Miku P.O.V - Darreth's Dojo

Lloyd was standing on his hand, but he's trying his best not to fall down

"Focus. In order to bear the fate of Ninjago on your shoulders... you must first learn to bear the weight of all of us" Uncle Wu said as he sat on Cole's shoulders while drinking tea. Cole, Kai and Jay were being held by Zane "Focus"

"Uh... sensei? I'm starting to think this was a bad idea" Jay said

"Yeah, sensei, he's just a kid. Miku, Crystal and Akatsuki should be the ones doing this, they're the same size as him" Cole said

"In order for him to succeed, we must all trust one another" Uncle Wu said, then a wrecking ball broke the window, making Lloyd lose his focus and the ninja including Uncle Wu fell down. Akatsuki covered me before the glass touched me

"What was that?" Cole asked

"You okay, Miku?" Akatsuki asked and I nodded

"Huh?" A contractor looked at us with a confused look

"Whoa, whoa! This wasn't supposed to happen until tomorrow!" Darreth shouted

"Tomorrow? Let me see that order" The contractor said as his worked handed him the paperwork "Oh yeah, my bad. Sorry bout that, we'll be back in the morning" And they left

Darreth picked up his trophy that's now bent to side

"Uh... Mr. Darreth, what's happening?" I asked

"Yeah, what is this all about?" Cole asked

"Well, I fell behind on some of my payments, and some developer named Darnagom Enterprises is buying the entire block to put in some stupid frisbee golf course. They say if I don't come up with 50,000 by tomorrow, the dojo is gone" Darreth said with a sad expression

"We already lost the Bounty! We can't lose the dojo now!" Jay exclaimed

"My trophies... All my fake trophies" Darreth started to cry

"Wait a minute, Darnagom. When you rearrange the letters, it spells..."

"O Grandma?"

"Correction. It spells Garmadon" Crystal said

"Right, that would make more sense" Jay said as he scratches the back of his head

"Are you really this dumb or something?" Akatsuki asked with a deadpan look and Jay looked like he was stabbed by something from the comment

"So, what you're saying is that our dad is behind this?" I asked with a sad look

"If he destroys the dojo, where will we train Lloyd? And the kids?" Cole asked with a concern look

"Any chance you got 50,000 in that teapot of yours?" Darreth asked Uncle Wu

"Worry not, Darreth. You are not in this alone. We're all with you" Uncle  Wu said

"Did somebody say 50,000?" Nya asked as she enters the room

"You didn't happen to win the lottery?" Jay asked, hoping he's right

"No, but I heard about Ninjaball Run" Nya said

"Ninjaball Run?" We all said in unison with a confused looks on our faces

"It's the biggest road race in Ninjago, with the prize of 100, 000 big ones. And it's tomorrow!" Nya said

"Thank you, little lady fighter, but you're talking about the most dangerous race known to man. Only the most serious of racers even stand a chance" Darreth said

"But didn't you do upgrades on our Ultra Sonic Radar?" Kai asked and Nya nodded "Maybe we might stand a chance"

"And I can enter with my Dragon. You did say I needed the practice" Lloyd said

"I want to join too! I wanna learn how to fly a dragon!" I said

"Me too!" Akatsuki said

"Me as well" Crystal said

"So it is agreed. You will all enter this Ninjaball Run to save the dojo" Uncle Wu said, and Darreth was still crying

"Are you still crying?" Nya asked

"Yes... but these are happy tears" Darreth said

The next day - The Ninjaball Run starting line

"Welcome everyone to the 14th Annual Ninjaball Run!"

"The grand prix where it doesn't matter how you there, as long as you get there first!"

"Well, let's take a look at the racers"

"I see the starters' line. We have a few familiar faces"

"Argh! What it, you big oaf!" The mailman shouted at the dragon

"Sorry!" I apologized, and I noticed Lloyd messing with the dragon rein

"You look nervous, Lloyd. You okay?" Cole asked

"Nervous? Ha ha ha! Maybe for you guys" Lloyd said

"That's not what your vitals are saying, Lloyd" Crystal said

"Don't say that out loud!" Lloyd shouted

"Crystal's right. You need to relax a little, plus your hands hasn't stopped shaking either" Akatsuki pointed out

"Shut up!" Lloyd shouted looking embarrassed, then I saw Nya jumping out from the vehicle and was explaining about the lever. But the ninja couldn't hear a thing since the engine that was caused by Brad and Gene. I got angry at them since now the ninja couldn't hear what Nya was trying to tell them. I smirked as I lifted my hand as a shadow was slithering towards the bus where Brad and Gene are and did some tinkering with the engine

"All right, the race is about to start, and officials are saying that pit crew..."

"...only under those circumstances, and no other, should you..."

"We're about to begin!"

"That's my cue, gotta go. Good luck!" Nya said as she left

"Wait! Nya! We couldn't hear you!" Kai shouted

Driving up on the starting line was Cole's dad and his group

"Look, it's my dad! They've entered too?" Cole asked as his dad was waving at him, and next to Cole's dad was Jay's parents

"Oh no"

"Jay! Jay! Oh, look, he sees us, Ed"

"I see him, Edna. You don't have to embarrass the boy"

"Is there anyone we don't have to compete against?" Jay asked and a portal appeared, and coming out was the two skeletons if I remember correctly their names are Nuckal and Kruncha. When the ninja saw them, they all groaned

"Wait a minute. Some skeletons have crashed the party. Is this against the rules?"

"Rules? Ha! There is only one rule in Ninjaball Run and that's cross the finish line first. Let's take a look at the course. The first thrilling leg starts on the streets of Ninjago City and empties out into the treacherous Sea of Sand. Racers, look out for the dangerous straightaway known as Crashcourse Canyon where the slightest mistake can be your last. The next two legs of the race take us into the winding maze known as the Birchwood Forest, then through the perilous and icy Glacier Barrens. Finally, in the fourth and final leg, racers must beat the desert heat in the Badlands, which then takes us back to the finish line here in the heart of Ninjago City"

"I don't know guys, if we're going to save the dojo, we're gonna have to beat some pretty stiff competition" Kai said as he and the rest of ninja were inside the vehicle

"One final word, let's have a good clean race. So good luck to everyone"

Then the countdown started

2 "On your mark, get set..."

1 "Ninjaball... go!"

No One P.O.V

Everyone took off, the only vehicles left behind were the ninjas and Brad and his teams bus

"What happened?" Zane asked

"We've been sabotaged!" Cole said

"And it looks like we're not the only ones" Jay said as he pointed at the bus

"Hey! What happened?!" Brad asked

"I-I don't know! I made sure everything was in order before we left" Gene said as he started checking the problem

During the race, the competitors were up against each other as they tried to knock one of them out. For Lloyd, Miku, Akatsuki, and Crystal, Lloyd was having some trouble on how to steer the dragon

"Wrong way! Oh, we're going the wrong way!" Lloyd said

"Calm down, Lloyd. If you freak out, then the dragon will freak out!" Miku said to her twin

Meanwhile at Ninjago City jail, the Serpentine were trying to break Skales out from jail. They tied some iron chains at his cell window and they gunned it. After some time, the cell window was no longer there and Skales was laughing evilly as he jumps out from his cell and on top of the bus, and jumps on the ground

"It's about time. Let's get outta here" Skales said as he enters the bus and took off while police cars were chasing after them. As the Serpentine were trying to get away, they merged with the other racers "What in the world is going on?"

"Oh, things just got interesting. It seems some new competitors have entered the race. Meanwhile, the Ninja and the small bad boys remain at the starter's line in dead last"

"Oh, great! We're already out of the race!" Jay complained

"We can't quit now, not with everything that's on the line! Help me lift this thing" Cole said as they lifts up the vehicle and fixed it

"So that's how things is going to go. All right, boys, let's do this" Kai said as he started up the engine and they took off

With Garmadon

"Now that the dojo will be destroyed, we'll crush them before Lloyd ever becomes a true ninja" Garmadon said and he heard the sound of the TV talking about the race

"We're here at the Fourteenth Annual Ninjaball Run, where it looks like the Ninja are back in the race, only leaving the little bad boys dead last, and now have a long shot at winning this year's massive cash prize"

"They're trying to save the dojo? Will they ever quit?! Argh! Set sail for the race at once! We can't let them win!" Garmadon ordered and they set the course to the race

The racers were now in the Sea of Sand and were about to enter Crashcourse Canyon. Ed and Edna were in the lead. The pirates were trying to knockout one of the racers, but they ended up crashing into the wall

"Ouchy-mama! Pirates are out of the race"

The blind pirate was walking around, but he was almost hit by the ninja as they drove pass them

"Ha ha ha! We're no longer in last! Things are looking up" Jay said, but he ended up jinxing it as Garmadon was flying over them

"Oh no! Garmadon!" Cole said

"What?!"

"Lord Garmadon, are you going to use the Mega Weapon?" The Venomari asked

"What's the point? Look at them. They're trapped like rats. Set all cannons to fire" Garmadon ordered and the Serpentine went to set up the cannons and aimed at the ninja "Now that they're in our sights, they have nowhere to run"

"Aah! We're sitting ducks! There's nowhere to run!" Jay exclaimed

"Are those cannons? I would not want to be in the Ultrasonic Radar right now"

"Ugh! I can't watch! But you, the fans can! In glorious high-definition!"

Darreth, Wu and Nya are looking worried

"They can't get out of the way!" Nya said

"I can't bear to look" Darreth said as he covered his eyes

With nowhere to run, the cannons were ready to fire at the ninja

"Goodbye, ninja" Garmadon laughed evilly, then suddenly the Lloyd's dragon appeared

"Oh! Aah! Out of the way!" Lloyd shouted as the dragon crashed at the back of the Bounty, the cannon fired a cannon ball and exploded upon impact. Luckily, the ninja were okay

"Nice going, kids!" Kai said, then Lloyd fell forward and he caught the reins, and were front of the ninja's vehicle

"You saved us!" Cole said

"I did? I mean I did! Hey, what do you say we work together?" Lloyd suggested and Miku, Akatsuki and Crystal pulled Lloyd back up

"Yeah! I say let's show them what we Ninja are all about!" Jay said

"Ninja, go!"

"They're getting away!" Garmadon shouted

"Uh... why don't you use your Mega Weapon?" The Hypnobrai asked

"Because I can only use it once before it saps all of my energy, then who's going to slap you around to get this ship moving?" Garmadon said as he slapped the Hypnobrai

"Ow!"

"Get this ship moving!" Garmadon ordered

"Okay, you heard the evil lord! Full speed ahead" The Bounty sped up to catch up

"No one shall defeat me. Even in competition, I will win this race!" Garmadon said

The racers were now in the second leg of the race, the Birchwood Forest

The ninja passed by Cole's dad and his troupe who crashed into a pile of snow and they even singed

"Oh man..." Cole said

"We'll never get through those trees to catch up" Kai said

"We'll find a shortcut. Up, boy!" Lloyd said as the dragon flew higher

"You went up! You're starting to improve though!" Miku said

"That looks like a shortcut, don't you think?" Akatsuki said

"I believe it'll allow us to catch up" Crystal said

"Sounds good to me" Then Lloyd dived down "Follow me!" Lloyd said as he led the ninja through the shortcut

"Wow, ha ha. He's getting the hang of it" Jay said

"And it looks like we've made up the lost time" Cole said as he saw the other racers

Suddenly, a skeleton claw grabbed hold of the dragon's leg, and next thing they knew, the dragon crashed into the snow, and unluckily for the ones responsible of the claw, they also crashed since they didn't disconnect the claw

"Oh, a nasty crash. More racers are out of the race. Hope they're okay"

"Yeah, but if they're not, stay tuned for the slow motion replay"

Lloyd got up from the ground and checked on the dragon

"You okay there, fella?" Lloyd asked and the dragon let out a noise letting him know they're okay "We got them back in the race"

"That's true. It's all up to the ninja now" Miku said as Akatsuki helped her up

"I believe they'll win" Crystal said as she popped out from a pile of snow

"What makes you say that?" Akatsuki asked

"Let's say it's a feeling" Crystal said

Glacier Barrens

The Serpentine were still being chased by the police

"I can't shake them!" Skales said and the police cars went passed them

"They aren't interested in catching you"

"Those coppers just want to win the race!"

As the police passed the Serpentine's bus, they ended up crashing into an igloo, and the mailman crashed into a snowman, leaving the ninja on taking the lead

"Finally! Nothing can stop us now!" Kai said, but the vehicle was starting to slowing down

"Oh no! We've used up all our fuel! We're not going to make it to the finish line" Zane said

"Aw! I don't wanna say it, but I think our goose is cooked" Jay said and they heard honking sound

"You guys look like you could use a hand there. We heard on the radio you're trying to save Darreth's dojo" Ed said

"Oh yeah, we're so proud of you, son" Edna said

"Thanks, mom! But we're out of gas!" Jay said

"Oh! Then take ours!" Edna offered

"But how? If we stop, we'll lose the lead" Jay said

"Then we'll just have to do this the hard way, son" Ed said as he started climbing on his vehicle to where his gas is. He inserted a tube inside "Take this end, son"

Jay jumped out and went to get the tube, but he got scared due to the vehicle is still moving

"Ugh... Keep it steady!" Jay said as he opened up the hatch where he needs to insert the gas in, behind them were the other racers catching up

"Here you go, son" Ed handed Jay the tube and he inserted it in the gas hatch

"Ready, dad" Jay said as Ed pulls down the lever as the fuel started to making its way to the ninjas vehicle

"We got company boys!" Cole said as the Serpentine started making their way to the ninja, then a Venomari looked down and saw Skales

"Skales?"

"Get off the windshield! I'm trying to win a race!" Skales said as he used a windshield wiper and knocked the Venomari down

The Serpentine started jumping on the ninja's vehicle

"Ninja, go!" Jay knocked off two of the Serpentine "Need some help, guys!"

"We've got your back! Ninja, go!" Zane said as he kicked the Serpentine off, then Cole noticed another Serpentine trying to disconnect the gas tube

"Ninja, go!" Cole knocked the Serpentine down, and two more jumped on Jay's parents' vehicle

"Ninja, go!" Jay saved his parents

The ninja continued to fight off the Serpentine one by one, but a Serpentine landed in Jay's parents' vehicle and grabbed hold of the steering wheel, making them move out of the control. Which resulted the Serpentine's bus to be out of the race since it went out of the track

Once everything settled down, Jay went to check on his parents

"Oh, thank goodness you're okay" Jay said looking relieved

"Oh, we're fine, son. Just wish I could say the same for the old jalopy" Ed said

"Yeah, shame she didn't get to the finish line" Edna said and Jay took a piece of their headlights

"I'll make sure a part of her will" Jay said as he rushes back to his friends and inserted the piece in their vehicle "Let's go, we've got a dojo to save" Then they took off

"Go make us proud, son" Ed said

Taking the lead now was none other Lord Garmadon

"Looks like it's just us and Garmadon" Cole said

"This time, let's make sure the good guys don't finish last" Kai said as he increased the speed

While Garmadon thought he had won, he saw the ninja go pass him

"No! I hate those ninja! It's time. You think can beat me, Ninja? This race is mine!" Garmadon shouted "Hear me, Mega Weapon. I wish to rip open Ninjago and make an insurmountable obstacle that they can never surpass!" The ground heading to Ninjago City broke, crating a huge ravine that looks impossible to pass through. Kai put the brakes on in time before they fell in, but now Garmadon is in the lead again

"Argh! That's totally cheating!" Jay exclaimed

"Guys, it's impossible to cross that divide" Zane said as they heard Garmadon evil laugh

"Aw, we're not going to win now" Jay said

"Wait a minute. This ain't over. Everybody, hang on!" Kai said as he placed his hand on the lever that was trying to tell them about, and Kai went forward

"Uh... you know we're aiming straight for that cliff, right? You sure that's a good idea?" Jay asked sound nervous

"I don't have time to think it through! What was it that Sensei said? You gotta have trust" Kai said

"Yeah, in each other... not in miracles!" Cole shouted

"*Sigh* Nya, don't fail us now!" Kai said as they drew close to the cliff "All right. Now!" Kai pulled the lever and now the vehicle has become a aircraft, Cole, Jay and Zane quickly jumped on

Now they're head to head with Garmadon as they were heading to the finish line

"It looks like it's going to be a photo finish!" And they crossed the finish line

The crowd was cheering for the ninja as they picked them up

"I won, I won! Clearly I passed the finish line first!" Garmadon said

"Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner!" Everyone looked at the jumbo tron "The Ninja! The Ninja have it!" The people cheered once again

"Yeah! I knew it would bring us luck!" Jay said as pulled out the headlight

"No! That's not fair! That wasn't even a part of the vehicle in the first place! It's not even street legal! My ship was...!"

"Your ship?" Garmadon turned around and saw Lloyd, Miku, Akatsuki and Crystal on the Bounty along with the dragon

"I believe this belong to us" Miku said

"No! No! No!"

Then police sirens were heard from behind him

"All right, Garmadon, you're coming with us" The police officer said and pulling up in front of Garmadon was the Serpentine's bus

"Look who needs who now" Skales said with a smug look, then Garmadon went inside the bus and they got away

"Somehow, Sensei, I don't think that will be the last we are gonna see of him" Nya said

"We did it! We did it! Whoo hoo! We saved the dojo! Look what I can do! Cannonball!" Darreth then jumped inside the huge trophy with the huge cash prize is and everyone laughed
