Hades- Probably Garmadon or something. Although Chen radiates Hades energy.

Mulan:

Shang- Cole

Mulan- Nya

Mulan's father (well, now brother)- Kai

A random weaker soldier so it balances out the Jaya and changes the plot but oh well- Jay

Fang? I can't remember the villain's name for the life of me- Nadakhan

Mushu- I'll leave that up to you

Beauty and the Beast:

You already know it's Jay and Nya. In fact, Cliobee714 has an amazing story just for that AU!

Princess and the Frog:

Look, now this could go either way.

Tiana- She fits both Nya and Skylor but mostly Skylor because of the restaurant.

Naveen- He fits both Kai and Jay: Kai for the personality, Jay for the rich part.

I'll leave that up to you, but we can all agree Mystake is the crazy granny.

Celia- Nya (and instead of snakes for hair she has a little dragon named Flame that likes to sit on her shoulder)
