My Night Fury Paper

Attention all nightfury lovers! This is KTgrace101 with an important announcement. Have you ever wondered where all the night furies went? Well, I have and I decided to make an article about theories that I found on the all-powerful internet. I found lots of theories. Some were crazy, some were goofy, and some were just plain weird. Now I just chose the ones that made the most sense to me so don't be all well I heard it a different way so YOU'RE WRONG!! Here's some of the theories I've heard (and a few of the ones I made up.)

#4- The Relocation Theory. You know the Smothering Smokebreaths from Riders of Berk? They always stayed in one island (unless lured out). It is possible that the Night Furies have done the same thing and Toothless just got lost or was hunting on Berk or something when Hiccup shot Toothless down. The Night Furies might have moved out because of hunters, they ran out of food, or even territory problems with other dragons.

#3-The Subspecies Theory. Perhaps the Night Fury is just a sub-species; a rare crossbreed of two different species. It would be very rare because you'd might have a skrill and a whispering death breed one time and have either a skrill or a whispering death. However, you could do the breeding process again with the same dragons and get something that doesn't look like anything the parents. Another way is you could have the same species of parents but the baby could be something completely different then the parents. Here's an example. In Riders of Berk, the screaming death was nothing like the whispering death but both it's parents were whispering deaths. But that all genetics and DNA and stuff like that so let's go on to.....

#2-The Grudge Theory. In the first movie in the big dragon nest, the big queen dragon was looking at only Toothless in the nest with a thousand dragons in it. Sure maybe it was because he didn't have any food but maybe it was because dragons hold a grudge. Remember that dragons live quite a lot longer than humans so their comprehension of time may be different than ours. So a decade might feel like just a couple of weeks to dragons. Maybe a night fury did something bad to the queen dragon so it killed off all the night furies. Did I mention dragons have an explosive temper?

#1-The Hunter Theory. This is the one I personally like the most. This theory is that Drago Bloodfist (from the second movie) and his people killed all the night furies. Here is some evidence about this theory. One, Drago was a "stranger from a strange land" as Stoik put it. The other land might be the ones who started the dragon trapping. Two, In the movie Drago was "cloaked in dragon scales" (says Stoik) also you can see draped over his fake arm, he has a cloak which looks very much like NIGHT FURY SCALES!!! DUN! DUN! DUUUUN!!!
