Everyone is sitting in the court room waiting for Kyle's hearing.

They give Kyle some veritaserum "why did you kidnap Lily Potter and Brian Malfoy".

"Because the bitch got in the way, i only wanted the brat" he sneers "the brats father's are faggots and I figured kidnapping the kid would ruin their toxic relationship".

"Did you or did you not rape my daughter" Harry growled.

"I did" he smirks.

Harry looks fired up "wipe that smirk off your face right now, what the bloody hell possessed you to rape her".

"Your daughter was delicious fuck toy that couldn't be passed up, you should be proud that your daughter can please a man front and back" he licks his lips.

"Oh hell no" Harry charges at him.

Ron holds Harry back "Harry stop".

"Let me go I want to fucking kill him" Harry growled.

"Uncle Harry that would only make the situation worse" Teddy says calmly "I want to rip his throat out also but I can't and neither can you".

"What did you do to Brian Malfoy" Draco said trying and failing not to sneer at the boy.

Kyle smiles proudly "hit him with crucio, sectemspemtra, and kicked his balls".

You can see scorpius trying to hold Al back looking extremely pissed off, but when he said that he let go of Al and Al punches Kyle all over the place re breaking his knuckles in the process.

Scorp was able to get Al out of the court room but turns to look at Kyle "all of this cause Al and I are gay... You sicken me you could've let it go and moved on, but no you didn't, I hope you rot in hell, if you ever come near my whole family and I again I'll kill you".

Kyle was sentenced to 50 years in prison then when he gets out he will get the dementors kiss.

Lily is ok a little scared in the head but she's a fighter and will be ok one day hopefully soon.
