I help Cole with a board on the side of the ship, "so what was that kiss about," he asks.
"So, when did you get cocky," I raise my eyebrows, trying to avoid it, as he blushes.

He goes to say something but Nya cuts him off, "she's not getting airborne anytime soon."
"So if the Stone Army attack's again were sitting ducks?"

"I hate feeling helpless," Kai groans.
"We must've give up hope," Sensei says.
"But the Stone Army is indestructible,"Lloyd says, "you saw it. My powers only slow them down. Even with (y/n)'s powers, they can slow them down longer than I can but still that's nothing."

"There is a way to defeat them," my mom says, "and it is told within the scrolls."

"The prophecy reveals that the pose to defeat the Stone Army lies within the Green Ninja."
"I tried I gave them everything I had."

I start to doze off of my mother's words as I notice myself at the corner of the page. "It's the same in every scroll," I whisper to myself, "me, in the corner, a bunch of black smoke surrounding me."

"But there's still one big problem," I hear Nya say as I go back to paying attention, "the Bounty can't fly."

"It's a ship, right? Can't it sail?"

I watch as the others say bye to their family. Cole walks up to me after saying goodbye to his dad, "don't you have anyone to say good bye too," he asks.

"Nope, I got my family right here," I wrap my arm around Lloyd, waving to Alastair, who roars back.
"Pupils, it's time we set sail."

I slump into a sitting position as the others talk happily at the edge of the boat.
"Sensei can I talk to you," I ask as I lead him away from the others, leaving them confused.
"Sure, What is it?"

"What if I'm not good enough," I say, sitting down, "What if I'm not able to give Lloyd what he needs to defeat Lord Garmadon?"

"That's why we are going to the temple of light," he says, "why are you so worried, (y/n)?"
"I don't know Sensei, that's the problem," I sigh, "it's just that...ugh I don't know, maybe it's because all the others have a part in their destiny and every dream or memory or scroll they have about us, I'm always on the side. Like I'm never involved."

"You have important part in your destiny," Sensei says, "you all do, it just may not always seem that way."

Zane gasps, his eyes turning blue, "my falcon's arrived at the Dark Island."

He hooks up his goggles onto the bridge. I watch as the image shows the falcon getting shot down by a Stone Warrior as Zane gets thrown back, "he's gone."

"Oh, Zane," I say helping him get up, "I'm sorry," Nya says.
"Well, he was our friend too, so we're not gonna let him go in vain," Kai says, "if the Stone Army wasn't a fight, they got one."

"Well, that's gonna have to wait," Misako says, "Because right now we're sailing straight for a storm."

"Hold it," I shout over the wind as we all struggle to keep the sail straight.
"The winds are too strong," Lloyd yells from behind me.
"Jay, we need everyone's help," Zane says.

I grunt as the rope slips a little from my hands, "but, I don't wanna get wet," Jay called, "I only brought one pair of underwear."
"Jay, this is no time to be making jokes," Kai hollers back.
"You think I'm trying to be funny?"

I start to hear laughing, confusing me. "Shoot," I yelp as I lose my grip for a second.
"Why is the sea laughing at us?"

"What's that," Cole asks as these starfish things hop onto the ship. He lets go of the rope and we all yell at the sudden loss of weight.

I hear Jay yell and run over, helping us keep the rope tight.
As Cole picks up the things my mother comes running, "we must not let the Starteeth on board. They devour ships and won't stop until we sink."

They start jumping onto the rope and eat through it. We yell as we fall back.
The boat loses control and it starts going the wrong direction.

We get tossed to the side as more Starteeth hop onboard. "Get these things off the ship."
I run and pick up one after another, tossing them back into the water.
"Ow! They give a nasty bite," I hold my hand where one bit me.

"Faster! Or we'll sink!"
I watch as some land on Jay.
"Use your Spinjitzu!"
He uses it and they fly onto the sails, eating through them.
"Bad idea."

"Ninja go," we all yell using Spinjitzu to throw the Starteeth off.
"They eat through metal too," I shout as I watch them eat through the chains.
"Uh, guys, I think we have a bigger problem," I look o the side of the boat and see a giant while the Starteeth have created.

"Oh, I should've brought an extra pair of underwear."

"Ah, this is hopeless," Kai says as I take the bucket of water and toss it out of the hole. "Now that we have no rudder we've been drifting aimlessly and we'll never get to the Dark Island."

"We only know what is foretold will happen," Misako says just as Zane drops his bucket.
"What is it, Zane?"
"I sense something."

"Is it the falcon?"
"Is he alright?"
"No, it's, uh...something else. Brace yourselves!"

Just as we hit something I almost fall. I grab onto Cole to steady myself but I bring him down with me instead.

"(Y/n)," he exclaims his, hair now sopping wet.
"Aw, oops," I giggle, brushing his wet hair out of his face.

He shakes his head, the water flying out, "cute," I mutter under my breath, he seemed to hear.
"What was that," he smirk, wrapping his arm around me as we walked.
"I'm not gonna repeat it," I smile.

"Who would build a lighthouse way out here?"
"It's not a lighthouse, it's a prison," Zane informs, walking up the stairs.

As we make our way up a loud growls resounds through the air. "Mysterious. We better keep going," Sensei says as he puts a hand on my lower back, leading me up.

"Uh, should we smile," Jay asks as a camera shifts to where we are. I hear footsteps as the door opens.
"Zane? Is it really you?"
The door opens to reveal and old man in a lab coat.

"You found me," the man cheers, hugging Zane.
"Uh, do you know him," Jay asks.
"Of course I know him, I built him for heavens sake!"

"But my memory tells me that you have passed," Zane explains.
"Ah, you found your memory switch."
Another growl resounds.
"Hurry, it can't know that you're here or else there will be dues to pay."

Nya walks over to me as we're lead inside, "you and Cole are cute."
"What!"

"Have you kissed him yet," she asks, holding my hand excitedly.
"Um, when I thought I was gonna die from jumping out that window, yeah," I say.
She screeches.

"What about you and Jay," I ask. She goes to answer but Sensei stops us, "watch!"

They all take a seat at the table while I stay standing. A little robot hops onto the table and gives everyone a cup and fills it with tea.
Jay starts screaming as the robot pours tea on him since he tried to mess with it.

"But as you know I'm Ninjago, the past is the past," Zane's father says.
"And the future. Is the future."

He begins to tell Zane what happened.

"A Leviathan," Lloyd asks.
"They chained one here so you couldn't escape," I question.
"That's what we heard in the ocean?"

"You're voice is so much deeper," I lean over and whisper causing him to push me.

"Yes. When Samukai didn't return, I thought I would never see you again. But as so much time has passed I started to question if you would ever want to see me again."
I sadly smile as he continues.
"I was afraid if you found out what horrible things I've created, you would think I was a..."

"Monster?"
He turns to me," yes. How did you know?"
"I felt the same way before."
"We will get you out of here, father," Zane reassures as Lloyd lays his head on my shoulder, comfortingly.

"Now that we are together, perhaps we can invent a way off this rock."
"Could you repair the rocket boosters on our ship," Jay asks showing him the ship down below.
"That sailing ship has rocket boosters?"
"Well, the rotors and gears are shot," Nya explains.
"Oh, not matter! I'll have your ship airworthy by dawn!"

Another growl is heard, and this time it shakes the ground.
"He's here. Everyone hide!"

We all jump into a hiding spot. Cole tackles me and lands on top of me in a weird position.
"Sorry," he mutter holding himself up with his forearm.
"It's fine," I whisper into his neck as Zane's father begins to talk.

"Aha, if it isn't my old chum."
The Leviathan looks at all of the bowl on the table.
Zane's father quickly turns them over and pretends to play the drums.
"Hee, hee. Just marching to the beat of my old drum."
"You know, doing whatever I can to pass the time...," he says scattering.

The Leviathan slowly lowers itself back into the water.
"If we're gonna make something to get out of here we're gonna have to hurry before it comes back," Kai says as Cole helps me back up.
I see Nya smile happily, watching us.

I help sew up the fabric as Cole whistles the tune. Lloyd give him a 'really' look.
"What? It's catchy."

"Everyone aboard," Zane's father shout as the Leviathan growls once more. "It's here!"

I watch as the tentacle beast shoots itself out of the water. "Get us out of here Nya!"
Lloyd pulls me onto the boat.

I run into the bridge with Nya and prepare the boosters. "I hope she's ready," Nya says as she takes ahold of the wheel and pulls the lever.
"Come on," I shout pulling another lever, shooting us forward.

The Leviathan takes ahold of us. As I get launched back I fall out of the bridge to where the others are struggling to stay on their feet.

"Lloyd, use your powers!"
The Leviathan lets us go but grabs us again.
"Ah, it didn't work!"

"It's chained," Zane shouts.
"They Leviathan won't let us leave. I think I know a way I can help."
Zane jumps off of the ship.

I grab his father just as Zane falls.
"He's smart, he'll know a way out."

We all scream as the Leviathan tugs is closer to the water. All of a sudden the Leviathan lets us go. "What happened?"

"Zane released the Leviathan and now it's letting us go," Lloyd explains.
"But where is my son?"
"I'm here, father!"

Zane jumps back onboard and hugs his father.
"How did you know if you freed it from captivity it would let us go," Sensei asks.

"Because no one deserves to be held captive, not even a monster," Zane says, looking towards me.
My face slowly morphs into a smile.

"Farewell, creature from the sea. Enjoy your freedom."
