Nikky's POV:

It was a dark and foggy arena. Suddenly, a shot rang out and shouts of, "I got you, Sid," rang throughout the Consol Energy Center.

No, Sid the Kid isn't dead. He just got shot by the ever famous Nerf Dart Bullet. He was a member of my team, but now, it's only me. Let me explain about how I got here. In this boxed arena.

Nikky's POV Earlier That Day:

My boyfriend, Beau Bennett, came up to me with a huge grin on his face. I knew he was planning something, but what, I didn't know. He started speaking, "Nikky, I have a question to ask you."

By the grin on his face, I knew I had nothing to dread, so I replied, "Okay, fire away."

"Do you want to go hang out with the guys and me? At the arena?"

The other members of the Pittsburgh Penguins are like a bunch of brothers to me, and I thought about it for a few seconds. I soon replied, "Yes, but what exactly are you doing?"

Beau smiled and said, "You'll see, Nikky."

As I got ready for whatever the team had in store for me today, I thought about any possible situations that could happened. Anything from a one versus all hockey game to my favorite activity: A Nerf War, and I knew that whatever activity it was, I would have a lot of fun doing it. I smiled when I thought about all of the memories I had with them.

All of the sudden, I felt Beau put a blindfold on me, "What's this for?"

"I don't want to spoil the surprise already!" I heard the laughter in Beau's voice as he led me to the car.

I had no choice but to follow him. After all, he was my eyes. As we drove to the Consol Energy Center,you heard the rattling of plastic in the back. I also heard Beau singing along to whatever was on the radio. Please stick to hockey.

Finally, we arrived at the arena, and Beau helped me out of the car and took the blindfold off as he handed me a NERF Rebelle Crossbow and a NERF Gun. I said out loud, "Yes! NERF gun war time! Thank you Beau for letting me come!"

"No problem Nikky!". We both then walked inside, hand in hand, and finally met up with the team.

From there, we divided into two teams. Beau and I were the last two left, and as we split up, I said to Beau, "See you on the other side?"

He smiled and said, "Believe that."

Nikky's POV:

"I got you, Sid!" Of course, it was Beau that said that. I was now the only one left on my team. Guess I chose wrong today?

I heard movement on the other side of the arena, and I knew it was Beau moving towards my hiding location of the concession stand. I wasn't in plain sight, so I was safe...for now.

I counted what I had weapons wise. Good thing the team knows to bring plenty of darts. I still had all of mine. So, I knew I had a good shot at eliminating Beau.

Until I heard more footprints approaching my location. I heard Beau say to one of his teammates, "Nikky is the only person left. Where could she be?"

"Probably in a place we could never fit into." I recognized Fleury's voice. He does had a point. They couldn't fit into the gap to get into here. I grabbed my crossbow and got ready to fire.

I saw the two of them come into the sight of that gap, so I aimed and fired! I hit Fleury with my first shot, and he went down as he said to Beau, "Save yourself!"

I came out of my hiding spot, only to go into a shadowed area. Beau looked at his fallen teammate and said, "I will avenge you. Now, Nikky, I know that was you. Where are you at?"

I cocked my gun and fired at him. I hit him and replied, "Right here, Beau."

He looked at me in shock and said, "You win." He then fell to the ground.

I started hopping around and screamed, "I won! For once, I win! Best day ever!"

Beau embraced me and said, "Good shot there, Nikky. But, it's only the first round."

I saw Beau's team gather around me as he went to his brothers in arms. "I'm in trouble now, yeah?"

They all cocked their various weapons as Beau replied, "You might just want to start running now."

I completely forgot about multiple rounds.
