"Alec Homes, please come to the principles office." Says the speaker.

I knew what is was about, they were going to sign me up to the Special needs class. Yeah sure I had problems, cant speak sometimes, seizures (rarely), body freezes up, deaf sometimes, and the nightmares... I still can be... Normal.

I walk up and into the principles office, I freeze (on purpose) to see Tyler. And my Mother.

"Take a seat Mr. Homes." Said the principle.

"I - I... Ok..." I trail off and walk to a chair and sit.

"So, your mom said that you need to make friends. So she decided to have a student help you around. Tyler has a brother that has autism and said that he would be glad to help you too. So Tyler will be hear to help you." Said the principle.

"Hey Alec! Nice to see you again." He yelps in excitement.

I wave.

"H- hi, Tyler. Y- you too." I always stutter it's like a curse.

"Hello Tyler! Nice to see you! Now Alec can have seizures, here is the gear you will need just in case he has trouble breathing, and here is my phone number, there is his phone number..." My mom kept on blabbering about the embarrassing parts, and the boring stuff.

"mom!" I yell and she stops then smiles.
