Nico's POV

Finally! Today was the day that Remus was coming to teach my class for the week! I'm so happy to finally have some time off from teaching annoying children and get to actually be taught like the rest of them.

I stayed up all night last night, as I wanted to make sure I was ready to greet Remus. I was so excited I could hardly sit still.

As I waited for the sun to rise fully, tapping my fingers on the table, I thought about my plans for the rest of the year. I wanted to make sure that these students were as prepared as they could be when facing the real world.

I sighed, passing the time by cleaning up my room, until finally it was time for breakfast.
I slid down to banister to the common room and plopped into a chair beside my friends.

"GOOD MORNING VIETNAM!" I shouted into the room.

"Gee, what's got you in such a great mood?" Draco asked me.

A devilish smirk adorned my face. "You'll just have to wait and see."

The group of wizards and witches looked alarmed.

"Nico, what did you do?" Mione asked in a disapproving tone.

I put on a face of mock disbelief. "I did nothing! Well at least, nothing bad. You have no faith in me? After everything I've done?"

Neville snorted. "That's exactly why we don't trust you."

I glared at the two, before checking my watch.

"Oh, Styx, I gotta go. See you guys in class." I chuckled evilly and ran out the door.

The groups eyes widened as the rushed after me, but I was already gone.

I had sprinted down the hallways, using the shadows to boost my speed as I ran. I stopped by the Great Hall to eat a piece of toast, and then went to my classroom. I cleaned it up as fast as I could before sitting down, waiting for Remus to arrive.

Twenty minutes before my first class, which was 8th Years, Remus came through the door.

"Sorry I'm late, Dumbledore decided to be a pain and ask me a ton of personal questions." Remus apologized, slightly out of breath.

"Not a problem Remmy! I'm just glad you could come teach. No students saw you on your way here, right?"

He nodded his head. "I used one of the Marauders Maps to avoid everyone."

I nodded my head in approval. "Soooo.......spill the details." I stated bluntly before sitting down.

Remus gave me a confused look. "Details on what?"

I gave a pointed look to his left hand. On his ring finger, there was a gold, silver, and black braided band that twisted into an infinity sign in the middle. Inside the infinity sign, the words I Love You To The Moon And Back were inscribed.

Remus blushed lightly. "Well, it was Siri's birthday and I asked him how he wanted to celebrate. He told me he wanted to go shopping, so I took him to the mall and let him buy whatever he wanted. The look on his face."

Remus shook his head. "Anyways, we stayed at the mall for a couple hours, until Padfoot wanted to split up and meet back at the house at 7. I complied, seeing as I still needed to pick up one of his gifts. Once I made it back to the house, Siri told me he wanted to have a picnic dinner. So, we headed to a nearby secluded park and ate a wonderful dinner. Then, before it was time to go home, he proposed. Of course, I said yes, and then we went home and..." He trailed off a blushed a bit darker. "All I'm willing to say is that I regret letting Padfoot shop alone and I really hate a couple of the presents you gifted us."

"I have to hand it to Star (A/N in case you guys don't remember, this is Nico's nickname for Sirius.) He planned that out pretty well. And I know you guys don't want anyone else to know yet, so I recommend you glamour the ring for teaching so you get no questions."

Remus breathed a sigh of relief. "Good idea. Thanks."

"No problem. I still can't believe that Star sent a howler by accident." I laughed.

Remus gave me a small glare. "Not the time , Nico."

"But it is always the time to tease people. And seriously, you can't just expect me to drop it."

"Nico." Remus stated warningly.

"Fine, fine. I give."

"One last thing Nico."

"And that would be?"

Remus smirked. "When?"

I cocked my head in confusion. "When what?"

He glanced pointedly at my engagement ring.
I scowled, mentally noting to glamour it before someone else notices. I still can't believe no one had noticed it yet.

"October 23." I mumbled.

"You haven't told anyone, and it has been over 2 weeks?!" Remus exclaimed.

"Relax, I was going to tell Star soon, but I'm giving out invitations over winter break."

"Winter break? When are you getting married?" Remus questioned.

"January 28th." I answered.

"Your birthday. Aren't you guys a little young?" He carefully asked.

"Please, every couple in the Seven are already married and I am technically 85. Demigods tend to do important stuff earlier since we die younger than most."

I checked my watch. "We have five minutes until class starts."

Remus nodded. "Alright."

"Any hints on what your lesson is about?"

"Not really, only that the others learned this before in their third year, but I want to test them, seeing as how they have changed since then. Also, Padfoot told me that he doesn't want you to participate in this lesson."

Anger started coursing through my veins. "And why the hell not?"

"He has a good reason to believe that this may cause you physical and emotional trauma. But, if you really want to attempt it, we can't stop you."

I huffed. "I will be facing this creature. If you wizards can handle it, I'll be fine."

Remus sighed. "Just don't get hurt. Please."

I chuckled harshly. "No promises. Now go hide, the students are going to be in for a shock."

The final students were seated and I was ready to start my class.

"Okay guys, for the next week, I will not be teaching you." I stated.

A chorus of groans was heard from the students.

"No need for that. I have brought in a visitor to teach you guys, seeing as I have no actual license for what I am doing, I will hopefully be getting that this week. Anyways, without further adieu, let me introduce my close friend and former DADA professor here at Hogwarts, Remus Lupin."

Gasps were heard from the students as Remus emerged from his hiding spot.

"Hello everyone. It is very nice to see you all."

The students cheered and I felt a smirk work it's way onto my face as I sat down.

"Come on Remmy, what will you be teaching us today?" I casually asked, my feet up on the desk.

The kids were giving me shocked glances, but Remus just chuckled.

"Calm, Nico. Today, we will be reviewing something from third year: boggarts. Now, who can tell me what a boggart is?"

Hermione raised her hand. "A boggart is a creature that takes the form of your biggest fear. It can be defeats by saying the spell Ridikulus."

"Excellent, Miss Granger. Since you have all been through this war, your fears have changed. We are going to face off against the boggart. Line up."

Hermione was up first. The boggart turned into a despicable woman, with curly black hair and crazy in her eyes. She screamed Ridikulus and moved out of the way.

Neville was next. The boggart turned into students and campers alike, dead on the floor.

"Ridikulus." He shakily spoke, before moving out of the way.

Ron went next. The boggart turned into all of his family members and friends dead or dying.

"It's your fault" they chanted at him.

"Ridikulus," He screeched.

Many more students passed, until it was just Harry, Draco, and me left. Harry stepped up.

The boggart turned into Ron, Hermione, Neville, Ginny, and many other students, all looking at him with disgust.

"You really thought we were your friends? You are nothing but a coward and a failure. If it wasn't for you, many people would still be alive." Boggart Ron spoke.

"Ridikulus." Harry said quietly but forcefully, before moving away and collapsing on the floor.

Draco quickly stepped up to the boggart. It turned into Harry.

Boggart Harry jeered, "You are dirt, you death eater scum! You could have fought it. No one will ever l—"

"Ridikulus!" Draco screamed before moving and collapsing next to Harry, both of them comforting each other.

But no one noticed, as it was my turn, and everyone was wondering what my worst fear would be.
