Miku P.O.V

I was outside reading my dad's journal that talks about his powers and how to use them

'Even though I'm not old enough to use my powers, but it won't stop me from reading about it' I thought to myself, and I noticed the ninja 'Guess they're gonna train. That's good, I don't want them to remain sloppy'

The ninja started using the training grounds, and I decided to watch them train. I heard the door opening and saw Uncle Wu

"Morning, Uncle Wu"

"Good morning, Miku. I see that the ninja are finally training" Uncle Wu said and I nodded

"Yep" I said and I decided to ask Uncle Wu a question "Hey, Uncle Wu? When am I gonna start training?"

"You want to train? Why?" Uncle Wu asked

"Well, I want to be ready just in case, you, Nya or the other ninja are in trouble" I said with a bashful look, and I felt my hair being ruffled, I looked up and saw it was Uncle Wu ruffling my hair

"Don't worry dear niece. Your time to help will come" Uncle Wu said "But I do know your father left a message. It's hidden somewhere in the Monastery he said"

"Ooo! Sounds like a treasure hunt!" I said sounding exciting and Uncle Wu chuckling at my excitement

Then we heard Kai groan in pain, we looked at the training grounds, and saw the ground is covered in ice

"What happened?" I asked

"Zane" They all said in union

"Sensei, Zane's weird" Kai said

"Weird? How is Zane weird?" I asked

"Someone who is different, or someone who is different from you?" Uncle Wu asked

"No, sensei. He's 'weird' weird" Cole said as he mentioned the time when he was using the bathroom, and Zane walked in and combed his hair

Jay also mentioned how he and Nya were watching a sad ending to a romantic tv show, while they were crying, Zane was laughing

For Kai, he woke up in the middle of the night to make himself something to eat, but when he opened the refrigerator door, Zane was in there eating a sandwich. Zane also said he finished the last piece of the sandwich meat and offered Kai some cheese instead

'Huh? It kinda reminds me how Zane ate a bar of soap when I was getting some ice cream' I thought to myself

"We like the guy, he's really smart. He's just... Uh... A little off somethimes" Kai said

"Zane is a brother, and brothers are often different. I should know" Uncle Wu said and I heard the doorbell except it sounded like a gong, the ninja rushed towards the front gates to get the mail

"Let's see... A letter from Jay's parents. Hmmm... Kai has a fan letter. Oh, something from Cole's father" The mailman said as he handed them their mail

"What? No package? I'm expecting something from Creatures, Beasts and Beyond" Cole said and the mailman checked his carrier bag

"Hmmm, no, nothing from... Oh! Here it is" The mailman handed Cole the package

"Ha! Rocky's gonna love this!" Cole said as he ran off

"Thank you for delivering the mail even though we live way up here" I said and I handed him some money that I saved up

"No problem little lady. Have a nice day" The mailman put his mail carrier on his back and started walking down the stairs

"Hey, Zane, how come you never hear anything from your parents?" Jay asked

"I don't remember my parents. I've been an orphan all of my life" Zane said

'He's been all alone?' I looked at Zane with a sad look

"You mean you never had a home?" Kai asked and Zane shooked his head, so I ran up to towards Zane and gave him a hug, and he hugged me back

"The monastery is your home now" Uncle Wu said

"But sometimes I do feel like someone is waiting for me, but I have no idea where" Zane said

"Well, Zane, you can think of me as your little sister because I see you as a big brother" I said with a smile

"Thank you, Miku" Zane said

Nighttime~

We were in the dining room; I was sitting across from Uncle Wu and sitting next to Kai, tonight is Zane's night to cook dinner

'Zane makes really delicious food! I love Zane's cooking better than Cole's' I thought to myself, and Zane came out of the kitchen with the roasted turkey

"Dinner is served" Zane said and then everyone started to laugh

"Why are you guys laughing?" I asked as I tilt my head to the side

"It's because Zane is wearing a pink apron and he looks hilarious!" Jay said and I looked at Zane

"I don't see what's so funny about it" I said

"I agree, Miku. It seems I don't share the same sense of humor" Zane said and Cole picked up one of the dishes Zane brought out earlier

"How about this?" Cole threw the plate at Kai's face, and everyone started to laugh, except for me and Zane "How do you guys do not find that funny?" Then Uncle Wu picked a bowl and put it on Cole's head

"Now you are brothers" Uncle Wu said as he walked back to his seat, and everyone started to throw food at each other

'I'm still confused what's so funny about the apron or throwing food at each other' I thought to myself as I started to eat my food

Zane P.O.V

When everyone finished eating their food, I started to clean up the mess

"Let me help you Zane" I turned my gaze to look at Miku who started picking the mess "I'll pick up the mess and you can take the dishes to the kitchen" Miku said as she took the garbage bag and started picking the garbage

"Thank you, Miku" I thanked her, and I started to take the dishes to the kitchen and started to wash them

By the time, I finished washing the dishes, Miku was dragging the garbage bag

"I'll take out the garbage, Miku. You need to head to bed, it's your bedtime" I said

"Okay" Miku said as she started to rub her eyes "Goodnight big brother" I smiled when she said that. I grabbed the garbage bag and went outside to throw the bag into the trash bin, I was about to head back inside when I heard a falcon. I looked up in the tree and there was the falcon. The falcon was staring at me, when I tilt my head to side, the falcon did the same thing, So I decided to move my arms around, and the falcon did the same thing again. I couldn't help but smile, then the falcon started flying away

'Is it trying to lead me somewhere?' I thought to myself and started to follow the falcon

After some time of following the falcon, it led me to a tree house fortress, and I saw Lloyd. I better tell my brothers about quickly

No One P.O.V Morning

With the ninja gone, Miku took it as an opportunity to find the hidden message that her dad left for her. She looked everywhere; she looked in the kitchen, the living room, the training grounds, the dragons stable, her uncle's meditation room

"Hmmm... If I was a hidden message, where would I be?" Miku asked herself

"Have you checked your room?" Miku jumped when she heard her uncle's voice from behind her

"Uncle Wu, don't scare me like that" Miku puffed out her cheeks in frustration

"I apologize, I didn't mean to scare you" Wu apologized to his niece

"Also, why should I check my room?" Miku asked

"Because dear niece, your father was the one who made you the room" Wu answered

"Really!" Miku looked at her uncle stars in her eyes and Wu chuckled at her excitement

"Yes, he did. So, you can check to see if the message is there or not" Wu said and Miku ran towards her room

While Miku rushed to her room, Wu suddenly received a vision

"Oh no. The ninja are in danger!" Wu ran towards his room and pulled out a flute. Wu rushed to the dragon's stable and got on Kai's dragon

"Sensei? What's wrong?" Nya asked

"The ninja are in danger, I need to get to them quickly" Wu said

"Then I'm coming too!" Nya said as she climbed on, and they took off

Miku P.O.V

When I got to my room, I begin to search for any clues. While walking around, I heard a squeaky sound from the floor, I looked down and noticed one of the floorboards is loose

"Ah! I bet it's here!" I said and I started pulled the floorboard. Once I got the floorboard out, I saw a box, I felt excited that I finally found the treasure. I opened the box, and in the box was a cute plushie and letter

I was squealing because the plushie is so cute! I picked up the letter and was about to read it, when I smelled smoke

'Smoke?' I slid my door open and before me were flames 'F-Fire!? I need to get out of here!' I put the letter and the plushie back in the box and rushed through my window with the box in my arms. Once I got outside, I saw the serpentine from a few days ago, and they have the staff too

Once the building consumed the building, leaving nothing behind, I heard Kai's dragon and I saw everyone. When they landed, Cole rushed towards the stable to free the other dragons, and Zane asked Shard to freeze the remaining flames

"Uncle Wu!" I rushed towards my uncle

"Miku! Thank goodness, you're safe" Uncle Wu said as he hugged me

"The training equipment, gone" I heard Zane say

"Our video games! Gone!" Jay cried

"They stole their staff back" Uncle Wu said as let go from the hug

"What do we do now?" Cole asked as Rocky nuzzled against him

"I bet you told the serpentine that everyone was gone" Kai said to me

"Huh? Why would I...?" I was about to ask when Kai harshly grabbed my arm and lifted me up in the air

"Because your Lord Garmadon's daughter! I bet the moment we have our backs turn; you'll do something evil like your father! I always knew you can never be trusted!" Kai yelled at me, making his grip tighten more on my arm, and I started to cry

"Kai! Put Miku down! You're hurting her!" Nya said to her brother

"No! If anything, she should've been banished along with her father! That's why I never wanted to get close to her at all!" Kai admitted

"Enough!" Uncle Wu yelled "Kai, release my niece now" Kai hesitantly let go of me, I fell to the ground and started cried again. Zane walked towards me and hugged me to make me feel better

"Miku, do you want to come with me somewhere? I saw a falcon and I wish to follow it" Zane asked and I agreed to go with Zane

'I don't want to be near Kai anymore...' I thought to myself as Zane climbed onto Shard and we took off

Kai P.O.V Evening

We were sitting on a mountain top eating mud newt, everyone is silent right now, but I know they're mad at me for my actions

Flashback

"Kai! How could you blame this on Miku!? She didn't do anything wrong!" Nya yelled at me

"No kidding, dude! She's only a little girl!" Jay yelled at me

"That's really low of you to think that Miku should've been banished along with her father, she's still an innocent child Kai!" Cole yelled at me

"B-But!" I tried to speak

"No buts! I'm truly disappointed in you Kai. Not only did you accuse my niece but hurt her as well! Apologize to her" Master Wu glared at me and I gave in

"Fine... Miku, I'm..." I was about to apologize, but soon realized that she and Zane left

Flashback end

I sighed at the memory, and I heard Jay throwing something into the can

"Y-Yeah! A new high score!" Jay said

"Remember, we must be thankful for what we still have" Master Wu said

"What do we have? Our home is gone" Cole said and I finally decided to speak

"You know, I don't miss our home, what I really miss is Miku trying to cheer us up" I said

"Yeah, I miss Miku too, but it's still your fault for accusing her for something she didn't do" Jay said with a glare

"Give her some time. I think it was wise of Zane on taking her somewhere" Master Wu said

"Miku? Zane?" Nya said

"Yeah, Miku and Zane. The cute little girl who always encourage us and Zane, the white ninja, the smart, strange one" Jay said

"No! Miku and Zane!" Nya pointed in the different direction, and there we saw both Zane and Miku walking towards us

"Miku!" Master Wu rushed towards Miku and hugged her

"I'm sorry for leaving, Uncle Wu" Miku apologized

"As long as your safe" Master Wu said

Miku met my eyes for a moment, but she quickly looked away

'Guess she's still mad at me... I don't blame her though' I thought to myself

"Where did you guys go?" Nya asked

"Zane said he saw the falcon, and he want to follow it" Miku answered

"That's our Zane" Cole said

"We're happy to have you both back with us" Nya said

"Why? Is it my turn to make dinner?" Zane asked and we all laugh

"Yes, Zane. We would love for you to make dinner" Master Wu said

"But Uncle Wu, Zane already made dinner" Miku said, leaving us confused

"Come, I want to show you what I found. I think you will all be pleased" Zane said as he held on Miku's hand and started walking

After some time of following Zane and Miku, they both stopped walking for a moment

"I can't explain it, but I feel a strange connection with the falcon. I think he's trying to help show us the path we need to take" Zane said and started walking again, and finally at a turn, we saw a ship

"Our new home" Miku said as she pointed at the ship, making us gasp

"Do I smell pie?" Jay smiled happily

"Cobbler berry. Oh! I also made myrtle berry, and apple, and..." Zane said and we all rushed towards our new home

'I still need to apologize to Miku...' I thought sadly as I continued running to our new home

Miku P.O.V

When the guys and Nya started running to the ship, I felt a hand on my shoulder

"How are you feeling, Miku?" Uncle Wu asked

"I'm okay, but I'm still upset that Kai doesn't trust me at all" I said looking at the ground

"It's alright, dear. You can accept Kai's apology when your ready" Uncle Wu reassured me "Now, come along, it'll be a shame if they ate all the pies" Uncle Wu and Zane started walking ahead while talking, I was about to follow them when I heard someone calling me

"Psst! Miku!" I turned around and saw my twin brother

"Lloyd!" I ran towards him and hugged him "Lloyd! I miss you so much!"

"I know, Miku. I miss you too" Lloyd said as he hugged me back, and I heard his stomach growl "That's embarrassing"

"I can bring you something to eat" I suggested

"Thanks, Miku" Lloyd smiled, I grabbed his hand, and we started heading to the ship. Lloyd suggested he'll eat outside, when I got to the dining area, I managed to take some food for Lloyd and left without anyone including my uncle noticing

"Here Lloyd" I handed Lloyd the plate and he started eating. While Lloyd was eating, we started to catch up on everything that happened so far before he released the serpentine. After Lloyd finished eating, I wanted to go with him, but Lloyd said I should stay here with Uncle Wu, and he promised we'll together again. With that, I gave Lloyd one more hug before he left again, as I watched my brother leave felt like a part of me has left me, I'm guessing it was the twin thing. Then I walked back to ship, and snuck into the dining area and began to eat
