Nico's pov:

"Excuse me mr and miss are you Angels?" a little voice asked me and Y/n we were not good friends but we were on a quest to find a little daughter of Poseidon. We turned around and Y/n asked

"What do you mean?"

"My mummy said that people with scratches on their wists are angels Cause their pain on earth is bad and they wanna go back home but they have to wait so they have scratches on their wists"

"Oh well in that case we are angels but that doesn't matter right now what's your name?"

"My wame is Angelina what is yours and your boyfriend"

"He's/She's not my boyfriend/girlfriend" me and Y/n said together

"We're just friends my name Y/n and this is Nico"

"Friends" I whispered anger lacing my voice.

"She's little"

Fine" I said through gritted

"How old are you?" Y/n asks her voice of an angel to be gentle to the little girl "and where's your parents?"

"I'm fou & my dad weft when I was wittle and my mummy died two week ago by dis big doggie and she tell me to go to dis camp called camp half-bwood but it's in new work"

"We can take you" Y/n said that's were we live" she picked her up and with, and her free hand I grabbed it and we shadow traveled back to camp.

~One week later time skip~

Y/n's pov:
Angelina has been doing great she is the little daughter of Poseidon, and me and nico have been checking in on her and she has brought us closer to each other as friends. Which I thought was never possible but she is everywhere in the mortal world they want to put her in an orphanage but we can't let that happen, i like her so much I don't want her to go  neither dose Nico. We keep her safe from entering the mortal world.

2 years later

Angelina s pov:
"Happy birthday y/n" I scream happily and smudge f/c icing on her face.

"Ugh Angelinaaaaaaaaaaa"

I'm giggling now as she gives me a hug and puts a bit of f/c icing on my face too.

"Come on let's go wake nico Poseidon kid style" she says with a mischievous grin.

We leave the G/p  cabin and head for the hades cabin we enter as quietly as we can then I creates a bubble of water and we go over to the bed, I notice that he isn't wearing a shirt mention this to y/n and she starts to blush and I giggle then I gets the bubble over his head and...

SPLASH, it hit him, he shot up instantly and I pointed at Y/n and he started chasing her forgetting that he didn't have a shirt on Y/n's eyes widened and she ran around the cabin and then out, and he chased it was early so the only cabin awake and saw the scene was the Apollo cabin and they snickered along with me before they ran back into the cabin and he caught her.

"No way your not getting away so easily you owe me"

"What?" she said with a smirk by now I was stifling laughter

"You have to give a skeleton a hug" he conjured a skeleton out of the ground Y/n went straight up to it and gave it a bone crushing hug(see what I did there no oh ok...) she raised an eyebrow "is that all you got?"

"Since it's your birthday that's why"

"Fair enough"

We sat down and they asked me where I wanted to go I said to the beach cause it's y/n's birthday and it's her fav place to go then ice-cream they shared a look and then nodded I got sent back to my cabin and got ready for the beach Y/n popped in and helped me pack a beach bag with a towel sunscreen sunnies and clothes to change into after the swim and then left to get ready herself she came by and we left together meeting up with Nico.

We played in the waves I made the waves little for me then we made a big sandcastle together and it was so fun and the funniest thing was when Y/n and Nico started fighting in the waves and they were trying to drown each other without powers and we had a sandball fight it's like a snowball fight but with sand then we got cleaned up and we changed and headed to the exit of camp but I had to hide my face with kid sunnies and a hat then we got our ice-cream and I wanted to make a quick stop at the toy store.

Nico's pov:

Me and Y/n turned around for one second and we lose her we ran around the shop looking for her then we hear squirming me and y/n share a worried look and we run towards the sound and we se her being taken away from these adults,

"Hey what are you doing?!!" I scream at them

"we're taking her away to an orphanage" they answer and they drag her out but before she could go we heard a small goodbye there are tears in my eyes and I look at Y/n and she has tears streaming down on her cheeks I hug her and she hugs me back, we were friends the three of us and we had just lost one what were we gonna tell her siblings.

Y/n's pov:

Me and Nico told the Poseidon cabin 2 days ago and they haven't talked to us since me and Nico were tired and we wanted rest but we couldn't we had to find y/n we just had too I was about to give up when I found her I screamed for Nico he came running over

"What what is it?"he wasn't in god shape

"I found her I found her"

"Great let's go adopt her"

"Wait who's gonna adopt her"

"Yeah we have money but it's gonna take forever to find a house"

"Weeell there's this house I have had my eye on and it's still for sale it's in front of the beach and not to far away is this cemetery I like to read in the cemetery, it's only a five minute walk away from the house and it's like a fifteen minute drive away from here"

"Well what are we waiting for let's get argus to take us there"

We drove of and we bought the house but by that time the orphanage was closed at six. We had to go me and Nico designed the house except for y/n the next day we finally had rest but I got up early and went to the ocean I went to the cyclops forge and asked for the house device I had made days before. I got the USB and plugged it in the device and put it in each room and each room was designed like how we wanted it too our room was decorated Poseidon and hades style we were gonna get single beds but if we did then who would she sleep with when she had nightmares so we decided to have one double bed that gave us enough room so we weren't together but we were so she had both her mum and dad by her side when she was scared. I had also packed our clothes so they were already in the closest and had left some back at camp for when we visit it was 8:00 am when I arrived at camp I went back to sleep before waking up at 9:30 am and by the time we had got there it was 10:30 am.

Angelinas pov:

"Angelinas someone's here to adopt you" my orphanage teacher called for the third time this week

"I don't want too"

"just come give them a try"

"Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinne"

"Hey angie how ya been?" a familiar voice asked

I looked up and saw y/n and Nico smiling at me I ran and gave them a hug they hugged me back. Y/n kissed my cheek

"I missed you so much" y/n told me

"I missed you too"

"So you wanna get adopted now" my orphanage teacher told me

"Oh yeah I like these two"

Time skip one hour later

Nico's pov:

"So your her father" Percy pointed at me "and your her mother" Tyson pointed at Y/n

"So you guys are a couple now?"

"No we're just her parents nothing else he's not my husband and I'm not his wife understand"

They nodded their heads and then we left we took y/n to the car then we drove of to the house

I opened the door

"Welcome to your new home"

"Thanks Nico"

Out of no where pain struck me in the heart but I ignored it Y/n took her to her room and set everything up when I entered it was decorated Poseidon kid style and then she took her to get a bath when they were done she came down along with Angelina

"Nico, Y/n I'm hungry" she said again the same pain I guess I will always be Nico to her I just felt like she was my real daughter

Before I could reply Y/n beat me to it

"Hi hungry I'm Y/n and this is Nico"

"Y/nnnnnnnnnnn" she said while giggling I couldn't help but smile

"Ok watch ya want?" I asked

"Ummm anything"

"Ok go watch we'll call ya when dinners ready"

"Ok" and with that she ran of

I looked around we had half a bag of pasta one onion, half a garlic some spices and a quarter of a can of tomato paste but it wasn't enough

"Theres not enough"

"Sure there is we'll divide it and then when she gets hungry I have some fruit in the fridge tomorrow I'll go shopping"

"Ok but the flavour"

"Just peel the garlic and put it in the blender(there's this mini one and it's for these things I think it's called a blender) and chop the onion and put it in the blender ok"

"Ok"

I did as she said I put it in the blender and then I asked

"What now?"

"Put it in the pan put the paste add water to the can of paste not to much then out it in the pan and put it in the stove"

Again I did what she asked she was cooking the pasta then she drained the water and then went to the sauce she added some spices (not the chilli ones) and then a pinch of salt she tasted it and then asked me to taste it it was sooooooo good

"Mmmmmmm this is so good how'd you do it"

"Family recipe"

"It's so good"

"Thanks so dose it hurt you too" she asked me while stirring I was confused

"What do you mean?"

"I mean that she calls you Nico instead of dad" she said in a hushed tone

"Yeah I guess and I'm guessing that it's the same for you"

She just nodded her head then she added the sauce to the pasta and called for Angelina.

Y/n was right she was full on that one plate and later she asked for food we gave her a pice of fruit and she wasn't hungry neither were we.

We took her to bed Y/n read her a story but she still wouldn't sleep

"Sing to me please"

"Ok
Close your eyes I know what you see the darkness is high and your in ten feet Deep"

I kissed her forehead as did Y/n and then as we were closing the door we heard her say "goodnight mummy and daddy I love you"

"We love you too sweetheart"

We closed the door behind her with smiles on our faces.
