Lloyd dug through his backpack "Guys, someone stole my Monsters again." He grumbled.

"I wonder why they keep doing that?" Nya mumbled.

"Perhaps it's because they do not know that the high levels of sugar and caffeine in the energy drinks, which Lloyd drink six of a day, do not affect Lloyd?" Zane suggested.

"Well they took all of the ones that were in my bag." Lloyd mumbled. "Oh wait, they missed the Bang I hid at the bottom of my bag." Lloyd looked at the can for a second. "I don't really like this brand."

"Why? They taste bad?"

"No, they're like, super homophobic, but they were out of all the good Monster and Rockstar flavors at the gas station I stopped at this morning, and this flavor tastes good." Lloyd explained as he opened the can. "I don't get why they're stealing my energy drinks thou- Hey!" Lloyd exclaimed as someone grabbed the open energy drink from his hand and ran off. "Jokes on you, I don't even like that brand!" He yelled after the thief.

The group just watched as the thief ran away. "So we're not gonna try to get it back?" Jay questioned.

"Nah, I still have a five hour energy, I'll be fine until lunch break. We're still allowed to leave campus during lunch to get food right?"

"Yeah, I think so."

"Cool, I'll just walk to the gas station down the street and get a few Monsters." Lloyd shrugged, he paused "Except I used my allowance money to get the ones I got this morning."

"We better get to class."

And so they arrived to their first period. Where sat a large portion of their grade. "Uh?" Lloyd began. "I really don't think most of you are in this class."

The school's head cheer leader was at the front of the group. "This is an intervention." He began. "You-" he pointed at Lloyd. "Need to cool it with the energy drinks, you're gonna give yourself a heart attack or something."

"Yeah, the amount of caffeine in those things, it's gonna kill you or something." Someone said from the group of teens.

"Okay, but since when do you people care if I live or die?" Lloyd questioned, crossing his arms before pointing at the head cheer leader "You literally told me to off myself last year, twice."

"That was before I saw you down ten Monsters in a day!" He exclaimed "That's twenty servings and is going to end up killing you."

Lloyd thought. "Oh Hey that was last week. Y'know I think I actually felt my heartbeat get a little faster for like five seconds that day."

"What?"

"Those things don't bother me?" Lloyd shrugged. "Dunno why, but it takes like nine before I actually feel any of the 'bad side effects', y'know?"

"Most people can't drink more then like, two or three before they start feeling them!"

Lloyd shrugged. "I dunno, but can I have my energy drinks back now?"

"No, this is still a fucking intervention."
