(AU where the ninja know about the whole Oni and Dragon thing and have to find Lloyd and tell him he's a ninja before the Oni find him. Idk, I'm tired)

"So that's Lord Garmadon's son?" Kai asked as he and his teammates, as well as Garmadon himself sat in a tree keeping an eye on the blond, who was on a swing, from a distance. "He's a blond? You'd think he'd have dark hair."

"Kai, he no doubt inherited the gene of blond hair from the genetics of his grandfather that even though it didn't show up in Garmadon, were still there the entire time, and despite both his parents being brunette, he got the nondominet gene of blond." Zane pointed out.

"Okay then." Jay mumbled after a minute. "Are we sure that's him?"

Garmadon nodded. "He must've gotten cut on something."

"Why do you say that?"

"I can smell dragon blood."

The ninja looked at Garmadon. "That's not creepy at all." Cole muttered. "Okay, we need to get him before the Oni figure out where he is."

A voice rang through the woods the tree the ninja were in, was in. It sounded like a human but not like a human, and it sounded far off but close. "That was an Oni war-cry, we are too late, they've found him." Garmadon said as Lloyd hopped off the swing he had been on, a curious look on his face as he walked towards the woods.

"Hello?" He questioned as he stepped into the woods.

"Okay here's the plan, I'll go down, talk to him, explain what's happening-" Jay began before Garmadon yeeted himself out of the tree, startling Lloyd. "Or we could do that."

Lloyd fell back in surprise. "Who-" Garmadon grabbed Lloyd. "Hey!" Lloyd kicked Garmadon's shin. "Let go!"

"And he's scaring him." Jay mumbled as the five ninja jumped down. "Garmadon, calm down, you're scaring him."

"He should be scared, the Oni-" Lloyd slipped his arm out of Garmadon's hand and ran towards the house the woods surrounded. "Great, now whoever adopted him is going to call the cops."

"There were no cars in the front, they left him home alone." Kai mumbled. "I'll try to talk to him."

Lloyd ran into the house, and locked the doors. "The heck was that?" He questioned as he hid behind the kitchen counter. There was a knock at the door, and talking from behind it.

"No, the kid'll freak out if he sees Garmadon, yes, make him wait with the dragons." Someone's voice rang out. There was another knock. "Hey um, so you don't know me, or my friends, but we're trying to protect you Okay?" Lloyd stayed quiet, not noticing the dark figure behind him. "Listen, there's this thing we don't know what it wants, but it's looking for you."

"Why?" Lloyd whispered, the person could hardly hear the blond.

"We think it's because of who your grandfather was."

Lloyd raised an eyebrow. "My grandfather lives next door."

"He doesn't know?" Another voice questioned.

"Apparently not." The other voice replied.

"What don't I know?" Lloyd asked.

"Lloyd, those aren't your birth parents."

Lloyd panicked. "How do you know my name?"

"Okay, Okay bad way to say that. I'm Kai, Okay."

Lloyd breathed. "What do you mean they aren't my-" Something grabbed him. He screamed.

"Shit!" Kai yelled. "Cole, get the door open!" The thing that had grabbed Lloyd started walking towards the back door, which was more glass then door. Someone shattered the door and shoved the thing that had grabbed Lloyd, making it Let go. Lloyd landed on the ground, and a piece of glass stabbed into his hand. The creature's gaze whipped back to Lloyd as blood dripped onto the floor. Whoever had broken the door tackled the creature as the front door was broken down, the person Lloyd assumed to be Kai ran over to him. "Zane, get him out of here and stop the bleeding,"

"What is that thing?!" Lloyd exclaimed.

"It's an Oni and it's here to either kill you or kidnap you."

"So you guys are going to kidnap me first?!"

"Yeah pretty much, sorry."

Zane wrapped a bandage around Lloyd's hand. "Ow." Lloyd mumbled.

"Apologies." Zane said as he finished.

"So, what exactly was that thing?"

"Kai told you, that was an Oni."

"What's an Oni?"

"Imagine a demon, now add more destruction and a goal to destroy everything."

Lloyd stared at the floor. "What does it want with me? And what did he mean that my parents aren't my parents? I look too much like my siblings to be adopted."

"But you are. The man that grabbed you in the woods, that was your father, Lord Garmadon."

"No, no. My... my dad's a teacher at my high school."

"I know it's hard to take in, but your birth father is Lord Garmadon."

"Even if that was true, then who's my mom?! Was," Lloyd gasped "Was I The result of an affair?!"

"No, no no no, you were left to be adopted when you were a baby, because your mother Misako thought that if you never learned of your destiny that you would never have to..."
