Backstory: Dad used to play for the Syracuse Crunch and in the NHL, Vladdy wanted to follow in his father's footsteps, he was always told that he was not good enough and that he'd never make it. On Oct. 13, 2014, he picked up an assist and his first career NHL goal against the Habs.
