No One P.O.V Short

Long before time had a name, the first Spinjitzu Master created Ninjago using four elemental weapons. But when he passed, a dark presence sought out to collect them all: Lord Garmadon. So, I, Sensei Wu, his brother sought out to find four ninjas to collect them first.

Miku P.O.V

I was in room reading as usual, Uncle Wu said I must've inherited my mother's love for reading since I read a lot of books about everything that involves with history or about the First Spinjitzu master, my grandfather. While reading, I heard a knock on my door

"Come in" I said and opening the door was my Uncle Wu

"Hello, Miku. How are you doing today?" Uncle Wu asked

"Fine like usual. I'm reading the story about grandfather again" I said as I showed him the book

"You really love reading that book, don't you?" Uncle Wu asked while chuckling and I nodded

"Yeah. I feel like I'm connecting to him while reading about his story" I said with a light blush on my cheeks

"I see. There's nothing wrong with that. I do sometimes wish he was still alive; he would've love to spend time with his grandchildren" Uncle Wu said and I frowned a bit

"I still miss my brother, uncle" I said with a sad look and Uncle Wu put his hand on my shoulder to reassure me

"Don't worry, dear niece. I'm sure you and your brother will be reunited someday" Uncle Wu said and I hugged him "Also, Miku? Where are the ninja? I didn't see them in the training ground"

"They're in the living room. They're playing video games" I said

"Thank you for telling me, also how are things between you and Kai?"

"He's still wearying of me. I wish he got to know me like Cole, Jay, Zane, and Nya than quickly judge me" I said with a frown again "I know I'm the daughter of Lord Garmadon, but I'm still a child. I have no idea what kind of path I need to follow someday in the future"

"I'm sure Kai will come around and will try to get to know you" Uncle Wu said as he started to leave my room to find the ninjas

'I hope so too' I thought to myself and continued to read the book

Kai P.O.V

I was playing video games with the guys; everything was peaceful since Garmadon escaped through the portal, so was no bad guys to fight or anything, so we're just spending our days playing video games. We were about to beat the boss, when suddenly Sensei pulled the plug to the TV

"What happened?!" Jay complained

"It took us 3 hours to get there!" Cole shouted

"Why? Why would you do that?" Jay asked

"Just because Lord Garmadon has escaped through a vortex, doesn't mean he won't return one day for the golden weapons of Spinjitzu" Sensei Wu said to us

"But Sensei Wu, ever since he's been gone, Ninjago had nothing but peace" Zane said

"Yeah, peace is boring. There's no one to save. There's nothing to do" Jay said

"We can train tomorrow" Cole said as he layed down on the floor

"Never put off until tomorrow, what can be done today" Sensei Wu said and Cole picked up a piece of pizza from the floor

"Well, I was gonna eat this pizza tomorrow, so if that's the case..." Cole was about to take a bite of the pizza, but Sensei Wu kicked the pizza out of his hand

"No pizza for you! In order to reach your full potential, you must train" Sensei Wu said and I looked at him with a confused

"Uh, remember when we did a little thing called the Tornado of Creation? I thought that was pretty insane" I said with a proud grin and Sensei Wu sighed

"Oh. You four have merely scratched the surface to your full potential. There are still so many secrets you have yet to unlock. You haven't even begun to tap into what powers your golden weapons hold" Sensei Wu said and Cole picked up his scythe

"You wanna talk secret powers? Check this out" Cole used the scythe to pick up the plug to the TV and plugged it back in. Now we can finish playing our game

"Sigh... If you four are bored, then why not keep Miku entertained for bit?" Sensei Wu suggested, and I went stiff

"Oh yeah. We should do that" Jay said as he placed the controller down

"Indeed" Zane said and started to get up

"It'll be nice to spend time with Miku. Come on, Kai. It's time you and her get to know each other" Cole was about to drag me out, when Nya came rushing in

"Guys! Lord Garmadon, he's returned!" Nya shouted "He was spotted approaching Jamanakai Village"

'Phew. Finally, an excuse on why I don't want to go near Miku' I thought to myself, but I ended up falling on the ground from all the shuffling and trying to grab our weapons. We all rushed outside and went towards where our dragons are being kept

"Can I help?" Nya asked

"Sorry, sis. Where we go, danger abounds. This is the job for the ninja" I said and I realized I couldn't reach my dragon's reins "Uh... A little help?" I chuckled embarrassingly; Nya handed me the reins with a look of disappointment, and we finally took off

Miku P.O.V

I walked towards the entrance of the monastery to see Uncle Wu and Nya

"Will they ever reach their full potential?" Nya asked

"In time. Maybe long time, but in time" Uncle Wu said

"Nya? Uncle Wu? Where did the ninja go?" I asked

"Well, they went to Jamanaki Village to investigate whether or not Lord Garmadon is there" Nya said

"I see. Uncle Wu, is there a book about my powers I inherited from my dad? I want to read about to I can understand a bit more" I asked, and Uncle Wu took a moment to think

"I think there is. There might be a journal that your father kept in my study, you can check if you want" Uncle Wu said

"Okay" Then my stomach growled, and I looked down with an embarrassed look

"Looks like someone is hungry. Come on, I'll make you something eat" Nya said and we started heading to the kitchen

Timeskip~

While eating the lunch that Nya made, I felt a bit sad

"Something wrong?" Nya asked

"How come Kai doesn't want to get know me, Nya?" I asked

"To be honest, I'm not sure. He shouldn't be so quick to judge you just because you're Lord Garmadon's daughter, I'm pretty sure your brother feels the same too when other people are so quick to judge" Nya said

"I guess so" I sighed as I finished the last piece of my food

"Well, since your lunch is done, let's go find the journal that your uncle was talking about" Nya said and we made way to my uncle's study to my dad's journal about his powers

'I want to prepare myself for whatever it's gonna happen in the future' I thought

No One P.O.V

After some time, Nya found the journal and gave it to Miku

"Hey, Miku, want to watch me train? I bet I can beat the boy's speed record" Nya said and Miku agreed

When they got to the training grounds, Nya started to go through the training course, she was dodging the dummies, jumping, when she was to reach the end, she was hit in the face by an axe and fell on the ground. Jay started walking towards Nya to see if she's okay and tried to cheer her up a bit

"Hey, Nya. Were you closer to beating your brother's speed record?" Jay asked as he helped Nya up

"Ah, I'm getting there. I heard what happened in town. Just a false alarm?" Nya asked

"Yeah" Kai answered "But we're gonna need the space. Sorry, sis"

Cole went to the closet where the protective gear is, and tossed Jay's helmet at him but ended up getting hit in the back of his head

"Two matches, then the winners of each face off for the title. Armors for our own protection. It's time to see what these babies can do" Cole said as he lifted up his scythe

"Hey, Nya, wanna stay and watch me mop the floor with them?" Kai asked

"No thanks. I think I'll just visit Jamanakai Village with Miku. Knock yourselves out. Come on Miku" Nya called to Miku who rushed towards Nya, before leaving

"Good luck you guys" Miku said and rushed out of the monastery

"All right, first up: Kai vs. Jay" Cole said as they both pulled out their weapons "Ninja... Go!"

They started off good, except Jay electrocuting himself, Kai and Jay fought and a bit rusty, but in the end, Kai was the winner from blasting Jay away

"Next up: Cole vs. Zane" Kai said while Jay was benched, both Cole and Zane bowed "Ninja... Go!"

Just like Kai and Jay, they started off good, but they were still a bit rusty. Zane tossed his Ice shurikens to where Cole's feet are, but Cole failed to notice the ice forming, making his feet trapped in ice. When Zane thought he was about to win, Cole knocked him down to his feet, making Cole the winner

"For the prize and title of best ninja, blah, blah, blah... Ninja... Go" Jay said with less enthusiasm

Now the final round began, both Kai and Cole fought, Cole managed to knock Kai down using the scythe to shake the ground. Kai got back up and tried to use his sword's fire but it was starting to get hot to hold

"It's too hot!" Kai shouted

"It's burning" Zane said

"Fire!" Jay yelled

Kai used his spinjitzu, hoping to die down the fire, but it was still too hot. Kai ended up dropping his sword to the ground and the fire started spreading around the training grounds. The guys tried to take out the fire, but the fire wasn't dying down. The doors opened to reveal Wu, who was wondering what was going on, he was shocked to see it, but he walked towards where Zane's ice shurikens and tossed them through the air and concentrated on the weapons. The ice shurikens started moving where the fire is and the fire was no more

"What were you thinking?!" Sensei Wu yelled at his students

"Um... We were trying to figure out who was the Green Ninja" Jay foolishly admitted, and he ended up getting smacked in the back of his head by Zane "Ow! Uh... Did I say Green Ninja? No, sorry, um... what I said was lean" Jay tried to cover up his saying, but failed

"You were not supposed to see this" Sensei Wu said

"But sensei, we wanna know. Which one of us is the chosen one?" Kai asked, hoping to know the answer

"None of you, if you don't unlock your full potential" Sensei Wu said as he started walking back inside the monastery

"But my sword, it was so bright. Is this what you meant by unlocking our golden weapons?" Kai asked

"You are only at the beginning, and the road is long and winding. But yes, this is what I meant. If this is what it take for you to train, then so be it. But none of you are near the level of what it takes to be the Green Ninja" Sensei Wu said

Nya P.O.V

Miku and I were checking out the produce that the village has, and suddenly we heard screaming

"What now?" I stood protectively in front of Miku

"Take the candy! Take it all!" There we saw Lloyd, but he wasn't alone. Behind him were the serpentine, and they started to hypnotize the villagers. I hid myself and Miku behind of the stalls and heard one of the serpentines talking

"This makes no sssense, general. Raiding an entire town for ssssweets?"

"You will do as I command, because I hold the sssstaff" The general serpentine said

"Nya... I'm scared" I felt Miku clinging onto my side

"Don't worry Miku, I'm sure the others will come and save us" I said trying to make her feel a little better "We better start moving, stay close, okay?" Miku nodded and we started moving and hiding

While making sure, we're not seen, I noticed Miku stopped moving

"Miku? What's wrong?" I asked

"Lloyd" Miku pointed and there we saw Lloyd

"I'm never coming down from this sugar high!" Lloyd said and the ninja finally came

"Thank goodness. They're here" I said

Miku P.O.V

"Sorry to bust your buzz, little Garmadon" Cole said

"But it's already past your bedtime" Jay said

"Get them!" Lloyd said to the serpentine, who was rattling his tail

"Ssseize them!" The general ordered and the other serpentine started charging

"The Serpentine? They're real?!" Kai said looking surprised

Not only are they started get surrounded by the serpentine, but the hypnotized villagers too

"It's not just them we have to worry about" Cole said as the villagers started moving closer to them "The whole village has been hypnotized"

Jay was about to use his weapon, but I heard Zane say something about his weapon being unstable, so they had no choice but run away

"Let's go!" Nya picked up and started jumping on the roofs, trying to catch up. I looked over Nya's shoulder to look at my twin brother before he was out of sight.

After some time, Nya found where the ninjas where hiding for now, and landed near them

"Huh? Nya?"

"And Miku! You're both okay!" Jay said letting out a breath of relief

"Barely. They hypnotized everyone in town" Nya said

"Mind control? How is this possible?" Jay asked

"Um... The snakes rattle their tails when you look at them in eyes" I said and Nya nodded

"Yeah, that's how they get you"" Nya said

"What are we supposed to do? We can't use our weapons, and now we gotta fight with our eyes closed? Ha! Perfect" Jay said and I walked towards Jay, I pulled his sleeve to get his attention

"Nya and I saw a snake with a staff, we believe he's the general" I said

"That's right, Miku. He's the one in charge. If we can get the staff from him, it holds the antivenom. If we get that, we can save everyone" Nya said and Kai looked at his teammates

"Look, guys. Forget about the whole Green Ninja thing. Let's make sensei proud. The four of us, we're a team" Kai said

"Now you're talkin" Cole said

"Oh! Nya and Miku can be our honorary members" Jay said

"Gee, thanks" Nya said with a hint of sarcasm

"I might not be a grown up, but I promise to do my best!" I said and did a small punches through the air

When I did that, Jay, Cole, Zane and Nya fell on the ground with tears in their eyes

"Huh? Why are you guys crying?" I asked with a confused look

"Guys, seriously?" Kai said with a sweat drop

After they finally calmed down, Nya picked me up and started jumping on the roof. Kai jumped off first and was later surrounded by the serpentine. He used his fire spinjitzu against them, but since he hasn't been training for a while, he was out of shape

"Okay, we're really out of shape" Jay said, when the serpentine were about to attack Kai, he got up punched their faces without looking at them. In the corner of my eye, I saw Lloyd running with a wheel barrel full of sweets

"Ha! Consider this a warning, ninja!" Lloyd said as he laughed evilly, and Zane used his ice shurikens and created a small block, tipping the wheel barrel over and spilling the candy "My candy!"

Zane landed in front of Lloyd

"Sensei was right. Never put off until tomorrow, what can be done today. We should've dealt with you the first time around" Zane said and Lloyd called for a retreat

"Retreat!" The serpentine general said, when Lloyd was to leave, I called out his name

"Lloyd!" My twin brother looked in the direction where I called out his name, and he saw me on the roof

"Miku?" Lloyd looked surprised to see me, but in the end, he left with the serpentine

"Lloyd..." I felt sad as I watch my brother leave, but I looked down and saw a serpentine hypnotizing Cole

"Nya!" I pointed down and she jumped off the roof, she kicked the serpentine in the face and the serpentine ran away

"You have the antivenom" Nya said, while Cole was trying to shake off the effects, he looked in his hand and realized he does have the staff

"By golly, you're right!" Cole said, Nya told Cole to put the staff with the antivenom in the fountain, and smoke came out from the fountain, releasing the villagers from the hypnotism

"Thank goodness" I said and I felt myself being picked, I turned around to see Uncle Wu

"I'm so relieved to see you safe and sound" Uncle Wu said as he hugged me

"Mm. But I'm sad to see Lloyd leave" I said

"Don't worry, dear. I'm sure you'll be together again with your brother soon" Uncle Wu said, and I gave him a small smile. We saw Kai coming near us with the snake's staff

"We're sorry, sensei. If we had dealt with Lloyd before he became a problem, none of this would have necessary" Kai apologized

"Even lessons learned the hard way are lessons learned" Uncle Wu said as he looked in the direction where Lloyd and the serpentine retreated to "Hm. A great evil has been released. I fear troubling times will come. This is only the beginning"

"Then, we will train and be ready for the Serpentine" Zane said

"It may not be Lord Garmadon, but that doesn't mean we won't bring our A game" Cole said

"Help us train, help us realize our potential" Kai asked Uncle Wu

"Yeah. Teach us the secrets behind the weapons of Spinjitzu" Jay said

"Hm. There is much to teach. We must return to the monastery" Uncle Wu said as we started to leave the village

'I better start reading dad's journal about my power' I thought to myself 'Lloyd... I hope you'll come back to me... I miss you a whole lot'
