"What the hell just happened?!" Lucinda shouts.

"It sounds like it's coming from above." Ghost comments.

She takes over Kim's body as the duo looks up. Lucinda turns to the others with a straight face.

"If someone, were to absorb relics, that might just be enough power to take Michael down. For good." Lucinda says.

"It should be Aphmau, but who's going to volunteer?" Ghost asks.

"Whoever has a close bond to Aphmau, can volunteer." Lucinda butts in.

"I'll do it." a voice admits.

The group turns to stare at Aaron, who with the help of Aphmau, stands alongside the rest of them.

"I appreciate it Aaron..." Aphmau trails off as Aaron looks at her with a small smile.

"Okay, besides Aaron, who else?" Ghost asks aloud.

"Me." Zane says and Lucinda nods in agreement.

"I'll volunteer as well." she sighs.

"Lucy, no." Melissa warns. "I don't want to lose you! I...I can't." she whispers.

Aphmau puts her right hand on Melissa's left shoulder. "Someone needs to watch Blade, and who better than his own aunt." she smiles.

Melissa nods slowly. "Yeah. Just be careful, Blade needs his parents." she comments, as both Aaron and Aphmau give her a sharp nod.

Ghost jogs up to the controller area and steadies her left hand over the red button. "Ready?" she calls out.

Aphmau, KC, and Melissa all take several steps backwards. Melissa holding Blade in her arms, as he still has yet to wake up.

"Ready!" Aaron, Zane, and Lucinda shout in unison.

Ghost smashes her hand down on the button and a bright, white light engulfs everyone. Standing in the place of the trio is three relics; one red, one orange, and one purple/blue. Aphmau runs over to the relics and holds them behind her as she makes her way up to the top platform, where Michael waits.

He smirks as he hears her footsteps, completely unaware of the three relics she's holding behind her back.

Without saying any words, Aphmau closes her eyes only to open them a second later as a pair of wings sprout from her back the minute she absorbs all three relics.

"IRENE!" Michael shouts and flings himself at her.

She ducks as the two are then teleported to an unknown dimension —Irene's Dimension— and Michael flies into her, sprouting wings of his own.

Aphmau falls to the ground only to get back up and into the air as she blocks a punch from him. She pants, from inside her mind as Aaron fights off a possessed her, Zane, and Lucinda before taking control of the reigns. Now controlling Aphmau's body, he summons a blue sword and stabs Michael in the chest.

Kim stands nearby with her hands outstretched, already mumbling a spell to get Michael out of Travis's body.

The demon is suddenly ripped from Travis and flies towards Terry, Travis's dad, who stands, watching her.

"Travis!" Katelyn runs over to him.

She then does something no one could see coming. Katelyn Firefist kisses Travis Valkrum on the lips. KC leans against Zane as she contains her squeal of fangirling! It's hard for her to do so.

Aphmau's angel wings disappear the minute Michael was ripped from Travis as she lays there, a few feet away from her former not-alone-buddy, on the cold ground.

Three weeks later.

Things have changed since the public feels they can finally go home! It's beyond relief for everyone at Starlight as they have been stuck on the island resort with no chance at getting home. That changes when Toby, along with Rowan and Derek, address the rumors and silence them, not revealing to the public that a new Ultima now roams free as they don't want panic to occur.

Right now, they walk down the street of Starlight, towards a GF hospital where both Ultimas, Aphmau, and Travis all are located.

"Hey." the trio hears Melissa say.

They peak through the door and watch her approach Aaron, who is in a wheelchair and staring into lost space.

"Hey." he replies.

"I remember hugging you when Mom and Dad yelled at us for making a mess on the floors." Melissa laughs.

Aaron gives her no reply. He can barely remember everything that happened and on top of that, he's blind.

Derek just stares, barely able to hold his composure as Toby leads them down the hall, to Aphmau and Travis's room. He pushes open the white door and lets them walk in first.

"Aphmau?" Derek asks.

"D..Derek?" she whispers. "How's Aaron?" she asks, directing her question to Toby.

"Still the same, I'm afraid." Toby tells her, as she nods.

"And Blade?" she asks.

"From what I heard from the doctors that are taking care of him, it's going to be awhile before he wakes up." he says.

"Holly came through earlier, she said I was okay to go home." Aphmau sits up as she speaks.

"Same with Aaron, but I'm going to take him to your house, Dad." Melissa says, looking at Derek.

"And if Aaron and I are leaving, to head home, I don't feel safe leaving Blade here." Aphmau says and looks at the ground.

"Aph...I can watch him." a voice grumbles as he sits up on his bed, which is beside Aphmau's.

"You'd do that Travis?" Aphmau asks him, shocked.

He nods. "Yeah. I won't leave until he's can go home as well." Travis says.

"It's a good plan. As an Ultima, Blade will need someone he can trust to help him out and he will need to get trained to control his dangerous powers." Toby explains, in agreement.

"Then it's settled! Travis will watch Blade while the rest of us head home. Toby, Rowan, Derek? You guys coming with?" Aphmau asks the trio.

The trio shares a look with one another. "I need to stay, clean up the mess here." Toby states. "As well as helping Travis watch Blade." he adds and Travis grins.

"I helped raise this guy," Rowan gestures to Derek, "so I can help keep Blade under watch." he says.

Rowan and Toby leave the room as Travis makes a quick decision to get some more rest. Melissa stayed at her future sister-in-law's side as she faced her father.

"Derek?/Dad?" Aphmau and Melissa say in unison.

"I'm going to disappear." Derek announces. "Of course you can still visit me, but bring Blade to me when he gets back home." he adds.

"Why?" Melissa asks.

Derek smiles. "So I can train him. I taught Aaron how to fight and I'll do the same to Blade." he gives Aphmau a reassuring nod.

"Okay." she agrees. "But don't break him. I would like my son in one piece, thank you very much." she says, jokingly.
