Behind a small two-storey building that's a street away from the actual enemy base, there were four individuals, all crouched down and in different attires, scouting out the area and making sure not to get caught. "Alright, it's good enough we made it this far." The green ninja, leader of the operation and resistance, said to the three other comrades of his.

The water ninja nodded and stepped a bit closer, still staying in her squat position, "Yeah and not get caught by any guards patrolling around." Nya agreed. It had been already twenty minutes since the team was divided and the mini squads of four were decided. For squad Kryptarium, there was Lloyd, Kai, Nya and Ultra Violet. Speaking of the former general, "Ugh, I still can't believe I agreed to this.." she grumbled with an audible tone.

Nya and Lloyd chuckled slightly at her grouchy comment. "Well that's your loss. You agreed to help us with this rescue mission. But still, I'm glad you decided to come around." The green ninja smiled sincerely in the ponytailed ex-general.
It was all too close honestly, kindness being spread, subordination, it was like the resistance was flawless and they were here to save the day. However,

"Yeah no thanks. Don't get too close to me. We're not all buddy-buddy yet." Ultra sneered one pure disgust, but noticeable surprise that the two ninjas treated her just now like a decent person. Not some fearsome enemy of theirs that deserves eternal punishment. Nya turned over to face her brother, who simply just shrugged. Ultra Violet was a questionable individual yo be quite frank. The ninjas couldn't place their finger on it but they weren't sure if Ultra had any humanity inside of her. They knew for an absolute fact that the deranged woman would jump in a fire if someone simply asked her to.

"Anyways, we shouldn't be concerned about our comrades. What's the plan again?" The fire ninja spared Ultra some concerned glances and moved straight to today's goals. Free the others from Kryptarium. It was almost nightfall actually and that's another day lost in Ninjago city. For the citizens and the ninjas. Lloyd and Nya snapped out of their thoughts on whether to help the purple coded ex general with her problems or not and turned to face Kai. "Oh right, well listen up. We're already close to Kryptarium and I think we'll call it a day if we actually manage to get inside without being spotted. Sure it'll have high security and all." The blonde announced.

Ultra Violet nodded for a second before standing up due to her muscles hurting. She was not used to staying low for this long, then again, she was teamed up with three ninjas that certainly underwent tough training. "What? So you're saying we should sleep in there?" She raised a brow in even more disgust. Lloyd shook his head. Now what kind of rescue mission was that if they were to take nights seriously and rest. Maybe if they were too exhausted they would, however ninja never quits. That's the policy here. Whether emperor Garmadon liked it or not, Lloyd, Kai and Nya weren't thinking on scrapping that rule off.

"We'll go in and try to free the others as best as we can! Don't worry about it." Nya said with a small smile before standing up herself. "I think it's time we moved." Kai voices out his sister's thoughts. Ultra Violet rolled her eyes and just followed the black haired girl along with her brother. Lloyd nodded at Nya and Kai's take of action. "Alright, let's move." He agreed.

An hour earlier, the resistance were conducting a plan. The green clad boy was standing in front of the group, he glanced at Harumi a few times, weary of the fact how she preferred not to listen in their plan of attack, still considering herself as a branded traitor for her organization. "Alright listen up everyone. It's time to plan out our next move." Lloyd claimed, his eyes couldn't help but glance at everyone in the room, all of them had confident smiles. The family was back together but people still needed saving.

"We figured we'd should rescues everyone from Kriptarium prison first so that's why I wanted to ask, would anyone want to come with me to save my mother and the rest of the resistance?" He asked. The ninjas including the former generals went silent at first before a smile grew on the green ninja's face. "I'll go with you." He recognized the red ninja step up from the small crowd. It kind of removed the fear in their eyes for going towards the great risk of possibly losing one's life or even get captured. Lloyd nodded at Kai coming up to join him. "We'll need about two others." He admitted. Immediately after seeing her friends, Nya stepped up too.

"If my brother is going to help, I'm going too." The water ninja smiled. It was reasonable that she would go along to wherever her family member would go and also because she knew that her and her brother were capable of defending themselves. Lloyd smiled and tapped Nya and Kai's shoulders, "Great, thanks you too!" He chimed in. That just left the small trio with one more recruit. Then it'll be a perfect team to rescue everyone from Kriptarium. Nya glared over at the one who was doing the most racket in the room. "Come on, this plan is ridiculous." Ultra Violet fussed. Kai raised a brow. Well she was extremely false in that case, with three ninjas, one of them being the green ninja, they had enough firepower to defeat all their enemies.

Though, just as they were gonna nudge Ultra to contribute, a confident voice including exaggerated samurai movements, "Call me the brown nin-" Dareth was stopped with a small yelp. "Ow!" He tripped over a conveniently placed cola can, recovering from his fall, he glanced up at the one laughing right beside him. Ultra Violet was laughing, being the one who kicked the can under his feet. Lloyd shook his head, "Exactly the kind of decoy we need..." he whispered to his two other friends.

Ultra stopped laughing in an instant and huffed up. "Hey, what's that supposed to mean?" She raised her tone, clearly understanding why Lloyd, Nya and Kai were chuckling by instance.

The three ninjas and the ex-general hid behind stone decor as they quickly attempted to sneak in. Ultra Violet couldn't help but roll her eyes each time the ninja made up strategies to get in. Geez, they're so dependent of each other, unlike her who mostly did things solo. She didn't need Mr. E, she didn't need Killow, she didn't need...Harumi? Was this kindness appearing in her frozen heart?
Ah no, she couldn't let that happen. She had to remain tough till the end.

Now near the doors, Nya glanced at the team. "Alright, everyone ready? There's no turning back after this." She whispered. Lloyd and Kai nodded, pulling down their hoods and Ultra sneered. The water ninja grumbled, remarking the ex-general's unpleasant signal. Nya pulled down her own ninja hood before nodding herself. It was action time. The three ninjas including Ultra Violet leaped out from behind the stone pillar and tippy-toed by the door. Of course,

Their eyes widened at the alarm ringing in alert. The guards near by immediately noticed the intruders. "Oi, it's the ninja! Get them!" A man with a slobby and fat composure yelled from his post. Lloyd hissed in panic, he held the door open for his team members and demanded them to get through, even Ultra didn't consider arguing. When all three were inside, he slammed the door shut, trapping the SOG guards outside. He huffed and caught up with the others.

"What but I thought there was no alarm that rang when someone entered. It's a prison!" Kai pointed out. Lloyd and Nya shook their heads, "Apparently not. No one checks the cameras though so it was easy to break the door apart." The green ninja slid in. Then they all turned to Ultra for answers while they ran through the corridors, trying their best to avoid all sorts of traps. "Was this your doing?" The blonde asked, ducking when a laser beam almost clashed against his brow.

Ultra leaped past some trap-trigger strings and slid past iron bars. "Why are you accusing me? I hate traps. It was Lord Garmadon's doing." She answered honestly. For a punk like her, it was guaranteed that just the thought of traps gave her a headache. She sighed, kicking away some metallic balls being launched at her. "Besides, traps already got in my way." She explained.

Catching up to Lloyd, who was now ahead, Nya tilted her head. "Really, why?" She inquired. Ultra growled in annoyance, surely the water lily couldn't be that dense right? "Don't ask me! Use your brain!" She retorted and sticked to the wall when she felt lasers appear atop her head. Kai and Nya looked at eachother before shrugging and gasping when they arrived at the entrance of the actual cells.

In a large space, many cells were seen. Lloyd and the two other ninjas stayed close, their eyes displaying iron bars. "Now...which one are they in.." Lloyd mumbled obviously overwhelmingly and out of breath.

"Did it work?" The earth ninja inquired as he lowered his head to press his ear on Zane's chest. The nindroid laughed at the action but didn't mind the wires behind plugged behind his back. "Alright, that tickles." Zane giggled. Cold grumbled, no one was going to answer to his question? How would he know if his plan worked?

The one that plugged the wire, lifted her head from the ground. "I don't think so, Jay, try it?" The white haired quiet one asked hesitantly. The blue ninja gave her an insure glare before Cole and Zane's concerned looks forced him to continue. A bolt of electricity was powered from his hand and he striked it against a microphone. The room went quiet before the wires from Zane's back plopped out themselves due to the electricity's momentum. All four groaned.

"Again, that's a bust." Harumi commented quietly. She picked the wires back up and examined the ends. They were totally blackened, judging from why that was, they must have burned off due to overheat. She sighed and turned to Cole, "Nope, it didn't work." She said. The earth ninja crossed his arms. "Well maybe you used the wrong wires." He saltily remarked. It was clear no one wanted to work with Harumi but she might know about a little or two about electronics.
She built the robot after all.

"I swear I didn't. I took the right ones." She raised her hand that held the burned out wires. Jay grabbed them by force, earning a whimper from Harumi and threw them to the ground. "It's no use, we'll never win." He replied pessimistically. Zane shook his head and picked the wires back up to place them gently on the side table. "But Jay, ninja never quit-" he was stopped by the lightning ninja. "Yeah right."

Cole sighed and thought for a second. "Why did Lloyd assign us to something this difficult? We need to send a message out to Garmadon and the rest of Ninjago. We can't use Borg tower again like they did." He said. The white haired girl observed the wires before hitting her lip.
"We cannot disappoint Lloyd, he...already did so much to us and we can't let him down." She tried to lift their spirits. Jay, Zane and Cole looked at her weirdly. "Yeah he saved you, that's a lot already." Jay added. That made Harumi back down slightly. She took a deep breath.

"Look, I know I messed up but I'll assure you, I'll make it up to you guys, all of you. When this is over." She promised. Zane thought about her offer for a small while. "Jail time would be valid." He suggested. Jay added afterwards: "Or possibly like a year in jail." He made things worst for little Harumi. But she couldn't deny, she deserved this after all. It was already a miracle that she was here helping the resistance, that Lloyd gave her a second chance.

"Please let's just try again. We can talk about my punishment later." She tried.
Though it seems like the ninjas were fine with it, as long as she kept her word about a punishment coming to her. Zane grabbed a new set of wires from the tool box and handed them to Harumi with a smile, he was always so kind to others. "Good luck, Harumi." He encouraged. The girl grabbed the wires and plugged them in the nindroid's back. A small determined smile appeared. "Thanks. Now let's do this."

But here's chapter 26 of COH and I hope you guys enjoyed! Chapter 27 will mainly focus on Lloyd, Nya, Kai and Ultra Violet's little group. Will they manage to free to the others?
