When Min Yoongi was woken up from his very precious sleep in the middle of the night he was so ready to meet with an overly excited Jungkook just like the previous some nights with some weird ass idea of his to woo Taehyung who was already head over heels for this stupid bunny and Yoongi could swear he was so keen on forgetting everything and curse the hell out of Jungkook as he opened the door but... never in his wildest dreams did he even think of the possibility of Taehyung coming knocking at his door.... Yes... Taehyung who was shivering and shaking like a fluttering leaf in the summer breeze with tears falling down his cheeks which were already successful in drowning Yoongi's heart in a pool of worry

' Taeh-'

'I don't want to die Yoongi hyung' Taehyung's broken voice took Yoongi off guard ' I can't'

Yoongi was quick to pull Taehyung inside by his elbow before closing the door and turning towards him 'What are you talking about Tae?'

' H-hyung' Taehyung stepped closer... slowly leaning onto Yoongi...his fingers curling over the elder's chest as he continued to shake

Yoongi felt his brotherly instincts kicking in...a sudden urge to protect the younger from anyone and anything consumed his mind as he hugged him back.. rubbing a soothing hand over his back ' What's wrong bear'

' Hyungie' Taehyung mumbled 'I have always been ready for it....I never thought of it twice....'

Yoongi frowned in confusion as Taehyung continued 'I was oh so easily going to destroy myself for him Hyung... I was ready to die b-but...not anymore...I can't-' Taehyung chocked on a sob as he curled more into Yoongi's chest... ' He won't survive'

Yoongi's brows creased more

' H-he... hyung Kook..' Taehyung was rambling at this point ' Jungkook won't survive without me..he will die...h-he will die of heart break....he can't surv-he was so devastated just because he could find me for some mere seconds...he will perish if something happens to me...He...if I stop breathing his heart will stop beating...If I die... it would be his soul that ceases to exist...I can't let that happen... hyung help me... I don't know where to go... whom to talk to... please...save me'

Yoongi stood there frozen... unable to comprehend anything that he heard with a still wailing Taehyung in his arms.... No he seriously couldn't understand what got into Taehyung suddenly...that too at this time of the night and no he wasn't going to ask about it too... because even if he get an answer or not...he was determined to keep Taehyung alive....and keeping Taehyung alive was the key to save Jungkook....

' What's happening?' Jungkook asked coming down the stairs with Taehyung beside him.. both of them utterly clueless on seeing Namjoon Jin Hobi and Yoongi..all gathered around the couch discussing something seriously

' Finally your majesties' Namjoon stood up bowing dramatically making Taehyung chuckle ' How fortunate am I to witness the two great princes of Astraxus after five hours of waiting!! Are you both in some competition to see who can sleep more?'

' I don't think they were sleeping' Hobi remarked... eyeing Taehyung's neck

' You should know when to keep your mouth shut Jung!!' Jin exclaimed ' I don't want to know about the explicit details about my brother's sex lif-'

' Hyung shut up!' Taehyung shrieked...his cheeks burning red... more redder than the marks littering his honey skin ' Also....' He mumbled looking at Namjoon ' Why are calling me a prince? Am no prince'

' Aren't you adorable' Namjoon cooed squishing Taehyung's bread cheeks

Jungkook stared at his Hyung bewildered ' Did you hit your head? Wait!! Don't tell me Jongwook scared you to the point that you actually lost your mind!!'

' What will it take?' Namjoon took in a deep breath 'What will it take for you to keep your mouth shut?'

Yoongi snorted at the question earning a glare from Jungkook

' And you Tae...I thought marrying a prince would make you a prince too' Namjoon said taking a quick glance at Jungkook and mumbling a small brat seeing him roll his eyes

Taehyung just stood there...not knowing what all of them were up....he looked at his Jin hyung who was staring back at him with the most loving smile..like always...

' Any way' Namjoon spoke up again ' Since-

' Why are you so talkative today?' Jungkook asked

' Why are you so annoying like always?' Namjoon bit back only for Jungkook to pout slightly ' As I was saying...we barely have 3 weeks left for the first snow and my.... wedding...and since you both would be leaving Astraxus the same night.... I want-we wanted to do something with you both'

' With us?' Taehyung asked confused

' Yeah...' This time Yoongi replied ' Everytime a Prince get married and bring their life partner to the palace...a crowning ceremony is held..where the newly married couple will be given a royal crowl and a royal title... We want to do that with you'

Taehyung's eyes widened hearing that...his head snapping towards his husband who too looked equally surprised

' Hoba..Jinnie' Namjoon turned towards them both who nodded before leaving

' Why...' Jungkook mumbled..his voice distant ' I mean..am not even the prince'

' You are Jungkook' Namjoon smiled holding the younger by his shoulder..his eyes shining with pride 'You are the rightful Prince of Astraxus...and the whole kingdom belongs to you my brave little brother...and so proud of you'

Jungkook felt guilt filling him... suffocating him 'Hyung...am sorry'

' Hush you fool' Namjoon silenced him with a soft chuckle ' Let's not think about anything that happened before today yeah? All that matters is this moment'

Just then Jin and Hobi walked back in with a platter in each of their hands..covered with silk cloth

' What's that?' Taehyung asked curiously

Yoongi grinned moving towards them both pulling out both the clothes revealing two majestic crowns

' That's' Jungkook chest tightened..his eyes brimming with tears

' It's your eomma and Appa's crown' Yoongi told ' No one deserves this more than you both'

Taehyung's fingers interlaced with Jungkook's... giving the yonger's hand a slight squeeze...

' I... I don't know what to say' Jungkook trailed off..his voice wavering... ' I feel like I don't deserve all this'

' You deserve the world Jungkook' Hobi spoke up.. surprising everyone ' You and Tae... you both deserve everything good in this world..trust me'

Yoongi's eyes lingered on Hobi...he has never seen the other speak anything when not asked to...and seeing him caring for someone was new...that too for someone whom he had met some weeks back...even it took years for Yoongi to get Hobi talk to him

' Ok... let's do thi-'

' Wait' Taehyung stopped them before turning towards Jungkook ' Koo.... marrying me is one thing... but making a moon dancer wear your mother's royal crown... it's different...a-are you sure of this?'

Jungkook's eyes visibly softened as he cupped Taehyung's cheeks

Ok there goes Taehyung's heart...he knows what's going to come next... because everytime Jungkook calls him that...there will be a heartfelt confession of his love for him..and no matter how much he listens to that... Taehyung still is rendered thirsty for those confessions..may be its because deep inside he still knows that no matter how far they go from Astraxus their love will remain forbidden in this life...and may be it's this realization that's making him more greedy for Jungkook's love...may be it's this realization that's making him love Jungkook a bit more than yesterday but definitely less that tomorrow...may be it's this realization that's making him want to live every single second he spend with his Jungkookie to the fullest so that there won't be any regrets..and may be its this love that's making him miserably and desperately pray to every god he knows to not let him die before his Jungkook..may be it's this desperation that is making him pray for a death alongside his Jungkook..not a day less..not a day more

And drowned in the thoughts of his own Taehyung missed whatever came out of Jungkook's mouth...all he felt was a pair of warm lips on his forehead... pulling him out of his own world

' Let's head to our night court...' Jungkook held his hand... walking towards the court with everyone following

Taehyung stopped on his track when he felt the fingers around his wrist disappearing just as they all walked past the doors of their Nightcourt

He turned around to look at Jungkook who stood still at his place...a small smile on his face as he glanced back at him

' Jungkook?'

Taehyung's voice got their attention making them all look behind

' Why aren't you coming in?' Jin frowned ' Is something wrong?'

' No hyung' Jungkook shook his head..the smile intact 'Since it's...both of ours first.. and maybe last royal function...' Jungkook started walking again..his eyes turning green 'I want to make it more special...and more real'

A gasp left everything as they witnessed the surreal scene unfolding...for with every step Jungkook took...the appearance of the room started changing..with the pillars now decorated with curtains and flowers....the entire court now filling with people...a group of musicians playing a soft music on one side of the court...the big crystal chandelier above them lit with candles.. brightening up the whole place

Taehyung looked in awe as the whole place looked exactly like a royal ball....he looked around his heart filling with a new kind of warmth

' This looks so real' Yoongi mumbled

' Not as real as anyone of us' Jungkook chuckled...'Just wanted to know how it feels you know'

' How many more tricks have you hidden under your sleeve Kook' Namjoon asked amused ' You have a new surprise for everyone of us each day it seems'

' What can I say hyung' Jungkook smirked playfully 'Have always been a charmer.... Playing my card is what keeps me going'

Namjoon chuckled at that shaking his head ' Let's get started now yeah?'

Taehyung and Jungkook were seated on the throne.... their head held high with both Jin and Hobi beside them with the crowns

' Usually the crowning is done by the Father of the prince...' Namjoon spoke up ' Considering everything... let's pray for your parent's blessings...'

Taehyung held Jungkook's hand...a silent acknowledgment of his presence....

' Appa and eomma would have been so happy if they were here' Jungkook smiled weakly

' Even though they are not here am sure they are happy and would definitely be so proud of you' Namjoon assured ' You too Tae...the things you had to go through....and the way you faced them all your parents will also be so proud of you'

Taehyung glanced at Jin who encouragingly nodded... making the younger smile

' Min Yoongi shi' Namjoon playfully called turning towards Yoongi ' Would you do the honor of crowing both the prince?'

' Me?' Yoongi asked bewildered ' Namjoon ah..am no one...you should do this.. you are his hyung...y-you are the crown prince..am just a guard-'

' As I said' Namjoon cut him off ' This is the father's duty.... and as far as I have seen...when it comes to Tae and Kook...you have stood beside them like a pillar.. supporting them...and Yoongs...you already played the role of a father when you got them married..come on now crown them too..'

Yoongi hesitantly looked at Taehyung and Jungkook who smiled wide seeing which every doubt in Yoongi's mind subsided

Jungkook..with eyes full of adoration.. looked how Yoongi came forward.. picking up a crown... placing it on his head.. mumbling small prayers to the moon goddess before taking the next crown... placing it ever so softly over Taehyung's head... A small chuckle left Taehyung and his hyungs when the imaginary  audience Jungkook had created erupted into loud cheers

Yoongi's hands lingered over Taehyung's bread cheeks a bit longer.. before he hugged him.. Jungkook's heart always warms at the interaction between Taehyung and Yoongi.. Both of them were quick to warm upto each other with Yoongi openly adoring the younger...it was for the first time in his life that Jungkook was seeing Yoongi so loud about his feelings for someone.... And for everyone present there..it was clear as day that for Yoongi.. Taehyung was nothing less that his own son

' In the name of Moon goddess' Namjoon declared 'Lets welcome the new Prince of Astraxus Ki-Jeon Taehyung'

The cheers became loud drowning the music in the background as Jungkook turned towards Taehyung... both their eyes gleaming with happiness as they locked their gaze

'I have never even dreamed of something like this' Taehyung whispered... looking at his hyungs who were now talking and laughing about something among themselves ' I got such a big and loving family...I got such a loving Husband'

' And I got an angel as my husband' Jungkook leaned in.. their lips meeting in a soft.. loving kiss... before Jungkook pulled back.. resting their foreheads together ' Tae'

' Hmm' Taehyung hummed closing his eyes.

' We will make it out of here together... alive' Jungkook said as Taehyung snapped opened his eyes... lips parting to say something when Jungkook silenced him with a kiss ' And if we ever go down...we will go down together'

Taehyung pulled the younger by his collar joining their lips.. desperately trying to suppress his raging thoughts that resurfaced at Jungkook's words....

Yoongi who was beside them all this while... felt his determination strengthen more I'll make sure you both leave Astraxus together

' Come on now both of you' Hobi's excited voice was heard ' You can eat each other later' He commented making everyone laugh as the couple blushed

' Ok now both of you....I need to show you something' Namjoon grinned wide

' You are really very strange today' Jungkook squinted his eyes.. eyeing Namjoon from head to toe

' Am just happy' Namjoon rolled his eyes

' What is that hyung?' Taehyung asked when he saw Jin walking in with a big canvas..the back towards Tae and Kook

' This is something Namjoon has been dedicating all his time to' Jin smiled handing the canvas to Joon

' You know... usually after the crowning ceremony..a huge portrait of the newly wed couple would be hung among the portraits of the other royals... I also wanted to do that...but since we can't hire any professionals... I tried to do it on my own....' Namjoon trailed off...'Also we all will have something to look at once you both leave...you know....our day begins with you...and once you leave...we can just look at this canvas...hope it will make us feel like you both are with us only'

' Namjoon ah' Yoongi called....' Let's not go there now'

' Am sorry... it's just- anyway now see this and tell me' Namjoon said turning the canvas around... ' How's it'

Jungkook and Taehyung had their breath hitch at the portrait..their eyes wide as they stared at the canvas in Namjoon's hands... trying their best to find a proper word that could describe the perfection of the picture

' Hyung....this is so....'

'Perfect' Jungkook completed for Taehyung ' This is so beautiful hyung...'

' We love it' Taehyung smiled widely ' It looks so majestic'

' Really?' Namjoon felt elated... proud of himself

' But what if someone sees it?' Taehyung asked worried

' No one will... All my life I have spent protecting you both' Jin spoke up ' Now I'll spent the rest protecting the portrait from human eyes'

Taehyung looked back at the picture....a part of him mesmerized by Namjoon's talent..while the other part of him continued to be restless Why am I feeling this weird?

' Are you alright?' Jungkook asked seeing the conflicted look on Taehyung

' Yeah...I just-'

' It's time for the royal ball' Yoongi announced eagerly.. pulling the two men with him...not allowing Taehyung to continue whatever he was saying to Kook

Jungkook and Taehyung stood awkwardly in the middle of the room....

' What's wrong?' Jungkook asked..his arms automatically hooking to Taehyung's sides

' Even though I know these people aren't real' Taehyung mumbled.. looking around ' And the only ones here are just our hyungs...'

Jungkook looked at the said hyungs who were gazing at them both with the loveliest of smiles

' But' Jungkook looked back at the elder who continued ' I can feel eyes on me Koo...and that's...scary'

' Do you want me to stop all this?' Jungkook asked ' If yes then I can make it all vanish just with a snap of my fingers-'

' No' Taehyung stopped him ' Our hyungs look way too happy today and I don't want to ruin it in anyway

' Why are you suddenly using honorifics?' Taehyung raised a brow ' If you are planning to tease me Jeon Jungko-'

'Jeon Taehyung' Jungkook called out loud grabbing the attention of his hyungs too ' Can I have a dance with you?'

Taehyung's heart flipped at that Jeon Taehyung... He slowly raised his hands.. wrapping it around Jungkook's shoulder ' Yes my Prince'

Jungkook's one hand held Taehyung waist..while the other pulled Taehyung's hand in his own..

' When you get scared' Jungkook interlaced their fingers as their eyes met 'Look at me... when it gets too much... just look at me Tae.... I'll be your safe place'

Taehyung smiled nodding... his heart filling with endless love for his dear Husband

The lights in the room dimmed as the torches around the corners blew out with only the chandelier lit...the soft music floated across the chamber..as Jungkook's soothing vocals found their way to Taehyung's heart

Fireworks lit up the night sky with its beautiful sparks the moment Jungkook's lips met Taehyung soft ones..their eyes closing at the feeling... slowly loosing themselves in each other

Yoongi felt something in him stir as he looked at Hobi who was looking up at the sky decorated with the fireworks with a wide smile.. looking nothing like the cold guard he is said to be... Yoongi's throat constricted as an unknown feeling bubbled in him...He extended his arms holding Hobi's hand.... dragging him out of there and into the garden outside

' Yoon?' Hobi called concerned

' I need to tell you something' Yoongi mumbled ' I should have told you before itself..but I was scared of how you will react..'

' What's wron-'

You have got a bunch of faggots right under your nose and here you are totally clueless about everything?'

' I am going to end them all-'

' No' He stopped Jongwook ' Stop acting on your anger..and start using your brain! You can't barge in there when you clearly know how powerful Jungkook is now and how easily he can end you'

' Then what do you want me to do?' Jongwook spat 'Sit back and watch?'

' That's what you have been doing all the while'

' J-'

' Don't!' The man stood up...his voice deepening ' Don't dare utter my name with your filthy mouth!'

Jongwook scoffed turning his head cursing under his breath

' We need a plan' The man spoke up ' But before that.. I need Jungkook and his moondancer to become inseparable...I want to see them beg to be alive and then...then I'll snatch away everything from them...'
