(A/N: hello readers welcome to not the third chapter but a minor chapter that will reveal something happening somewhere else, so yeah. Now let's begin)

3rd P.O.V

(A/N: music)

"The place that was once the home of monsters, their kingdom was nothing but a ruined environment with the castle being in pieces after it's destruction. The corpses of the monsters that lived here have been reduced to bones and their remains are slowly turning into dust, the genocide committed by the Devils of Fire left a bloody end for this place and it's numerous inhabitants. However it seemed like not everything was dead, in fact, something living is wandering around this destroyed habitat, but it wasn't an inhabitant of the kingdom. This living organism appears to be a wolf-like creature, although bigger than a wolf and slightly different, it was walking around the place while sniffing the ground for something"

"The wolf creature kept sniffing the ground while moving until it stopped and got a scent, one that it was looking for, after getting the scent, the wolf then let out a howl calling for it's pack. However, what came wasn't even a wolf pack, instead a shadowy dark portal opened behind the animal and soon three individuals came walking out of it. A dark purple haired girl with black eyes and red pupils, on her back were strangely shaped wings"

"Accompanying her was another girl, one with a combination of pink and brown coloration in her hair with a little bit of white, her left eye was pink and her right eye was brown"

"And the last member was one that wasn't even human, it was a Devil of Fire and one that appears to be curious in terms of it's appearance. It looked reptilian but also had a bit of a dog-like appearance, this Devil of Fire was bigger than the wolf creature, but it appears to have no black eyes whatsoever"

"This Devil of Fire had chains wrapped around it's neck that was being held by the dark purple haired girl, indicating that it was a tamed creature and had to listen to the commands of it's master. The eyes of the wolf creature suddenly began to glow a red light as the animal soon began to change into it's human form, one that had black hair and red eyes, at the same time, it's wolf ears and tail were still present in this form"

???: Did you find her, Robin ?

Robin: I wouldn't calling you and Neo if that wasn't the case. Also, you actually managed to tame a Devil of Fire

???: It was quite a challenge, but we ended up succeeding at the end

"Upon saying this, Neo looked at her with a little glare while having her arms crossed, being reminded of the hard time they had been going through trying to tame this psychopathic monster"

???: Either way, I'm guessing you found the body

Robin: Yep, it's right over there

"He said pointing at the location of where he got the scent, it was under the crumbles of the castle"

???: Excellent *looks at the Devil of Fire* Rogue, you know what to do

Robin: Rogue ? You actually gave it a name ? How original of you, Rihanna

Rihanna: Quiet...

"Upon giving the order, the Devil of Fire named Rogue let out a loud roar as it soon charged towards the crumbling remains of the castle and proceeded to dig it's way through the castle remains. It eventually found something and proceeded to take a bite out of it, revealing what it caught in it's jaws, it appeared to be a severed arm. While Neo was disgusted by the sight alone and Robin didn't seem to care about what he was looking, Rihanna on the other hand appeared to be conflicted"

Rihanna: What ? Only an arm ?

Robin: I guess that means that the Devils of Fire decapitated her body

Rihanna: That's not it, our target is half demon, she can easily regrow any missing parts of her body

Robin: So what you're saying is that she's not dead

Rihanna: No, she's most likely still out there

Robin: *sighs* the boss is not gonna be happy about this

Rihanna: Not if we search for her...

"While they were talking, Neo appeared to be distracted by something that she saw under the rumble of the castle. She makes her way towards it and soon takes it out of the rumble, what she saw was quite unexpected, it was a family picture, painted by someone in the kingdom. It showed a father with his children, a boy and two girls, the boy appears to be the youngest of the family while the pink haired girl seems to be the oldest out of her siblings. This family looked to be happy, something that unfortunately won't be the case after this attack that they had planned, Neo was beginning to think about this, did they really do the right thing causing a brutal genocide in this peaceful land ? Was it really necessary to go after this girl ? What was the goal in this ?"

Rihanna: Neo, we're leaving

"She called out to her as Neo soon notices them about to leave through the portal, she proceeds to put down the picture and later joins them in the portal. The hunt has begun"
