Spear was playfighting with her mother, Undyne, as usual.  They did this a lot, especially since Spear was to lead the royal guard soon.

Momo watched with Alphys nearby, shoving her face with popcorn.  She often screamed cheers at the top of her lungs.  Even with her shy nature, she could be loud if she wanted to, just like Undyne.

"C'mon, punk, give it all ya got!" Undyne taunted, and Spear let out a loud scream as she sent her spears at her mother with full force... of course, without the intent to kill.

"You know you can't beat me!  I'm the future captain!" she shouted.  "I'm just as strong as you a-"

She got cut off of her boast as three spears came down over her eye, causing her to give a loud scream of pain and fall down, clutching it.  Undyne's eyes went wide as she rushed over.  Momo and Alphys followed close behind.

"Sis!  Sis, are you okay?" Momo asked, concern in her voice.

"I'm fine, I'm fine." Spear muttered, moving her hand away from her eye.  She couldn't open it.

"I'm so so so sorry!  I didn't mean to, I-" Undyne started, but she got interrupted.

"No, it's fine.  It makes me look cool."

Spear gave a huge smile, just like her mother's, and leaped back to her feet, striking a pose.  "I like it!"

Momo gasped.  "So cool!  So cool!!"

Undyne smirked and laughed.  "Hah, you're right.  Besides, we match now... kinda."  She pointed to her own eye patch.

"Y-you still should've been more careful..!" Alphys stuttered.  "Y-y-you could've-"

"Oh, Alphys, don't be such a worry wart." Undyne spat, giving her wife a good noogie.  "The kid's fine, I'm fine, everyone's fine.  There's nothin' to get worked up over."

"U-Undyne..."

"Mom, I'm fine, see!" Spear said, pointing to her scars proudly.  "It's cool!  It makes me look cool and scary!"

"Yeah!  Yeah!  Like an anime!" Momo agreed excitedly.  Her red curls bounced as she nodded her head.

"C'mon, sis!  Let's go watch one now!" Spear shouted.  "Last one there's a fish outta water!"

"But we ARE fish out of water!" Momo shouted, chasing her sister, who was already running inside.

Undyne laughed.  "C'mon, Alphys.  We should get going if we wanna keep up!"  She scooped up the dino in her arms and raced after the two giggling girls.
