~~~~(Katie's POV)~~~~
I woke up to feel that I'm on a comfy bed, that feels like a cloud. My body felt cold, and then I realized I was shivering. I could hear hushed voices talking close to me. I listened in on the conversation as I lay there silently.

"Has she said anything since she last woke up?" I think it was Saizo.

"Not much, just that she was in pain and couldn't remember much." I recognized that voice, it was Heisuke.

"How are her injuries?" Kortaro maybe?

"They're healing well, except the claw marks on her back are taking longer than usual." Then I felt a cold hand on my forehead, which caused me to whimper. My body aches, I'm cold, and I'm really tired. "She still has a fever."

"Saizo, what's the plan." It was a long moment of silence until Saizo spoke.

"We need to head for Japan. There's a safe house in a village there. We will stay low until the princess is fully healed." I am just assuming everyone nod their heads in agreement since I didn't hear any voices.

I heard the bedroom doors close, then the shuffle of feet come towards me. I decided to open my eyes and saw Heisuke sitting in the chair, staring out the window in thought.

"Heisuke," Heisuke's head snapped in my direction meeting my gaze. He stood up and stood at the edge of the bed a hand on my forehead smoothing my hair back.

"Morning princess, how do you feel?"

"I feel alright, just tired. What were you guys talking about us leaving for Japan? Aren't we safe here?" I saw his face turn to a frown.

"Actually, we are in more danger at the time being. In Japan we have friends, allies, an army that can help defeat Jinoskue and Nobunaga."

"When do we leave?" I ask.

"We are supposed to leave once you are well enough to move." I figured I need to pack and take a shower beforehand.

"I need to pack and take a shower." I stated peeling the comforter away from my frigid body. I wince in pain, and fall to the ground. But I was stopped by warm muscular arms wrapping around me.

"Woa there, take it easy you haven't been on your feet for a week." Heisuke placed me back on the bed. "I will go run you a warm bath, and I will pack your bag for you."

Heisuke walked off to my bathroom, then shortly I heard water running. He came back out momentarily and grabbed me some clothes. It looked like yoga pants, a gray tang top, a pink! gray and white striped sweater, and some fuzzy socks.

I heard the water get turned off, and Heisuke come walking out towards me. He picked me up bridal style and carried me to the bathroom. He sat me on the edge of the tub. Heisuke placed my clothes on the counter in a neat pile.

"Thank you Heisuke, I can take it from here." He turned to me, smiled, then left. Once the door shut, I began to take off my pajamas and eased my way into the tub. The water was warm, not warm where it burned; but warm at the perfect temperature. My muscles relaxed in the water, the tub laying at a slant. Laying back in the water, the water was up to my neck.

After awhile, I washed my hair and body with my vanilla scented shampoo and body wash. I sat there thinking about my life at the moment. I thought about how much my life has changed. I met these great guys that I would like to call friends. But then there's Heisuke. My thoughts began to wonder thinking of all the times we were together. My heart fluttered in happiness at the thought of Heisuke.

Then I realized that he has to be with me, because of an order. He only cares about me because it's his job. He doesn't truly like me, the way I like him. Am I really falling for him? I don't understand my feelings when I'm around him. I frowned and decided to give up on the thought of Heisuke liking me. After the burning, stinging, and pain, I tried to climb out. My body froze as pain erupted in my back. I was able to push through the pain and sit on the edge of the tub.

I dried myself off and wrapped the towel around myself. I was able to put my undergarments on, but I was really tired all of a sudden. I grabbed my yoga pants and had them half way up, that was until I fell down on the tiled floor in pain.

I gasp for breath as pain washed over my body in waves. I curled up in the fetal position, and tried my best to pull my pants up when the pain faded a bit. The pain just kept coming, and I groaned in pain.

"Heisuke," I whispered. "Heisuke," I said a bit louder, and suddenly the bathroom door opened. The cool air come rushing in and I felt a pair of hands help set me up in a sitting position. The arms picked me up and sat me on the sink counter. I looked to see Heisuke standing between my legs.

Heisuke was wearing black sweats, and no shirt. My eyes trailed from his feet, to his black sweats, to his bare chest. His six pack was showing, I trailed my fingers across his toned muscled chest. Then my eyes made their way to his face. His hair was tousled and wet with beads of water on the ends. Damn, he is so hot!

His eyes showed concern, but softened upon seeing me. He had beads of water on his chest, and then I thought; did he just get out of the shower?

"Are you okay, what happened?" His voice was husky but velvety at the same time. I heard the worry in his voice. Just being around him made my insides melt.

"I just had sudden pain in my back, that's all. Thank you for helping me," then I just realized something. Heisuke had his hands on my waist holding me on the counter, standing between my legs, and Heisuke is so damn hot right now.

I stared into his beautiful blue-green orbs, as he stared into mine. My breath hitched in the back of my throat when Heisuke leaned in closer towards me. I didn't even realize that I was leaning towards him. The gap between us was getting smaller, but Heisuke stopped when he was only a few centimeters away from me. He looked at my lips, to my eyes, then back to my lips.

Then our lips locked, as an eruption of butterflies flew in my stomach. I put my hands on Heisuke's shoulders, but was pulled closer as Heisuke closed the gap between us. My heart skipped a beat, and was thumping hard in my chest.

Heisuke's tongue explored my mouth, then shortly after our tongues intertwined. Heisuke pulled away, as I was panting for air. I saw a tint of pink cross Heisuke's cheeks. I shivered, looking down I was only in my bra. I instantly became embarrassed, and looked down to hide my blush.

I reached over and grabbed my tang top, quickly putting it on. Then I went to grab my sweater, but stopped when pain shot up my torso and back. Heisuke grabbed my shirt and handed it to me, and I slowly put it on when the pain wasn't too intense.

I could still feel that my cheeks are red, but I didn't dare look up. I could feel Heisuke's gaze on me, but I continued to stare down at my lap. I can't believe what just happened. Two fingers were placed under my chin, making me come face to face with Heisuke.

His eyes held many emotions, adoring, lust, and is that.....love?

"Don't hide your angelic face. You're adorable when you blush." My eyes widen, and I think realization dawned on him, as his eyes widen too.

"I'm sorry, I-i don't know what cam-" I reached my arms out, and wrapped around his neck pulling him close to me. I placed my head on his shoulder and just savored the moment. This...this feels right, I closed my eyes and just let my mind wander. Wait! What am I doing?

I quickly let go and tried to get off the counter, but Heisuke held me there. Heisuke helped me down gently and helped me to my bed. Once I was situated and comfy, Heisuke pulled the covers over me.

"I have your bags packed, just rest until we leave in the morning." Heisuke stood to full height, then left afterwards. When the door shut, I felt guilty. Now things are going to be awkward between us.

"Mew"

"Meow" I looked to my left and saw Kuroro and Entei sitting next to each other.

"Hey you two, I'm alright I'm just...surprised all of a sudden." I placed my fingers on my lips, still feeling the tingles. I smiled but then realized, this will never happen. I just leaned back into my pillows and drifted off to sleep.

I woke up to someone gently tapping my shoulder. I rolled to my side, and cracked my eyes open. I saw Sasuke staring down at me.

"Morning sleepy head, we're getting ready to leave." I nod my head and slowly got up. I quickly grabbed my gray boots that were next to the bed and put them on. I stood up, but the room started to spin. Sasuke grabbed my arm and held me until the room stopped spinning.

Sasuke helped me down the stairs and into the living room. Kuroro and Entei followed behind us. The others were loading the car, and I sat in the back seat. Kuroro curled up on my lap, as did Entei but he curled up by my side.

Shortly we were headed for the airport and going through security. It took us half an hour to get past security and we were now waiting for our plane. Did I forget to mention that it's 4:25 in the morning!

"Flight 87 to Japan now boarding." We got up and headed for the plane. We got on the plane, I sat in between Sasuke and Heisuke. The others were behind us. Heisuke leaned over and whispered in my ear,

"Sleep, it's a long trip to Japan." And I did just that. I pulled Kuroro closer to me and closed my eyes, and leaned my head against Heisuke's shoulder. The last thing I heard was the engine of the plane soaring through the early morning sky.
