I know I did say I needed ideas, but yesterday night I came up with such a good idea!!! After that I will look at the inspo stuff y'all gave me. But first I oughta write this down! They basically live in a village thingie where everyone knows each other. And they're humanized. Enjoy!

Nickel's P.O.V. 

I woke up from the sun shining in my face. I squinted my eyes and sat up, yawning. Welp, a new day has began. I got up and went to make breakfast. I was planning on making pancakes, but then I saw I didn't have any eggs. I sighed. I had to go shopping, that's for sure. Alright, then I'll just make cereal for the day now I guess... I made my cereal and started eating it. 

When I finished the cereal, I decided to go buy some eggs and probably some other things too. I was almost running out of milk too. I went outside and locked the door behind me. 

As I walked out of my yard, a golden retriever pup approached me, wagging her tail. It was my neighbors Paintbrush and Lightbulb's pup, Goldy. I laughed and started petting the dog.

"Heyy there Goldy!" I said while petting her.

"Heya Nickel!" Lightbulb called.

I turned in her direction. Lightbulb waved. I waved back, smiling slightly.

"Hey Lightbulb!" I also called.  

"I was gonna take Goldy on a walk, but she escaped, haha!" Lightbulb said.

Paintbrush came out too. They brought their fingers to their mouth and made a loud whistle sound. Goldy perked up and ran back to the two.

"Aww, you naughty little sunshine ray!' I heard Lightbulb say.

I decided to continue walking to the mall, humming a soft tone to myself. I don't sing or hum that much, only when I'm really happy. But I was pretty happy to be honest, thanks to Goldy. Man I love animals.

Eventually, I reached the mall. I entered the supermarket and went to search for eggs. 

But then, I bumped into someone.

We both yelped and I fell. 

"Hey, watch out, will y-" I cut myself off. 

This man, I... I didn't know him. In this village, everyone knows each other. I figured this guy must be new. 

The man had salmon red colored hair which was in a little ponytail, little freckles on his face and was wearing a pastel red shirt with a cupcake on it and grey sweatpants. He was taller than me. The guy was pretty cute- no, hold up, what the hell, I just met him! I blushed a bit.

The man looked at me, concerned.

"Are you ok? Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! Let me help you up." He said, extending his hand.

His voice was very high pitched. Damn, he definitely skipped puberty in that category. He hesitantly grabbed his hand and he pulled me up. He smiled. A little dimple appeared on his right cheek when he smiled. God, why did I think he was so cute? I wanted to run away to die in a corner, but first I needed to thank him. I might be a dick to people sometimes, but I'm raised very well.

I looked at the guy, having to look up slightly to face him.

"Thanks for helping me." I said, then turned around.

"Wait," the guy stopped me.

I turned back to him.

"What?"

"What's your name?" 

"Oh, uh, I'm Nickel. I assume you're new?"

We shook hands. The guy smiled wider.

"Yes I'm new. How'd you know that? Oh, by the way, I'm Balloon."

"Oh, in this village, everyone knows each other very well. So yeah, when I saw you, I immediately knew you were new because I didn't recognize you at all." 

"Oh, heh, alright." Balloon wiped a hair out of his eyes. 

We both noticed we were still shaking hands and quickly let go, awkwardly staring at each other. We just remained silent like that. Balloon then started speaking up again.

"Sooo, you need any more help or..."

"Nah, I'm good. I came here for eggs and milk and some other things. I think I'm going to continue shopping now." 

I turned around.

"Ok, bye Nickel! Hehe!" Balloon called as I walked away.

I turned around one last time.

"Yeah, uhh, bye Balloon!" 

I then actually went back to shopping. God, that was pretty damn awkward. Especially since we don't even know each other. Ok, we kinda do now, but my point still stands. 

Eventually, I got everything I needed. As I went to stand in line again, I saw Balloon standing there. I quietly went to stand behind him, hoping he wouldn't notice me. 

But then I had to sneeze. It was just a random sneeze. I hoped it would just fade, but it didn't, so I sneezed. Balloon turned around.

"Bless you." He said with a small smile, which grew bigger when he saw it was me. 

"Thanks." I said, looking down. 

Eventually, Balloon payed. I then payed my stuff and I walked out. 

Balloon walked next to me. 

"Dude, the fact we met and you want to know me better, which I assume, doesn't mean you have to follow me around." I said, rolling my eyes.

"Well, I need to go home too don't I? I live in Insane Street by the way. I just moved here."

"Hey, I live there too." I couldn't help but smile. 

We eventually reached the street and Balloon walked into a house right at the beginning of the street. That house used to be empty and abandoned, since the previous owner moved away. Now it was Balloon's house, apparently. Well, that's cool I guess.

We said our last goodbyes. I then continued walking to my own house. 

Balloon's P.O.V.

Wow, that Nickel guy is so cute! He seemed a little shy, but denying his shyness at the same time. He looked hot too. His grey hair which covered his eyes slightly, his tan, his plain light grey t-shirt and his ripped black jeans, it all made him so hot and also adorable. He's also shorter than me, which is also cute.

I got into my house after saying goodbye to Nickel. I suddenly realized I didn't get his number. Well, we only met today, but I really wanted to get to know him better. 

Ok I'm losing motivation, but should I finish this? Lmk!
