The next day, during lunch, Lloyd, Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, and Nya all sat at their table. Since no one except his friends liked him, it often granted the group of friends their own table. "Hey, there's Aria" said Jay as he spotted the girl enter the lunch room and get in line. "Alright, remember, we say nothing about what we saw in her sketchbook yesterday, alright?" Lloyd reminded the group, who all nodded. "Good, so just act natural" Lloyd added. Everyone nodded again. A few minutes later, Aria came over with a loaded tray. 

It was clear she was in one of her moods again, as well as having a few new serious bruises on her arms. There was even a mark that looked like a burn. "What happened?" Jay asked, beckoning to the burn. Aria huffed. "Got too close to the frying pan while I was preparing dinner last night" she replied shortly before she practically attacked her sandwich. Everyone left it at that and began to eat. A few minutes later, sirens went off which were quickly accompanied by the sounds of explosions. 

"I gotta go to the bathroom" Aria said suddenly as everyone started trying to get out of the cafeteria. She quickly stood up and left the group. "Well, duty calls, let's go" said Kai. The group left for their lockers... The group went out on or in their mechs to battle Garmadon's forces, finding the mysterious new Ninja already out there. "Dang that new Ninja's quick!" said Kai. "Well, let's hope she left some baddies for us" said Nya.

The Secret Ninja Force got to work on taking out Garmadon's forces. After a bit, Lloyd saw the new Ninja at a roof-top fighting the generals. There were a lot of them and she was completely surrounded. Lloyd flew his mech over and put it on auto-pilot right at the last second before jumping off of it. He landed in the middle of the generals circle right behind the new Ninja, who quickly turned around with her Katana raised. "Whoa! Hey! I'm here to help" Lloyd said quickly. The Ninja nodded at him before turning to face her side of generals. 

"You take on your side and I take on mine?" she said as she and Lloyd stood back to back. "Yeah. Let's do it that" he said, taking his sword.  The two then worked together to take down the generals. "Heh, we male a pretty good team" Lloyd said, breathing hard. "No kidding" the Ninja replied, also breathing hard. She then spotted Garmadon. "Oh no. Lord Garmadon's almost at the Mayor's office building!" she said. 

Lloyd looked over to see she was right and he pressed a button on a bracelet that was on his wrist. "Come on" he said, getting ready to run off the edge. "Whoa! There's no way we're gonna be able to make that jump!" the Ninja replied. Lloyd smirked at her under his mask. "Who said anything about jumping to the next building?" he asked. "Alright, note to self, the Green Ninja has gone crazy" said the Ninja. "Haha! Trust me on this! We'll be fine!" Lloyd told her before jumping off the building. 

"I can't believe I'm actually gonna do this" Aria said to herself before following the Green Ninja's lead. She was very much surprised when she landed on the Dragon Mech. "Ha! See? Told you we'll be fine" said the Green Ninja from where he was sitting at the controls. "You know? You could've just said that we would land on your dragon mech. Then I would've been a lot less hesitant" Aria told him as she edged her way up closer to his seat. "Where's the fun in that?" the Green Ninja replied. Aria could clearly hear the laughter in his voice and she rolled her eyes. "You like messing with me, don't you?" she asked with a smile as she took off her bow and fitted an arrow in it.

"Yup" the Green Ninja replied. Aria sighed as she aimed the arrow and let got of the bowstring. The arrow hit her target and the general went down. "Nice shot" the Green Ninja praised. "Thanks" Aria replied... After Aria and the Ninja defeated Garmadon, again, Aria was quick to disappear to her garage and change. Grabbing her school supplies, she left for her apartment. 

Aria walked down the sidewalk as her phone began ringing. Aria took it out and answered. "Hello?" she said. "WHERE?! ARE?! YOU?!" her father screamed. "I'm almost there" Aria replied. "My god! Your so damn slow! Why couldn't you be like those Ninja?! At least they know how to move around! Hurry your ass up! You useless piece of shit!" her father yelled before hanging up. Aria sighed as she pocketed her phone and continued walking...

 Aria got into her apartment and closed the door before setting her school things down on a chair. Then a big hard fist slammed into the side of her head, knocking her down. "I told you to hurry up! Its been fifteen minutes since I called! What took you so long?!" her father screamed. "I had to take the long way to avoid the traffic and damage!" Aria snapped back. Her father's hands went around her throat and he squeezed, cutting off her airways. "You, will, never, talk, to, me, that way, ever, again!" he yelled in her face before finally letting go. Aria gasped for air. 

"You didn't answer my question. Where were you?!" her father snapped. "I, told, you. I took the long way home" Aria rasped. The father then began hitting and stomping on her, yelling, "Liar!" with each hit. He only stopped when there a few loud knocks on the door. "Open up, its the police!" a male's voice came through. Aria's father slowly turned his head to look at Aria, rage burning in his eyes. "Did you call the cops, on me?" he hissed. 

Aria shook her head. "I swear I didn't" she replied weakly. "You keep quiet" her father snapped before getting up to wipe Aria's blood off his hands and open the door. Right out the door were two policemen. "Sir, we've been getting noise complaints that a lot of people say are coming from this place. Care to explain?" one of the officers asked. "Oh yeah, I often like to watch tv on high volume. Let's me hear things better" Aria's father replied. "Noise complaints like screaming and yelling" said the other officer. 

"I'm a sucker for crime shows" Aria's father replied. "Well, if its really TV, then try to keep the volume down" said the first officer. "I will if its causing a lot of problems" Aria's father told them. All this time, Aria had been having an internal battle with herself. Help was right there, yet she couldn't find the words to say, 'I'm here'. Until she gathered her courage. "HELP ME! HE'S TRYING TO KILL ME!" she yelled at the top of her lungs. 

Immediately, both officers pulled their guns on her father, who didn't notice as he turned to his daughter. "You god damn piece of shit!" he snapped walking towards her with his hands outstretched. Before he had taken three steps towards her, one of the officers pulled out a stunning gun and fired it. Aria's father convulsed a bit before falling to the ground unconscious. The officers then came into the apartment. One hand-cuffed Aria's father while the other rushed over to Aria. The last thing she heard was, "Call an Ambo. She's gonna need it", before darkness washed over her vision.
