' I heard that Jungkook is getting married next month' Namjoon spoke up...his eyes darting towards Taehyung for a microsecond ' So it's better if we sort out his discomfort at the earliest..so I suggest he stays here for a week...or atleast till he feels at ease.... I can talk to Hobi and make arrangements of a medical leave or something'

' Leaving!' Taehyung stomped his foot as he walked away making Jin laugh

' You can take a stroll around until the rooms are done... I'll be back' Namjoon said taking small steps backwards

Jungkook woke up to the loud chirping of birds... something which he is not used to in the busy city life

He slowly got up...still half in sleep as he walked towards the window.. drawing the curtains out.. and opening the window letting the warm light of dawn seep in.... It was still pretty early...the sun had just risen and the wind still crispy cold..which made Jungkook wrap his arms around himself

Jungkook closed his eyes... breathing in the fresh air..when he heard the sound of hooves and the neighing of horse

Who is riding a horse this early in the morning He thought still looking out of the window when he saw the silhouette of someone at some distance...which kept on becoming clear as the horse came nearer

Jungkook's eyes widened when he recognized the male on the black horse...Is that Taehyung? He thought as he kept on gazing at the male

Jungkook was about to go get freshen up when he saw Taehyung waving his hand at him...

Hesitantly Jungkook too raised his hand waving back but what he didn't expect was for Taehyung to wave his hand asking him to come down

Jungkook put on a random cardigan that Namjoon had given him the last night as he walked out... towards the stables....

He saw Taehyung getting down from the horse....a wide smile plastered on his lips as he again waved at Jungkook

' Good morning pretty boy' Taehyung grinned

' Just when I thought you'd be civil' Jungkook rolled his eyes

' What's wrong in telling the truth?' Taehyung asked.. looking genuinely puzzled ' I find you pretty...so I called you that'

' Oh really?' Jungkook crossed his arm over his chest 'Then what should I call you? A brat?'

' I'd prefer to be your Bambi' Taehyung winked turning back to his horse... failing to see the way Jungkook's eyes slightly widened ' So Jungkookie...do you like horses?'

' Who doesn't like them?' Jungkook replied... trying to ignore the slight flutter in his tummy ' And I guess this must be Nyx'

' How do you know?' Taehyung's eyes gleamed as he faced Jungkook and Jungkook could swear that something is wrong with his heart with the amount of fluttering feeling he is getting

' Yoongi hyung...is... already so fond of them' Jungkook managed not to stutter ' He was rambling how beautiful they are... especially Nyx'

' Ah...I see' Taehyung nodded as he rubbed his hand over the horse's fur before turning around ' Are you cold?'

Taehyung snorted as he walked towards the lake....the ducks already swarming at his foot as he threw in their feed

' It's my friend Jimin who handles the orders and customers...I work behind the doors.... baking all the stuff' Taehyung shrugged

' Oh..' Jungkook nodded ' You don't have to apologize...Yes It was annoying...but a good kind of annoying'

' What do you mean?' Taehyung chuckled ' I have never heard someone say that'

' You know...I have this image of a calm and composed person...from a very long time...' Jungkook took some of the bread crumbs from Taehyung's hand as he too began feeding the ducks ' I was expected to be like that from childhood...be the perfect one...'

' And all these years you tried to live up to those expectations?' Taehyung asked

' Yeah...' Jungkook nodded ' But yesterday when you talked like that...it felt different... Every time someone asks me something...I have to think twice before answering them...in an attempt to not disappoint them..but with you...I didn't feel the need to think twice...I felt as if..-'

' I would never judge you for being you?'

' Is it too early for that?' Jungkook asked...his wide doe eyes staring at Taehyung's soft ones ' We just met yesterday and all we did was fight...'

' It's not... early' Taehyung smiled ' I can assure you Jungkook... I'll never judge you... If what I saw yesterday was the real you...then I'd love to see you like that rather than the mask that you wear in front of the world'.

Jungkook swallowed the lump that was forming in his throat ' Thanks Bambi'

' It's ok pretty boy' Taehyung's smile turned mischievous as he turned around jumping into the lake.... which scared the ducks making them flap their wings... splattering the water all over Jungkook

' Yaah!!!' Jungkook yelled bringing his hands over his head....his clothes all drenched in water ' I swear to god-' Jungkook froze....his heart beating at an unhealthy pace as he heard those laughs.... He raised his head... looking straight at the male who had his eyes closed and arms over his stomach as he laughed...the happy voice sounding like honey to Jungkook....

' Oh god...' Taehyung continued laughed ' You should have seen yourself!' Now that seemed to bring Jungkook out of his daze

' Seriously Bambi!' Jungkook's voice hardened as he stepped into the lake

' What are you doing?' Taehyung's eyes widened ' Jungkook stay back..no.. Kook stop!'

Jungkook laughed as he landed a handful of water over Taehyung who shrieked as he tried to get away...'You didn't expect me to let you go so easily after the stunt you pulled'

' K-kook...am sorryy..stop' Taehyung held onto Jungkook's hand stopping him...both of them laughing like no tomorrow as Taehyung leaned his head onto Jungkook's shoulder ' That was fun'

' It was' Jungkook nodded... breathing hard..

' You made me tired' Taehyung said panting

' You made me wet' Jungkook's cheeks heated up when he heard himself ' I..I mean like-'

Taehyung doubled over laughing again...his one hand still holding onto Jungkook's shoulder ' Lord...You are so cute...'

' Am not cute' Jungkook was quick to protest

' Whatever you say pretty boy' Taehyung stood straight 'Guess we should head inside...or else you will be down with fever and my hyung won't think twice before locking me up in my room so that he can make sure that you'd leave from here alive'

' Don't want my Bambi to be locked up now' Jungkook shook his head ' Let's go in'

' What on earth were you both up to?' Jin asked exasperated...as he eyed the two boys in front of him who were totally soaked wet

Jungkook as per Taehyung's idea decided to get in through the kitchen door so that no one will see them..but what they didn't expect was to see Yoongi and Jin already seated around the table with two cups of hot coffee

' Hyung...you woke up?' Jungkook smiled awkwardly

' Does it seem like am still sleeping' Jin deadpanned as Yoongi snorted

' Am sorry Seokjin shi... it was my fault'

Jungkook snapped his head towards Taehyung who was now bowing apologetically

' No' Jungkook snapped pulling Taehyung by his collar making him stand straight ' It was me...'

Yoongi sat straight... clearly amused as Jungkook continued

' We were feeding the ducks and I slipped... Bambi was just helping me '

' You slipped?' Jin asked

' Yeah'

' You were never this careless Jungkook'

' I...' Jungkook trailed off.... He never was this careless...or was he just being extra careful?

' I'll get him a change of cloth.. before he gets sick?' Taehyung asked but even before he could get a reply he held onto Jungkook's hand dragging him in

Jin stared at the path the two of them took before shaking his head ' I'll be up in my room'

Yoongi nodded... leaning back... almost reaching out to take his cup when

' That was interesting!'

' Holy shi-who the heck are you!' Yoongi almost fell down from his chair at the shrill voice behind him
He turned around only to see another boy... almost of Jungkook's age standing behind him... smiling sheepishly

'Am Park Jimin' He smiled ' Taehyung's best friend'

' Oh..so you are the baker friend?' Yoongi asked

' I see Taehyungie has already told you all about me? I knew I could trust my soulmate...he is the cutest little baby... isn't it?' Jimin batted his eye lashes again... hoping to bring out a reaction from Yoongi who was staring at him with a "what the hell" look

' Don't mind him' Namjoon walked in laughing ' He and Taehyung claims to be each other's soulmates'

' Platonically' Jimin chirped up again

' Right... Anyway...Jimin ah...this is Yoongi' Namjoon introduced him ' I guess Taehyung already told...'

' Yeah..yeah...he told me how a pretty boy came with his two hyungs and would be staying here for a week' Jimin nodded

' I am that pretty boy's youngest hyung' Yoongi said

' We should be friends' Jimin grinned

' Why?'

' You should have my number....' Jimin said ignoring Yoongi's question ' Give me your phone'

Yoongi handed over his phone without further questions as the boy put in his number

' The fuck is a sweetest berry?' Yoongi asked flabbergasted looking at the name saved in his phone

' Me?' Jimin grinned bringing both his hands up.. holding them under his chin wiggling his fingers on both side ' Don't I look like a sweet berry?'

' Oh..' Yoongi stood up...the cup of coffee now long forgotten as he moved closer...a satisfied smile over his lips when he saw Jimin's smile faltering and hands falling back to his sides ' You do look like a berry...but'

' But?' Jimin whispered

' I can't tell if you are sweet or not until I taste you'

Yoongi winked walking past Jimin who was rooted to his place...his eyes wide like saucers as Namjoon cackled behind him as Jimin turned around

' What were you trying to do there!' Jungkook turned Taehyung by his elbow... pushing him back into the wall

' Jungkook' Taehyung tried to free his hand but Jungkook just pressed against him more

' I didn't want them to think that you are reckless' Taehyung mumbled...I saw the way you were panicking when Seokjin shi was talking to you'

' And you decided it's a better idea to take the blame on yourself?'

' But I got into the water on my own'

' It doesn't matter!' Taehyung tried to push the other away by his chest

Jungkook's grip around Taehyung's elbow loosened as he took a step back...an ugly feeling clawing at his heart

' So he arranged it?' Taehyung frowned

' And you both agreed?'

' So you don't love her?'

' May be a year or..two younger than me' Jungkook guessed

' I am three years older than you'

' You are twenty six!' Jungkook's eyes widened as Taehyung started laughing hysterically ' No way!'

Taehyung sucked in a harsh breath...his lips parting to say something when the door to the room opened

' Hello bitches.. it's your Jiminie' Jimin jumped in tackling Taehyung into a big hug

' Get off me!' Taehyung pushed Jimin away as he sat down

' Just wait and watch Kim Taehyung...one day you'd come crawling for my hugs' Jimin scoffed before turning towards Jungkook ' Are you the pretty boy'

Jungkook snapped his head towards Taehyung who smiled awkwardly

' Yeah... right' Jimin smiled ' Am Park Jimin.. Taehyung's best friend...'

' Nice to meet you Jimin shi' Jungkook bowed

' Oh..you can just call me hyung' Jimin stated

' I am older than Taehyung' Jimin giggled at Jungkook's shocked face

' What!' Taehyung asked amused

' How old is your Yoongi hyung?' Jimin suddenly asked causing Taehyung to raise a brow ' Am just asking casually'

' So he is older than me' Jimin mumbled dreamily ' Anyway...the food is ready let's go eat..come on'

' Yeah' Taehyung nodded standing up as Jimin skipped his way out

' Jungkook ah' Taehyung smiled softly ' You never learn to love someone one fine morning...you grow to love the habits of the person whom you are in love with...you grow to love their laughs...you grow to love their messy bed hair and their weird habits...their meaningless jokes and every single thing about them that other people will find stupid...even awkward.... You always grow to love them more Jungkook.. but you can never learn to love someone'
