Kurumi eyes fluttered open, nuzzling against Y/N's arm. Looking around, she was in a room, in a hotel. Y/N awoke from his sleep, and cuddled with Kurumi.

"Morning...".

Kurumi
"Morning".

"Feeling better?".

Kurumi
"Your friend nullified my powers, I powerless".

"You don't need magic, look at me and Batman, we can go toe to toe and even beat Superman and even half of the Sinestro Core...It has happened before".

Getting out of bed, and getting dressed, they began their day walking down the street towards the Cafe.

Kurumi
"What are we doing today?".

"Spending the day with you".

For the entire day, Y/N and Kurumi explored Paris, visiting many spots and attractions. First stop, Notre-Dame de Paris.

"I remember this place...Mom told me a story about the Hunchback of Notre Dame...Story about a disfigured man who fell in love with a beautiful women. Which she fell in love with him, but she sadly died...He was heart broken, and stayed near her corpse until he starved to death".

Kurumi - Muttered
"I know you'd do the same for me...".

"What was that?".

Kurumi
"Nothing 😄".

Kurumi then pondered, Y/N would actually do such a thing. He has been impaled, and broke two of his uncle's​ arms, literally slashing Dr. Fate's hand, and going against Batman, his father, Green lantern, and even Superman!

"You okay?".

Kurumi hugged Y/N, smiling.

Kurumi
"Let's go to our next stop Birdy!".

They walked towards their next stop, The Louvre.

Kurumi
"This place is pretty".

Numerous photographers appeared and began taking pictures of them both. Kurumi then noticed Y/N's mask falling off from his pocket. Grabbing it, she put it on.

Kurumi
"This does not hide your face".

"That's why I wear a hood, and give it back".

Kurumi
"You want it, come and get it".

After several minutes of chasing, they went to thier final stop, the Eiffel Tower. Night was approaching, lamp posts and lantern​s came to life.

Approaching the Tower, and getting on the elevator. They made their way to the top, overlooking the entire city.

Kurumi
"Everyone looks so small from here..".

"Like ants".

Kurumi
"Hey Y/N".

"Yeah?".

Kurumi
"Back at the Washington DC, did you mean it?".

"Mean what?".

Kurumi
"You said you loved me, and your dad and Batman said your were brainwashed into it...Do you really love me?".

"My dad and uncles has taught me since childhood to not break under pressure, it's gonna take more than beatings to change me".

Kurumi
"Answer my question...Do you really love me?".

"I have been impaled, fought my own family. I would do anything to keep you safe. I love you, how many times do I have to say it!".

"I would go to Apokolips, and smack Darksied in the face for you, you mean the world to me..".

Kurumi
"That's all I needed to hear!".

She hugged him, and looked down again. For once, she can finally trust a human, a human dearest and closest to her heart.

Kurumi
"I love you...".

Two men appeared behind them, one was holding a canister while the other hand was glowing.

Scarecrow
"Constantine now!".

Constantine trapped Kurumi with a spell, while Scarecrow exposed Y/N to the fear toxin. Y/N began  coughing, and soon passing out.

Kurumi
"What are you doing to him!?".

Scarecrow
"We're​ going to see the truth".

Kurumi began to tear up, begging for them to leave Y/N alone, both Scarecrow and Constantine saw the fear in her eyes...This has to be the sign that she truly loves him.

Constantine
"Don't cry, he'll live...Right rags?".

Scarecrow
"Batman checked my formula, this fear toxin isn't fatal".

Scarecrow
"We'll watch how far he'll go to save you, if he does love you, then his greatest fear...Is losing you".
