nightmare pov.

                 its my birthday......

i walk up, in the tree, where i usually sleep, to find a box hanging above me, dream must have put it there, due to the shinny yellow wrapping with white stars all over, dream always wants to give me y gift first before i day even starts, i get up and untie the little box from its capture, and start to unwrap it, and inside is this little small necklace small enough to be a  choker, it was all back except for the little golden moon in the middle, it wasn't sold it just the frame, i smiled dream knows me better then anyone, i put it on, and climbed out of the tree,

still messing with the little moon, dream caught me off guard

"so do you like it" dream smiled, 

"no" i said in a deep voice, dream looked sad

"i love it" i said in a cheerful tone, 

"you almost had me there night, well im glad you like it, last on to the village is a bad apple!!" dream run off smiling and laughing

"wait up, dream" i yell we both run towards to village, we go to village, i always loved to see dream smile and laugh, it made me feel normal, as we both run to the village, 

we both run to the tree in the middle of the village, like always i win, 

*panting* "hah- ha how can run be so fast" dream said, out of breath

"heh its a talent" i said with pride, dream gives me a dirty look. sticking out his tongue and buffing out his checks, i give him a smug look

"pff haha hah" we both start to laugh, 

"oh nightmare, i will be right back, i forgot something!" dream ran off,

i waited by the tree for dream, but then i heard two familiar voices, 

"well, what do we have here, hey little prince," the same monster from yesterday, and another, walked up to me, i stand my ground, 

"oh where my manner, happy birthday,"he holds out a box, he smiled, " well take it, it would be rude if you dont" 

i take the box, but something didn't feel right, then dream comes back 

"oh? who might you guys be?" dream asked the two

" oh were good friends of night here" "he grabs me and pull me close,

"oh thats nice, nightmare come on, let head back to the tree," dream said, we both headed back to the the tree, and i look behind the he was smiling a sick and twisted smile, i just blew it off,  as we walk, we passed an alley way, where i usually see a small little kitten, who would greet me, with small meows and purrs, but he was gone.....

we got back to the tree, there where presents left by the villagers,  ad the tree was decorated, dream always like to see this, dream and i sorted thought them, but like every year i would only get a few, and dream would get a lot, but my brother would share with me, 

two monsters called out to dream to come play, and dream gladly joined, i was left alone by the tree, i was curious about the box, the mean monster from before, so i opened and to my shock,

...... it was the little kitten by the alley way dead body, the small limp body jammed in a small box, its black fur stained red with its own blood, my tears start to pour from my eyes, then a figure show up, 

"so what do you think, nightmare, do you like, heh" the monster laugh as tears streamed down my face, 

"who are you and why are you doing this to me!!" i cried

"oh the names butch, and i dont care, i just want you dead, your just an demon, dream is the two guardian here, haha you should see your face" butch laughed at me,

mad, i put the box aside, and i use my magic to harm butch, i threw him down and made him plead for his life, i bled him, i couldn't control myself, i just enjoyed to hurt him, i kept at it even though i didn't want to, i quickly snap out of it, and let him go after trying to choke him with a large black tentacles coming out of the ground, he ran to the village, 

i was covered in blood, i was so scared this had never happened to me, so i ran... i ran to the safest place i know where nobody knows not even dream, there was a cave not to far, from the tree, i ran and hid in there..... 

what am i going to do..... dream is it true, what i am..
