Tallie's POV

My heart is beating fast right now...

Is this true...

He...he...really cheated on me?

My heart couldn't stop racing, I was nervous... I was terrified. I had received a message from an unknown number earlier at work; it was not a message I expected to get today... but when I saw the images that were sent to me, I knew right away that he was the person in the picture, but what was he doing with another girl in front of a hotel room...?

I was nervously playing with my hands until the driver says ", "We had arrived maam." He informed me and I immediately came back to my senses, I paid the cab driver and went outside... It was currently 5:30 p.m. and the sun was setting, I looked at the view from where I was and saw the coastline, I breathed heavily as cold wind met and embrace me, but what I wanted was his embrace, I looked behind and saw the hotel, it was a nice, warm and cozy, perfect for spending time with someone, and I couldn't help but wonder whether my boyfriend is probably in this hotel with someone else.

"Tallie, do be such a coward lets go, confront him..." I murmured to myself, making a fist with my hand.

I don't know what to feel right now... I don't know...

I walked toward the entrance, slowly counting my steps, when I noticed the elevator ready to close and hurried to stop it with my hand. I was surprised to see a young man my age staring at me, he was approximately 6 feet tall, so he was looking down only to stare back at me.

"Are you coming? " He asked, what a nice voice its so calm but I could say he was annoyed by my presence

"Oh, yes!" I said entering and the door finally closes.

I was so distracted that I forgot to enter the floor; my partner is on the fourth floor, so I quickly let my hand enter the number until I noticed the guy beside me was also entering the number; we gazed at each other as our fingertips touched.

After staring for a long, I wasn't expecting what he did!

He gently moved closer to my face, and I was surprised and embarrassed because he might think I'm strange for staring at him for so long, so I looked away, removed my hand, and never looked at him again.

It was really quiet until we got to the fourth level, I quickly left with my bag on my shoulder, walking away with embarrassment.

While walking, I suddenly looked back, only to see the guy walking to the opposite lane, without even realizing, he placed a smile on my lips as I turned away and continued walking again.

I'm not sure what will happened afterward, but the presence of the guy earlier helped me to remain calm.

If I ever see something tonight, something that I'm not really expecting to see, I hope I'll be fine...

I'll be alright...
