Naina pushed back on her seat, closing her eyes, she was feeling tired and wanted to sleep, but it was far away from her eyes.
Ganesh wanted to talk to her, she seems sleeping he thought but then as if Naina read his thought, she opened her eyes and looked at him.
"Ok, I will tell you everything, but in one condition" she paused waiting for him to say something but Ganesh just shook his head, gesturing her to continue, Naina gulped hard but then she spoke again not meeting his piercing eyes, "you have to promise me that you will tell me the reason, your interest in me and my family " she said in serious tone.
"Ok I promise!! I will tell you everything" Ganesh smiled inwardly, that's what he want, tell her what he feels for her.
"No I don't trust you, you and your friends are shrewd business man, You will find the way to lie." she stated flatly.
Ganesh arched his brow and smirked at her,"What you want me to do for gaining your trust?" he leaned forward and asked looking into her eyes.
She picked her bag and took out a note pad and a pen.
"Here" she passed him pen and paper, "write that after knowing my story you will tell me everything, the reason behind your interest in me and my family " she said in serious tone.
Ganesh smirked and looked at her, ohh darling trust me I want you to know why I am interested in you " he thought and then took the paper and pen and, scribbled on the paper and signed it.
Naina took the it back and signed on it and kept it in her jacket pocket.
"Ok, I met a guy today he said something to hurt me and then my sister screamed at me for not behaving nicely with that guy, that's why I was crying" Naina said and smiled sweetly at him, thinking that he will now tell her everything.
" Tell me everything, what happened between you and that guy and why did your sister screamed at you?" he said in serious tone, slowly he took her hand, "I want full story Naina Bedi ." He looked into her eyes and said.
Naina shook her head, his hypnotic eyes were making her weak, as if in spell of those eyes, she spoke again without any hesitation.
"My parents are very conservative and so my sister and her in-laws. I fought with my family to become painter, after completing my course, my faculty asked my father to send me for exhibition, but papa disagreed. I begged him, to let me go and participate in different exhibitions" She looked out of the window, due to night nothing was visible, it was pitch black just like her future.
She looked back at Ganesh and lightly smiled, "they agreed in one condition that, I will stay in my sister house . I agreed happily and then went to mumbai. I stayed with my sister but soon her brother- in-law started harassing me." Naina paused and looked at Ganesh who has angry expression on his handsome face.
"What kind of harassment ?" Ganesh asked his eyes turned red with rage.
"He use to..." Naina blinked back her tears.
"I didn't liked it, he use to kiss me forcefully, I told di(elder sis) but she forced me to accept him coz he wanted to marry me, I was broken. My own sister was asking me to accept him and to marry the guy who forced himself on me." Naina sobbed but continued, "Instead of accepting him, I left di house ." She turned and looked up through her lashes, Ganesh was looking at her, he had anger in his eyes, " I don't know why I am doing this Ganesh sir, why I am telling you about my tears." She said.
Ganesh leaned towards her and rubbed away her tears" because you feel good by sharing and secondly you want to know why I have the information about your family " he said, his eyes fixed on hers " And Naina I am not Ganesh sir, Call me Ganesh" he then glanced back. Attendant was standing beside his seat, " sir please if you don't mind, then switch off the lights " she requested.
"sure" he replied.
Naina felt relieved that now in dim light he would not stare at her, his eyes won't spell on her.
After attendant left Ganesh looked at Naina in dim light, " continue " he whispered.
"My parents supported me for first time. I started living in hostel and taking parts in exhibitions but my sister didn't liked it. She forced our parents to ask me to get married. She is fixing date with prospective groom with the help of her friend who is running some ridiculous marriage bureau." she rang for water, attendant came back again with glass of water. Naina choked but continue drinking water from her glass.
"What about her brother -in-law?" Ganesh asked.
"He is getting married this month" Naina replied.
"Hmmm...why are you letting your sister ruin your life " he asked.
" She already ruined it, she told my parents that I was the one who was seducing her brother -in-law. I met a business person today, he was so rude he asked me to be his lover, cause I am not the wife material" she laughed, " Ganesh sir can you believe, my own sister is doing all this" she said in low voice.
"Ganesh, Naina my name is Ganesh" he said in irritation.
" why are you meeting these guys?" he asked.
" My parents said that if I didn't got married this year then, they will break every relationship with me" she lightly sobbed.
Their conversation halted, when they heard attendant voice through the speaker "Sorry for inconvenience due to heavy Rain in mumbai we are not able to land and so, we are flying to Nagpur, where airline will book the room for all the passengers, please bare with us for inconvenience."

"Urhh..." Naina groaned, "I have exhibition tomorrow" she said.

And I am the chief guest" he laughed.

"you are...?"

"yes I am" he replied.

"What about the promise?" she pulled out the paper and waved at him.

"We have all the night" he winked.
