Running into the monastery, the ninja barricaded the doors, and stood back.

"The Djinn defenses are active. He isn't poofing his way in here" Lloyd told Jay and Nya, who were three steps further away from the gate than anyone else. Nya held the bundle of cloth in her hands.

"He can't have got out, he can't have done!" Nya's panicked voice rang out through the other's ears.

"Don't worry Nya, we will protect you, and our child." Jay attempted to comfort her, placing a small kiss on Alfie's head, before landing a gentle kiss on her lips.

"I KNOW YOU ARE IN THERE! OPEN UP, OR WE WILL TAKE THIS PLACE BY FORCE!"

The voice sent shivers down all their spines, none more than Nya, who ran into the monastery.

Jay looked at the others hesitantly, wanting to go after her, but the others needed his attention as well.

"Go." Kai mouthed to him. Jay took his que, and ran inside the monastery after her.

He walked through the corridors, listening out for Nya. Approaching their room, he heard her sobbing inside.

Knocking twice, he entered the room to see Nya sitting in the corner, crying her eyes out and holding Alfie close to her.

"Nya?" She looked up for a second, beckoning her arms for him to come to her. He quickly sat down next to her, hugging her tight.

"Oh Jay..... What are we going to do??" Nya buried her head into his shoulder, crying heavily. A crash shook the foundation of the building, causing her to wail more. Jay just stroked her hair, attempting to calm her down.

"I don't know Nya, If there was a way to lift your spirits then I would, but I just don't know..." Nya's head perked up at that.

"Jay.. YOUR A GENIUS!" She pulled out her comms, connecting to the network.

"Pixal, are you there?" The static was tense, but a voice came over the comms shortly after.

"I am here, holding out the front gate. Are you in need of anything?"

"Can you get the lift working? We may be able to use one of the bounty's to get us out of here!"

The pause was long, before it stopped flickering and her voice came through again.

"I can get it working, but only for a short time!"

Nya sighed at the news, standing up, and pulling Jay up with her.

"There is still time yet."

Running through the halls, they got to the elevator, where PIXAL and Zane were working on opening the doors.

"How is it going?" Nya asked, panicked.

"Nearly there, we almost got it!" PIXAL mentioned, slowly pulling the door open "The blasts have broken the structure quite bad, which the elevator took a hit. We would have it open soon!" . Jay, seeing the situation, ran outside to get the others.

In the courtyard, the other Ninja were holding the door, weapons drawn.

"YOU CAN'T DEFEAT A GOD. I WILL KILL ALL OF YOU!"

Nadakhan's voice rang out, followed by another explosion, making the foundation of the Monastery shake once again.

"Are we sure it is just him?" Lloyd asked, curious. Cole walked over to the gate, and looked over, disabling the holo-shield for a second, before bringing it back up.

"Okay, not just him, but an entire pirate army!" Cole started panicking now. They all felt the chill in their bones.

"Okay, nobody tell Nya of this." Jay said, trying to keep calm. There was a small chance to defeat Nadakhan without his army, but with.

It would be near impossible.

"However, I have a plan. We can defeat him." Jay piped up. The others looked at him quizzingly.

"But we have to get down to the lower levels. Pixal and Zane are working on getting the elevator to work, and when it happens, they will call us."

A few more slams hit the gate, breaking it slightly.

"I KNOW YOU ARE IN THERE WALKER! ALL OF YOU! OUT OF THERE NOW!"

His voice racked through. More splinters came off the door, until they could see the pirates on the other side.

"ITS OPEN! COME ON!" Nya yelled out. The other Ninja ran into the Monastery.

Except Jay.

Jay looked back at the gate, with more and more wood splintering off.

"Never again Nadakhan."

Opening a panel in the wall, he brought out a vile of Tiger widow venom, and a button.

"Jay! Come on!" He heard his wife's words ring out. He hid the items behind him, and walked into the Monastery.

Entering, he saw the others in the elevator, waiting for him, with Pixal and Zane holding it open for him.

"Hurry up Jay! We can't hold it for longer!" Jay sighed.

He knew what he had to do.

Charging up his lightning, he sent a spark next to the two, making them release the door. Bolting shut.

"Jay! What are you doing!?" Nya called out to him. She heard Jay sigh from the other side.

"This is my plan, there is no other way around this. I am sorry Nya."

Tears streamed down her face as she realised that his plan was to fight him alone.

"Jay! No! Think of us, Think of Alfie, Think of me!" She couldn't stop her sobbing. Kai went to her side, comforting her.

"ZANE! PIXAL! GET THE DOOR OPEN!" She wailed.

Boom

The sound of the gate finally breaking through shattered through their heads, causing Alfie to wail.

"No Alfie, please don't cry...." Nya tried to hold tight, sitting down, and rocking Alfie, trying to get him to calm down.

"WALKER, WE MEET AGAIN AT LAS-" She heard a gun go off.

"Tiger Widow Venom..." she heard Nadakhan call out.

"I'm sorry Nya, but I can't let him, or any of his crooks escape!" they heard Jay spark up his lightning, and suddenly the lift started moving downwards.

"JAYYY!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" She screamed out to him, startling Alfie.

"NADAKHAN, I WISH YOU WEREN'T A DJINN" Jay yelled out to Nadakhan. The orange dust settled around Nadakhan, turning him human.

"You may have won this one Jay, But we are still many, and you are few." Nadakhan aimed his sword at Jay, preparing to fight. Jay pulled his own sword out.

"Bring it."

Clash after clash, swing after swing, they fought against each other. In turn, more and more pirates piled into the monastery, looking for the other Ninja. Jay however was beginning to wear.

Stab.

Jay's body went cold, his eyes going wide. Looking down, he saw Nadakhans sword impaled in his stomach. Dropping his own sword, he fell to his knees.

"Not so funny anymore, funnyman.." The chill and sinister voice rang out in his head. Jay reached into his pockets.

"I win." He boasted out to his pirates, who cheered and gloated in response. Jay started laughing himself, confusing the pirates, before pulling the button; the detonator out of his pockets.

"No. I win."

Click.

The lift got down to the Samurai X cave when they heard, and felt the explosion rock the mountain.

"Pixal, outside cameras." Zane instructed. Pixal opened up the files on the computer, pulling up the camera feed.

The view they saw shocked them all to the core, none more so than Nya.

The Monastery. Destroyed.

Alfie started wailing again, and this time, Nya didn't have the strength to stop it. Sliding down the wall, she sat holding Alfie close.

"Don't cry, please don't cry... pleas-se don-t-t cry-y-y-y..." before she herself broke down into tears. Crying for the pain of Jay, who took his life, saving the rest of them.

The hero in her stories.

Her Hero.

Her child's father.

Her husband....

Her Jay.
