The Origin Of Night Mist
A long time ago, the greatest scientist created a machine, a machine that sole purpose was to scan every single DNA in all Multiverses. He studied every single different sample of DNA, in order to create his greatest invention yet. To protect all his work, the scientist hid himself in a laboratory hidden in the space between Universes. That is were he started working. Years passed as he combined all DNA samples into one full DNA sample. This was what gave birth to the ultimate being. A being that was a combination of all beings, with all the abilities that came with them. It took years, until his final invention was created. His greatest invention took the form of a little eight year old girl with black hair, pale skin, and dark red eyes.
"Come here, my daughter," said the scientist happily. At this point he had become an old man. The little girl in a dark dress walked over to the old man, looking confused.
"Where am I?" she asked. The little girl was starting to look worried, for she had no memories, and she could feel the surge of power in her.
"You are home," said the old man. "Your name is Mist, and I am your father."
"Father? You are my father?" said the girl sheepishly, getting closer to the old man.
"Yes, I am. And I will love you no matter what," said the old man as he hugged his daughter.

Ten Years Later
Due to the nature of Mist's powers she was immortal, and therefore not able to become older. Thanks to her father's help, she could control her appearance to match what she would look like as an eighteen year old girl. The old man who she now called her father lovingly, had taught her everything she knows, and how to control her most of her infinite amount of powers, using a device he created, he locked most of Mist's powers for safety. The device was in the form of a black wristwatch. Even if she had all this powers, her father never once treated Mist as an experiment, but as his daughter. That day was actually her eighteenth birthday since she was brought to life, actually tenth, but she was born with the body and mind of an eight year old. She hurried down stairs to meet her father.
"Father!" she exclaimed, as she looked at the table, her father had cooked pancakes. "You actually were able to make them! For a scientist you are really bad at cooking."
"Hehe, yes I am," he said, "But today is an important day so I wanted to make your favorite breakfast."
"Thanks Dad!" she said as she ate her pancakes happily.
"So what are we gonna do today Misty?" asked her father. Misty was the nickname he had given her. Misty though for a second.
"I know! We can go to one of those theaters people in normal universes go!" she said. "I heard that they perform many amazing plays!"
"Sure Misty," said her father. "We can go. It will be fun I presume."
Suddenly the emergency alarm of the lab started. The lights started flashing red.
"Father? What's going on?" asked Misty looking at her father' worried expression.
"This is imposible! No one has been able to penetrate into our pocket dimension!" said her father as he hurriedly started checking a monitor that was near the dining room. Misty went behind him and looked at the screen. The screen showed a large black ship with red, glowing lines that we t all across the ship. The ship landed on the docking station, destroying her father's ship. Several men dressed in black started to get off, all of them armed with weird guns.
"How they get passed the barrier!?" said his father. He quickly grabbed his coat, and headed to the docking station's door, right after he activated the security force field around the laboratory. "Misty, I want you to stay here okay?" said her dad.
"O-okay," said Misty as her father left. She quickly hurried to the computer, and used one of her powers to activate the cameras so she could see what was happening and using another power to hear what was happening. She saw her father standing right on the edge of the inside of the force field. A man came out of the ship. He had tanned skin, and long white hair, he was taller than her father and had a more muscular body. His expression was cold and unwelcoming. He approached dad and looked down at him.
"Professor, a pleasure to finally be able to meet you," said the man.
"Who are you and how you get into this pocket universe?" said her father.
"I am a Commander Alexander Jones of the military forces of Azenthel in a different universe," he said. "I have to say, you have done an amazing job hiding yourself in this pocket universe."
"Why are you here? What do you want?" demanded her father.
"I have come here because I heard of your invention," he said. "A weapon that contains the powers of all beings in every single Multiverse. I came here to acquire it. You see, it would be an amazing asset to our armed forces. It would allow us to take over every single Multiverse in existence. So seeing this opportunity, I ask you to hand over the weapon."
"Weapon!? That is my daughter!" said her father angrily, "She is not a weapon! She is just a girl, and she is going nowhere!"
"I was hoping you would be more rational professor," said the man as he walked away. "Fire at will."
Suddenly time seemed to slow down for Misty, as she saw the screen. She heard multiple gun shots. All immediately breaking the force field and hitting her dad in the chest. Misty quickly teleported to where her dad was and casted a shield that protected her dad from the rest of the billets. Commander Alexander turned to look at her.
"So you are the weapon," he said. "So it's an actual living being."
"Dad! Dad! Are you okay!?" she yelled with tears in her eyes. Her father looked at her weakly. She took her hand and placed something in it.
"I am sorry my daughter," he said. "I wanted to see you grow more, but it appears time is against me. Goodbye... Misty." His hand let go of her's, and Misty felt all his systems stop. Her father had died.
"No," she sobbed, "No! Dad! Dad! Please wake up!" she yelled holding his hand.
"Grab her," said Commander Alexander. "We need her alive."
Misty looked down at what her father had given her. It was a small black cube with a button on the top. She couldn't stop crying, but she pressed the button. There was a a hissing noise as the watch she was wearing fell down on the floor. A timer appeared on it's screen. A voice came out of it.
"Pocket Dimension Self Destruct Initiated," it said. "Teleporting Mist To Safest Universe." Suddenly Mist was teleported always as Commander Alexander yelled angrily. The whole pocket dimension disintegrated along with everything in it. All her dad's research and the commander's fleet.

Misty woke up to see a starry night sky. She felt a surge of power, the same power she felt when she was small. The watch was created only to block some of her powers away, but now with her complete powers she knew the truth. The watch was just a bomb, what her father said about blocking her powers was a lie. A lie fabricated to make her feel almost normal. And that made her happy. But then she remembered her father's death. When she was little, her father had told her, that even with infinite power, the deceased cannot be brought back.
Misty started crying, she couldn't stop. She had been with her father for as long as she could remember. He was everything to her. She kept crying until her eyes were dry completely. She looked around her and saw a beautiful beach under a night sky. What caught her eye was a beautiful full moon. She remained there sitting as she watched the peaceful night sky. Misty kept looking at the night sky and something inside her told her a name.
"Night Mist," she said. "That is my new name. Night Mist," she said looking at the full moon over the ocean. Suddenly she felt something behind her. She turned to see a boy with blonde spiky hair, and pale skin, wearing a white shirt and shorts. She stared at her with blue eyes looking puzzled.
"Who are you?" he asked.
