*Third's Pov*

Jake:....

Melody:....

Tommy:....

Jake: Okay...Listen guys. I knew what we saw was terrifying. But let's just focus on the last house and then call it a day. We'll try again first thing in the morning and then get out of here.

Melody: Okay...

Tommy: *Nods*

With that, all rest assured, they went for the third house. Like he did with the last two houses. Jake unlocked the door and begin the investigation.

The last home had a brick wall like the first house did but also had a green rug. There were multiple selves containing variable items on them. Unlike the other two small houses. This one was almost completely empty. There wasn't even a bed inside.

Jake: This feel more like a storage house then a regular house.

Melody: Alright. Let's just get this over with.

Tommy: *Nods*

They searched around the third house  until they managed to find something interesting on the wooden desk.

Melody: Is that...a diary?

Jake: Yeah...It is!

Tommy: Read it! Read it!

Melody: Ugh...fine...

No longer caring about someone else's privacy, Melody opened the diary and begin to read it. Upon seeing the name of the owner. She couldn't believe it...

Misty Brooks.

Melody: *Gasp*...

Jake/Tommy:....

"July 16th. It's been two days since we came to Dustville....I really don't want to be here. But we had no choice since our car engine was damaged."

Melody: Ah...That's right. Tessa did mentioned about our car crashing down a few days ago before we got here.

Jake: At least we now know she's telling the truth. But still...what happened to her roomate...

Melody: I'm still reading...hold on.

"I hope it doesn't take too long for the damages to be repaired. Because like I said before. I really don't want to be here in this strange place any longer than I necessary have too. The people here are weird. Tessa told me it probably had something to do with the town not liking outsiders. But still...something is just...not right here."

Tommy:....

"July 17th. We haven't heard anything from the mechanic yet. What's taking him so long to fix our car? It only has a few minor damages...We shouldn't have to wait for no more a day...Also...What's with the stares people are giving me. Why are the people here so unfriendly...me and Tessa don't mean any harm to them...So why do I get a bad feeling...maybe I should just take a walk and not think about it..."

Melody: July 17th...this was the day that Misty vanished. After this, there's no more writing in it.

Tommy: So...if this diary belongs to Misty. Then why is it all the way out here and not in the room she and Miss Tessa share.

Melody: Good Question...

Jake: We should show this to Tessa...However had Misty Brooks' diary obviously are the ones who kidnapped her. Let's go!

The siblings then walked out of the house and into the streets of the desert town.

They needed to get back to the Motel and warn Tessa. They needed to cross the wooden plank of a steep hole near the white fences.

Jake: Careful Guys. The hole looks a little deep.

He then put his foot onto the plank to check if it was safe. So far, nothing happend. So he crossed.

Melody then do the same...

Tommy was a bit scared but was ready to cross it...

*Crack*

Tommy: Huh-?! WAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Jake/Melody: TOMMY!!!!

It was an older sibling worst nightmare, the plank had brown underneath their brother as he and Barry had fallen into the steep hole below.

Melody: TOMMY!!! TOMMY!!!

Jake: Oh God! What are we going to do?!

They begin to panic in fear that they're youngest brother could be hurt, injured, or worse.

Jake: Tommy are you alright! Can you hear us?!

???: *Whimpers* J-Jake?

Both Jake and Melody took a breath of relief hearing their brother's voice below. Luckily, it seems the hole below wasn't that deep.

Melody: Oh thank heavens. He's still alive!

Tommy: Jake...Melody...Where am I? Why is everything so dark? I'm scared! Please get me our of here!

Jake: Tommy! Calm down! We'll help you find a way out! Here's my flashlight...

Jake tossed his flashlight down into the black hole.

Jake: Did you get it?

Tommy: Yes!

Tommy turned it on and looked around to discover he was in some kind of large cavern.

Tommy: I think I'm in a cave!

Melody: Are you alright? That was a scary fall.

Tommy: I-I'm fine. I just scraped my knee a little. Barry is with me as well.

Jake: Okay! I'm going to go get help...Maybe find a rope. Melody you stay with him.

Melody: Okay!

Jake took off to who knows where as Melody looked back into the hole.

Tommy: W-What should I do...?

Melody: Tommy. Be brave and wait for a little bit.

Tommy: Will you stay?

Melody: Don't worry. I'm still here. In the meantime, try to use that flashlight to look for a way out. Or at least anything useful to use for later.

Tommy: I-I don't know. It's dark and scary down here...

Melody: Be brave...and lead the way.

Tommy: Okay...
