Caution graphic death ahead but it has a wholesome ending and I put a thing which states when it has ended

Author's POV
Nightmare Sans and Slenderman were being attacked by a random wild turkey they found and they were trying to grab it with their tentacles

Nightmare's POV
Argh I'm so annoyed because even when we reach for it neither of us have managed to grab it but i quickly reached for it before I realized it was corrupted and I quickly grabbed it and kept it contained and in my grasp.

Slenderman's POV
What, I asked Nightmare while Nightmare responded, look at it's eyes it's corrupted. And I looked and it was corrupted. And Nightmare spoke up in a calm but guilty tone, I think I have to kill it, Nightmare said as he snapped the poor turkey's neck as quickly and painlessly as he could, and it died instantly and without pain, before coming back to life perfectly healthy in a couple minutes.

Nightmare's POV
So he was right about the whole "killing the corrupted saves them" thing...... well I let the turkey go but he keeps cuddling against me and won't leave my side and despite my tough and grumpy attitude I do have a soft side for him so I speak up and ask Slenderman if we can keep him or not.

Slenderman's POV
Fine we can keep him but on two conditions number one you are doing all of the care for him and number two our new secret base is going to be my wood cabin and this is non negotiable. Do we have a deal. I offer him only to earn a small "yes" in return as despite my teleportation abilities we're walking to the cabin because I need to show him where it is.

Nightmare's POV
We are walking to Slenderman's cabin with me carrying the turkey in my arms and I speak up, I have named him Butterball, I mumble while Slenderman gives a thumbs up as we reach the front yard of the cabin.
