The car drove off, Six thought they would pick up Twenty-Three and Mono yet Six just got a text that Twenty-Three was there at the beach already making sandcastles. Mono was on the way, probably wanting to think about his heart feelings or something like that while walking down the road.

Six looked out and saw the ocean, waves rippled to the beach. From the car she can feel the summer vibe, even if summer was almost over and a hell in land called school would come to get Six alive. She got jittery on her seat, can't the car go any faster?

Finally the car went to the parking lot, once Six heard the car's engine die down she quickly grabned her bag and went out, "AT LAST, BEAAACCHHH," she said and Seven chuckled while heading out with her and closing the door, "Chill down there Sixxy you're getting too excited," he joked.

Six turned to him and grinned, "How can I calm down when I am too excited?" She asked while slinging her beach bag on her shoulder, "C'mon! Twenty-Three must be somewhere here!"

"Hey you two, isn't that one of your friends?" Felix asked while going out the car and nodding his chin, gesturing someone behind them. Six turned to see Mono walking down to the parking lot, she smiled, "Oh yeah it is. HEEEEYYY MOOONOOOO!!!" She squealed while running up to him, Seven following behind, "Jeez what did you eat and you got all excited?!" He asked while chasing up to follow Six.

Felix blinked, "Alright, well I will hang around," he said before locking the car's door and walking off.

Six noticed that Mono pondering off and snapped out of it when Six came running up to him. Since it was summer, he was wearing a loose white buttoned up shirt and dark brown swimming trunks. He didn't wore his paperbag - it'll get wrinkled and it's so hot.

"Uh hey Six," he said while stepping aside before Six would knock him over and gripped on her arm before she was about to trip and fall to the ground, "Could you stop greeting anyone like that?" He asked annoyed while letting go of his grasp on Six's arm.

Six stook out her tongue, "Nope, this is the special Six way of greeting."

"Since when?" Mono asked and Six smirked, "Since ever," she said while standing up straight. Mono just rose his eyebrow, "Suuuure."

"Hey bro!" Seven greeted out of breath from chasing Six - it wasn't that far (yes it was) but it shouldn't make him all tired. Mono smiled, "Wassup my bro!" He said and they did their secret broship handshake with a series of fist bumbs and hand slaps. Six watched and huffed while folding her arms.

"Watching this makes me wish Twenty-Three was here so we can show off our secret handshake - oh and speaking of Twenty-Three, we should meet up with her," Six said and smiled, "Let's go!" She said happily while turning around and walking off to the beach, the two following alongside.

Seven smirked, "I wonder how you would react once you see our dear Twenty-Three, Mono," he said while wiggling his eyebrows, Mono glared at him with a slight red on his ears, "Shut up."

Six chortled, "Sure you want us," she wiggled her eyebrows too and Mono groaned while looking away, "I am not having this conversation once again."

"Oooooh really? Cuz it makes your heart skip? And you question why you feel like that hmmm? You lil' oblivious one," Seven smirked and Mono glared at Seven so badly that if looks could kill poor Great Monee Fanboy Seven was dead.

"SIIIIIIXXXXXX!!! HEYYYY GUYYYSSSS!!!"

Six blinked and faced ahead of her to see Twenty-Three running up to them, grinning like an idiot. She wore a mint green two peice, her hair was up in a ponytail and, after two years since the Incident, her bangs got longer that it covered the wide scar she got on her forehead and some of her eyes, though it would still stand out.

"TWENTY-THREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!" Six shouted while running up to her and they hugged like as if they haven't met for months when in reality they hanged out a few days ago.

"Hey! Lookin nice!" Twenty-Three noted as they parted and Six giggled, "Look at yourself! I mean seriously some boys are looking at ya," she said while eyeing some of the kids who were staring at them, Twenty-Three just bursted into laughter, "As if!"

"I guess greeting like that comes from the genes," Seven noted while they walked up to them. Six giggled, "Probably-- Oh right! Twenty-Three these two boys were being so bro-y together with their secret handshakes and stuff, let's show 'em how a real secret handshake is like!" Six said childishly and Twenty-Three chuckled, "Yeah sure!" She said in the same childish tone.

Six and Twenty-Three did their quick secret handshake with fast hand slapping, pinky grabs, and a side bump at the end. Six scoffed at the two boys, "Now that's how you do a secret handshake!" She said.

"Gosh you two are so childish," Mono said and Twenty-Three snickered, "That's one of my great traits, Mono," she joked while whipping her hair and smirking at him.

Six noticed Mono's cheeks flare up yet one again for the many times he blushed (yes it happened more than once ever since the Incident). She rose her eyebrows and tried to fight off the smile, yet it was hard not to, "Hey Mono are you okay?" She asked.

"Uh-- Yeah I'm fine! It's suddenly hot-- I'mma get ice cream-- Okay, see you," Mono said fast while turning around and walk/running away. Twenty-Three lowered her smirk and tilted her head to the side like a confused puppy, "Everytime I look at him he just turned red and does that... Is he okay?" she asked in no one in particular.

Six and Seven couldn't hold in their laughter and broke out laughing, Twenty-Three looked at them dumbfounded, "What are you two laughing about?"

"Oblivious! So oblivious!" Six only peeped out and Seven chortled, "Yeah they both are!"

Twenty-Three furrowed her eyebrows, "Oooookay, there is something here I am not getting," she said and Six snorted, "Best you don't... Well, now. But soon, you will," she said while grinning as she overdramatically winked and Seven laughed.

Twenty-Three just shook her head, "I am still not getting it," she mumbled, Seven grinned, "Sure stay oblivious lil' one."

"What?!"

"Ooo yeah you and Mono are lil' ones," Six agreed to Seven and Twenty-Three glared at them, "Why in the world are we called lil' ones?!"

"Cuz you two are both so oblivious to a simple, quite obvious fact," Seven said and Twenty-Three folded her arms, "Oh why don't you tell me then?" She asked while raising up her eyebrow, talk about sass.

"Nope," Six said while shaking her head and Seven nodded, "It's fun watching you two be like this, quite entertaining," he agreed. Twenty-Three rolled her eyes, "Okay, I'm done. Gonna take a dip," she said while walking off.

Six grinned, "Bye lil' Twenty-Three!"

"SHUT UP," Twenty-Three shouted before heading to where her beach umbrella laid with her bag and stuff, with plenty of sandcastles around it.

"Ahhh they are cute together," Six said while taking a breath from all the laughing she just did, Seven nodded, "Yup. Glad you see it now, my lil' one."

"Wait why am I called a lil' one?" Six asked.

"Cause you're short."

"HEY, just because you got your growth spurt now and got taller than me doesn't give you the right to tease me for being so short!"

"Mmmmhmmm, sure my lil' shorty."

"Lil and shorty? Now you made me double short."

"Alright alright," Seven said while crouching down to Six's height, "I'm gonna let you win cause you are so cwute wittle wone," he said and Six glared at him while blushing, "Shut up you gIANT."

"Whatever you say wittle wone," Seven teased and Six punched his arm, playfully though, "Stop it, I'm gonna go set up my beach stuff and take a dip, wanna join me?"

"Of course! I don't want my wittle wone to drown even if you didn't head to the deeper parts," Seven teased and Six glared at him, "Yeah suuuuuuuure you giant. How is the wind from up there?"

Seven was taken aback, "Wait-- what?"

"Hmmm nothing, nothing," Six hummed while walking off to set down her beach blanket and bag.

"Six you'll be fine! It's not that deep."

"I will drown."

"Six, first you are with me, a guy from the swim team and still on the swim team. Next, you are proving that I am correct that you'd drown wittle wone."

"NAH I ain't gonna drown."

"Sure take it back."

"Shut up... Wait, Seven. Teach me to float."

"It's easy, here lemme teach you."

Yeah it was a nice simple hot summer beach day. Six noticed that more people were coming to the beach and swim by the shore. Twenty-Three was enjoying herself picking out seashells - she nearly picked out a starfish too except it was alive she put it back. Mono was just lounging by the beach, reading a book, not even wanting to swim - that or to steal glances at Twenty-Three, Six will never know.

Seven held on Six's back while she lied down on the water and spreaded her arms and legs out, slowly Seven let go and she was floating, for a second before the water was about to take over her face and she quickly stood up.

"That was fun! Even if I nearly drowned in the end," Six said while wiping her eyes.

"Sure, wittle wone," Seven smirked then looked back at the beach where Mono was chilling, "Hey, Six."

"Yeah?"

"What if we picked Mono up and tossed him into the water?"

"He'll get mad, so mad," Six said while smirking evilly.

"Yeah he will, hey let's get Twenty-Three, we need all the willpower we can get," Seven said while grinning, Six nodded and they made their way to the raven haired who was still picking out seashells, mostly throwing them away since it wasn't the 'perfect' one.

"Hey Twenty-Three!"

She turned while standing up, "Hm yeah what is it, Six?"

"Wanna toss Mono to the water?" Six asked and Twenty-Three's eyebrows raise, she blinked for a few seconds before smirking evilly, "Oh yes that's gonna be good."

"Okay now c'mon! While Mono is preoccupied with his book," Seven said and the three slowly sneaked out of the shore. Totally obvious they were gonna do something bad yet Mono kept on reading his book.

When he glanced at them and raised his eyebrow, "What are you three planning?"

"No~thing," Seven hummed then quickly snatched Mono's book.

"Wha- Hey! Give it back!" Mono said then to two girls held him back before he kills Seven.

"Don't worry bro I will put it down and bookmark it so you can go back reading what chapter it was. Now, it's not the time for reading- it's the time for swimming!" Seven said and Mono's face became slack then he shook his head, "Oh nonononono, no!" he said while the three raised him and carefully tossed him to the water, making a splash.

"Sorry bro!"

"Sorry Mono!"

Mono turned to them with his hair dripping down, his bangs were moved to the side to see his green eyes glaring at them. The three thought perhaps that was the end of the world yet Mono chuckled, "Alright fine, that was fun. Being tossed to the water," he said while picking out the seaweed on his hair - yes a seaweed got on his hair.

Twenty-Three snorted, "Ahhh that was good," she grinned and Mono rolled his eyes, "Sure it was," he said while standing up, carefully walking to them, then making a big splash that wet the three, straight to the face.

"CRAP, DUDE!" Seven said, "It nearly got into my eyes!"

"REVENGE IS MINE," Mono said in an evil villain voice and laughed like one in the end, Six grinned, "SPLASH WAAAARR!" She said while running to splash Mono.

So yeah, the whole day they comptitively splashed each other until the sun began to set.

What good times, such good times.

But not for long.
