Niall drives Jewel to the doctor and finds how the babies are doing and they hear 2 heart beats and Jewel looks at the ultrasound and she starts smiling and then she starts crying. Jewel asked Niall what names do want to name the babies and Niall says I want them to be named Liam James Horan and Zayn James Horan.
