"The battle between good and evil will be decided today."
"But, we cant even get to the fight," I groan standing up, Kai following.
He grunts and throws a rock, "much less get off this island."

"Sensei, I don't understand. The prophecy said the Green Ninja would defeat the Dark Lord," Kai stops to throw another rock. "Why didn't we win?"

"I don't know."
"Don't know? You're Sensei! You always know," Jay exclaims.
"There's got to be something to learn!"

"For once, I'm afraid there is nothing to learn. Only that evil has won."
"If Sensei doesn't have a lesson, then we do," I wrap Lloyd arm around my shoulder.

"I used to be nothing but trouble, but then I met you guys. You took me in. Showed me the importance of being brave, the importance of being strong," Lloyd starts.
"And most importantly, being good," I say as he groans, putting pressure in his bad leg.

"When this battle first began, when the first Spinjitzu Master fought the Overlord and his back was up against the wall and he knew it was all over, did he quit," Lloyd asks.
"No," I finish, "he found a way to keep the fight going. He passed his elemental powers to us," I add on.

"To us, a bunch of kids! But there must have been a reason he chose us. I'd like to think it's because he knew we'd never back down, we'd never give up," Lloyd confidently says.

"We've learned the ancient ways of the ninja. And ninja never quit," I finish off.
"They're right," Kai agrees.

"Who has a plan," Cole asks.
"I don't, but he may," Zane points to his falcon.

"You brought us back to the Temple of Light," I question, hopping off of the eco-suit.
"We've already been here."

"This location, I've seen this before," my mother pulls out a scroll.
We walk into the temple of light and start searching around.

"I think I found something," Kai explains, "it's just like the map."
He takes out his sword and slides it into the holder.

"There's one here too," Cole walks over and slides his sword into place.
"(Y/n), over here," Zane's father points up to the bell.

I look into it and see the symbol for darkness. I gather a small ball of smoke and shoots it up into the bell and hop back.

Out from the floors comes a Golden eco-suit.
"It is the fighting suit the first Spinjitzu Master used when he battles the Overlord," my mother informs.

"Awesome," I hope onto it, checking out the details. "How does it work?"
"Sadly, I think time has done her in. She's only a relic now," Zane's father says.

"What do you say, (y/n)," Jay asks.
"If it worked for the first Spinjitzu Master, perhaps it will work for the next?"

"It's worth a shot," I help Lloyd into the seat, jumping off once he's settled.
"Hm, nothing," he says just as the suit glows bright.

"Woah!"
"Looking good!"
"Killer!"
"Amazing!"
"There you go!"

"How's that leg feel now," I ask.
"Stronger," he replies using the foot boosters to lift it up.

"Well, I know how he's getting to Ninjago, but what about us," my mother asks.
I hear two familiar roars in the distance.

"Our dragons," I cheer happily, Jay bounced next to me.
"I believe we just found out way off this rock."

"Heck yeah," Cole cheers from beside me as we fly on Alastair. I spin in my saddle happily, ruffling Alastair's scales.

"I see Ninjago. We're not far away," Kai calls, pointing in front of us.
"That's Ninjago," I question. "Are you sure?"

Lloyd comes in front of us and flies down towards the ground. I let Alastair have some room, before quickly ducking his head, following Lloyd.

"What is that thing," Kai asks as a large tower-like thing stands before us.
"Garmatron."

"It's turned into a fortress," my mother asks, watching me study it.
"But where's the Overlord," I ask.

We all fly down towards the ground and take cover.
"He's turned everyone evil," Kai says, looking beyond the wall.
"Oh, just like Nya," Jay joins in.
"And almost (Y/n)," Zane adds.
"And now they're helping his cause," I remind.

"I can't wait to see the looks on the Overlord's face when he gets a load of us," Cole gets cut off slightly as the Overlord roars.

"Oh, my goodness, look out!"
I push my hands out taking control of the smoke coming out way and directing to towards the building next to us.
"Is that the look you were hoping for?"
"Zane — no."

My mother steps forward, "the metamorphosis is complete."
"He's changed into his original form," I say, "I can't control his darkness anymore. If it hits one of us, I can't do anything."

"We need to get up there."
"But we cant fly up there," Cole says.
"We have my fathers golden mech. We have to draw their fire to help Lloyd use the mech against the Overlord."

"We hear you loud and clear."

"Not yet," I shout from next to the others while they ride Lloyd's dragon.
"Come on, boy, you got this," you whisper to Alastair as we get closer to the fortress, where the warriors are waiting to attack.

"Ah," I yell as fireballs come to close for comfort.
"Up," I shout pulling the reins tighter making Alastair shoot up into the sky.

"The Stone Army is protecting its master," my mother informs. "They will never let Lloyd get close."

"Then we need to get close."

I watch as Lloyd goes down from the rocket of dark matter Nya shoots him with.
I jump down and slam my arm into the ground, shooting some warriors back, just as they go to attack Lloyd.

"I-I'm okay," Lloyd gasps.
"Yeah. But are we?"

Alastair and the other dragon fly in the distance. "Ice," Zane yells out, protecting us from another ray of smoke.
"Nice on! But it's not gonna last," Kai yells out as his sister breaks the ice dome.

"Fire," he yells, his powers coming in contact with Nya's rays, exploding.
Nya growls and heads back up to the top of the fortress, the Stone Army starts attacking us.

"I know we've always drawn a crowd, but this is ridiculous."
"Not the time Jay," I exasperatedly say, fighting off two warriors.

"Hey, if I'm going down, might as well go down laughing."
"If this is how we're going to go down, I am proud to be fighting alongside my brothers and sister."
"Don't say that, Zane!"

"Ninja never quit," I hit a warriors that came close to Lloyd.
"Ninja go," we shout, spinning.

But, we all get knocked down but on of Nya's rays.
I create a sword out of the smoke and hold back one coming towards my neck.
"We're doomed guys."

I wince as the warrior's sword touches my neck, not going any farther 
"What happened," I gasp, taking off my hood.

Zane goes to say something but gets cut off. "All hail the brown ninja!"
"What?"

"Uh, heh, what's up, fellas," Darreth jumps down from Alastair. "Looks like we know who's in command here."

"The helmet control the army. Well done," Cole says. "Oh," Jay says exasperated, "that means now we stand a fighting chance."

"I need to get to the top of that fortress," Lloyd points to the Overlord. "I may not be able to get there by myself, but with your help, I can face him."
"Ninja go!"

"Can I have one of them?"
"Today," I laugh, handing him my smoke sword, "you're one of us."

Darren commands the army to attack. They head up the fortress, quickly getting knocked down by Nya.
"No," I shout, following after the boys, as I see Alastair and the other dragon get hit, having to land.

"Look out!"
I turn just as Cole pushes me out of the way, getting hit by the smoke from the Overlord.
"Cole!"

I quickly flick out my hands, trying to grasp its power. "It's-it's not working", I groan.
"Go, I'm hit. Go on without me," he pushes me forward.

"Come on," Zane grabs my arm. "He's going to change soon." We march up the stairs, hearing another roars from the Overlord.
"Jay!"

I look behind to see Jay surrounded by the smoke. "Get out of the way," he shouts trying to control the evil wanting to consume him.

"Don't look! Just keep climbing!"
Zane and Kai grabs Lloyd. I stay a little behind them.
"Ugh. From my calculations, with the distance remaining to the top, the odds are that only one of us is going to make it."

"Then, it needs to be Lloyd," I push myself up the stairs.
Growls stop us from going any farther. We look back and see Cole and Jay evil now.
"Go on. I'll hold them back."

Zane uses his sword to help defend himself. I hear more cackling as we cross the corner.
"Nya," Kai shouts. "I'm gonna draw her fire so you can make it to the top."

"No - we won't make it," Lloyd grunts, putting his arm around me.
"Come on!"

We make to the top, immediately I get thrown off hearing Lloyd shout my name.
I yelp as I land harshly on the steps.
"Lloyd you have to kill him," I yell towards him as Cole, Jay, And now Zane all surround me.

"Oh, I really don't want to do this," I whine as I flick my hands out, flicking Jay to the side.
"(Y/n)," Lloyd shouts from the top. "Keep him steady."

I look up and see the Overlord and jumped off the top and is now hovering around. I quickly jump onto the wall, side flipping off, and using ropes of smoke to grab onto the Overlord's feet.

He roars once more, taking the smoke ropes and turning them against me. "I-I can't hold it," my body gives out, falling back towards the ground, where the boys surround me once more.

Just as my vision darkens a bright light is casted everywhere.
I open my eyes and see Alastair in front of me.
"You're okay," I happily hug him.

"Where's Lloyd?"
I look to see Lloyd hop off of his golden dragon.
"Brother," I hug him tightly. "Sis."
The others all start laughing at what Jay said, I look down sadly.

"Wonder what happened to dad," I lean into Lloyd.
"We will all miss him," our mother hugs us.

"Lloyd, (Y/n), what happened?"
I tune around and see my father.
"Dad," Lloyd questions.
"Dad," I grin running into his arms, Lloyd joining soon after.

"Every ounce of evil and venom is gone."
I let them walk away. My father turns back to me. "Do you want to come," he asks.
"I-uh," I nudge my head towards Cole.
"Oh, I see," he winks to me. "Have fun."

I run over to Cole and jump into his arms, wrapping my legs around his waist. His hands support my back. "We did it," I kiss him, my hands run through his hair.
"We did it."

"There's always a need for a ninja, and we'll be ready."
