the tail, they could hear the others trying to talk to them from the office, but there was too much interference to understand what they were saying."What? We can't here you correctly our here; it's a very bad signal!" Kai shouted into the radio.

Back at Borgs' office

The others were getting worried."They can't hear us because of the thick interference coming from comet. And they're about to land," Sensei Wu stated."But we need to warn them about who else lives on that comet," Garmadon added."Um, yeah, about that...Pythor's found us again, and he and the Nindroids are on their way up here as we speak," Nya said worriedly as she looked at Pythor, Nindroids and a metal container they were carrying as they walked onto the first floor.

"The transitions of whomever issss helping the ninja are coming from this building," Pythor pointed out and they sat the metal container that was carrying the Over Lord down."Don't do too much damage by tearing this place apart when looking for the ninjas' allies. It will play a very important part for when I have the Golden Weapons," the Over Lord growled loudly from inside the container, and then the Nindroids spread out for the search."We need to leave" Wu said " But we can't just leave them without telling what's out there" Garmadon said. "Quick, grab all the equipment you can." Wu added.

Back in space

The ninja were having a lot of trouble staying on the ship while going through the comet's tail; they had to form a chain, and Cole was the one who was holding both the ninja AND the ship."Don't let go, Cole!" Lloyd called."Why the hell would I let go?!"But right at that moment, they finally made it through the tail, and they were now flying through the treacherous terrain of the comet.

Back at Borg's office

Pythor, the Nindroids and the Over Lord-in-the-container entered Cyrus' office, but everyone was gone."Thosssse cowards have already fled," Pythor hissed with disappointment.''Oh, no matter. Go! Prepare the factories...we'll need to be ready when Cryptor arrives back with the Golden Weapons," the over Lord said as he opened his container, and he stepped out.Given time, he was able to strengthen himself, and go from a blob-like mess to a shadowy figure that limped out and had a long, faint, golden and dark purple aura that trailed behind him. 1But little did they know that the others haven't really left the building; they were right below the window outside on a window-washing panel.

The others were discussing however TechBorg heard them and attacks Wu, Garmadon, Pixal and Nya. Techborg cut the rope luckily the others made it to the other side. The nindroids began to fire laser until something deflected it . They looked up to see who it was. Nya exclaimed recognizing, "Vatu!!"

"hey its me again." Vatu said. Pythor ordered the nindroids to fired at them, Vatu brought out his katanas, went up the building where pythor is and began to deflect them. "Go we got you cover." "We?" Wu asked. A mysterious shinobi appeared behind them, they turned and saw her.. Nya said, "its you again the shinobi we met in the junkyard....." "shinobi?" garmadon said. The shinobi said, "No time *She opened the portal* here you must go through there, it will take you to any place where you want to be." They were surprised when they saw a purple portal in front of them. "how did you.....?" PIXAL asked until Vatu interrupted while deflecting the lasers, "uh hello this isn't a time and place for explaination." "quickly we must not make haste. Go now!" the shinobi said hesitantly. They had no choice so they went into the portal except garmadon who looked at her and asked, "you looked familiar. Even we don't know who you are and yet you helped us. Strange, it's like i've met you somewhere before." she looked at him and gave a smile, "Oh sir, I'm more than that than meets the eye. Go your son needs you more than ever." Garmadon gave him a strange look then went in before the portal closes behind them.

JInmay's pov

I was glad to see Garmadon again, y'know being good. "Ahhh!!!" I heard Vatu's voice. I turned to see that Vatu is in trouble so i went up the building. I made it at the window and saw Vatu was on the ground clutching his right arm. Tech was about to blast him but i kicked him on the side. Pythor and the nindroids saw me as they fire at me, i shielded Vatu with my barrier. That's when i saw the Overlord who has a shadowy body now. I glared at him as he saw me and smirk. "Ahh...at last we meet face to face."

"yeah it's nice to see you better than being in my head talking." I said. "You cannot win and yet you haven't used your raw power. Your helpless without the ninjas but there is a way for you. Serve me and i will give you what you desire. Together, we will make this world our image." He said with a dark expression. I raised an eyebrow when he said that then i gave a laugh. "i've said it before and i'll say it again. Like i say, i rather fight with honor than have all the power i wanted." i said to him which made him angry. "Destroy them" the Overlord commanded. As they fired lasers at us while shielding. Vatu recovered so fast and said, "Dude i don't think the overlord is not letting us go, let's just defeat them once and for all." "no we can't our powers getting weaker, we should retreat for now." I said. "yeah one problem, how are we suppose to escape this situation with all that laser." Vatu mentioned.

I notice my barrier is getting weaker, so is my power. I tried to think of a way out that's when i had a crazy idea, i grabbed Vatu's armor and he looked at me. "uh dude what are you doin?" Vatu wondered. "do you trust me if i'm going to do something stupid?" i questioned. Vatu stared at me and knew what i was doing. "oh no....your not gonna...." he didn't get to finish his sentence. As we run straight towards the broken window. Vatu exclaimed, "are you crazy?!"

Pythor exclaimed as well, "is she crazy?!"

We jumped through the window and fell off the building. Vatu was kinda panic as i opened the portal below us and went in. We teleported ourselves far from the tower and landed on the building rooftop. Vatu complained, "don't ever do that again! You scared the heck out of me, we could have been killed." "ah quit your complaining. We made it, didn't we?" i said. Rava was there in front of us as she report to us. "Mistress, we should prepare for the outcome." "Your right, we should get ready guys, I guess the battle begins" i said.

Back to Space

When the ninja awoke, they found that they were each scattered all around a remote area...but they were still on the comet at the same time."Everyone still got all their limbs?" Jay groaned."Look, over there, it's the ship!" Cole said and pointed at the Nindroids' ship that has appeared to have crashed.When they got into the cock-pit, they found not one Nindroid."I would start this thing, but they took the launch key," Cole sighed when he saw that the launch key was not it it's slot on the control panel."We may not have the key, but we've got the next best thing. Come check this out: lunar-rovers," Lloyd said as he lead them to the ship's loading-bay, and they say some large rovers, "looks like they were kind enough to leave us one AND tracks to follow." The ninja traveled by rover to the area where the Nindroids were probably at.

And pretty soon, the ninja saw the other lunar-rovers by a cave entrance with a golden light burning from the inside."You think that's where Kate sent the Golden Weapons?" Lloyd asked as they parked."No, I'm sure there are many more golden-lit caves we have to search," Cole replied sarcastically.

The inside of the cave was huge, and there were cave stalactites everywhere."Oh...so...s-shiny," a Nindroid chanted and reached out to the giant golden ball that was the Golden Weapons that have forged on their own for so long."No, wait!" Crytpor tried to warn the Nindroid, but it had already placed his hands on the golden ball and instantly disintegrated."Do NOT touch it! Its power is too much for only one to handle...only the Over Lord can withstand their combined power now," Crytpor instructed, but he didn't have to because after the first Nindroid died, the others were too scared to near it again."Yup, I'd say those are the Golden Weapons," Kai stated quietly so that they wouldn't be discovered in the cave by the Nindroids.

But suddenly Zane felt on odd, crawling sensation on his right hand. When he looked down, he found what looked like a dark-green rhinoceros-beetle that had red eyes and a glowing body, wings and shell."Whoa, look at the pincers on that thing," Star commented with amazement, as the pincers of the beetle were quite larger than a beetle's back on Earth."Ooh, it's cute!" Jay said as he grabbed it, and it didn't bite him."It's. A. Bug. And it's extra-terrestrial; we shouldn't be messing with it," Cole said angrily."I'll call you Glowy," Jay said, completely ignoring Cole. But then the beetle began to fly around."Oh, isn't that cute? He's flying," Jay sang, and then the bug landed back on his helmet.Just then the ninja heard Sensei Wu trying to talk to them again, but it was still to static-y to understand."W-what? Sensei, we didn't here that. Sensei?" Kai asked.

Back in New Ninjago City

The others had set up their equipment at Garmadon's monastery. "The E.T. life there is dangerous. Stay away from them," Sensei Wu said firmly on the radio.

"Long ago, a meteor landed in Ninago," Nya began as she was reading a book about extra-terrestrial life out loud, "it was assumed it came from the exact comet you're on. Inside of the meteor were the fossils of a dangerous parasite that feeds on metal. DON'T COME IN CONTACT WITH THE PARASITES!"

Back in Space

Now, THAT was something the ninja were able to hear on the radio, and it was bad because now there were hundreds of the glowing beetles all over them."AAAAAAHHHH! GET 'EM OFF!" "They're everywhere!" Lloyd shouted.Pretty soon, the ninjas' screaming and hollering caught the Nindroids' attention as the ninja even began to try and loose the beetles by running away from them, but they only followed them."Let's go!" Crytpor yelled because by now, they have already uprooted the Golden Weapons from the ground and had already loaded them onto a lunar-rover. And then the Nindroids all drove out of the cave with the Golden Weapons; the ninja were left behind to battle against the beetles.

"Out of all places I had to go, why space?!" Cole asked angrily as he continued to swat away the bugs, "if there was one circumstance I could change, I'd change ever coming here!" "If you can't change your circumstances...change yourself," Lloyd repeated Wu's words, "that's it! Guys, this is what Wu meant! These parasites are no different from the Star-Teeth; I got an idea, c'mon!" The ninja followed Lloyd out of the cave to see what he was planning. But the Nindroids were still getting away with the Golden Weapons as they were getting closer and closer to the ship's landing site...but the ninja were driving in their lunar-rover and they weren't far behind.

"These glowing, parasitic-beetles aren't just a pest, they're also a weapon!" Lloyd said as the beetles flew ahead and started to annoy the Nindroids, and feed on them and their rovers.The parasites were even enough the distract some of the Nindroids, causing them to crash...but not all of them, especially not one carrying the Golden Weapons.

"C'mon, we gotta get that launch key!" Kai shouted, and then he and the rest of the ninja jumped out and onto the Nindroids' rovers, while Lloyd stayed back in their rover to continued to drive it. The ninja then began to fight the Nindroids that were on top of the rovers, but Cryptor, who was driving the rover carrying the Golden Weapons, sped up even more. And once the ninja cleared every other rover of Nindroids, they took them for themselves, and used them to keep up with Cryptor.

Suddenly Kai used his fire powers to jet-pack himself over to Cryptor, and he then leaned in and stole the ship's launch key from Cryptor's clutches."Keep your gold!" Kai shouted, and then once again used his fire powers to get back over to one of the other ninjas' rovers. And it only got better when Cryptor didn't look where he was going, and suddenly crashed into the side of a mountain.

And the ninja cheered as they drove passed him and kept going towards the ship. But when they got there...the sight before the was horrifying. The ship was being swarmed and consumed by the parasitic-beetles."No...the ship. We can't get home now," Lloyd said sadly."Yeah...but...neither can the Nindroids," Jay said trying to lighten up the moment...but he was wrong."So long, Ninja. See you in Ninjago City!" Cryptor said, and the ninja looked back, only to find that Cryptor and a few other remaining Nindroids activated rocket boosters on their feet, and they blasted off while carrying the Golden Weapons away with a giant net."No!" Lloyd cried as they got away."They got away with the Golden Weapons...we've failed," Kai told everyone on the radio back at Garmadon's monastery."But...can't you still get back?" Nya questioned with worry."No...the ship...it's totally destroyed...we're not coming back," Kai stated, assuming they would be his last words.
