Minx POV

I was in the forest playing around with my guitar coz i was trying control my powers careful. I sang a song that helps me relax and focus.

Streaks on the china,

never mattered before,

who cares.

It was working progress that I was able to lift the rocks using my musical magic into creating a sculpture. I was stringing each guitar when he appeared.....

"Yo Hex Girl what up?"

I was startled as i accidently strung the wrong chord which made the rock exploded into splintered pieces. I gaped and turned to him with a glare. It was Aaron who came to visit, I guess he kept his word. Aaron said, "Sorry about that, I told you i kept your promise. And I have no one with me and didn't tell anyone." I walked towards him and said sarcastically, "Oh i didn't know you kept your word interesting." as my back turned and started walking while aaron walked beside me.

"So that name Minx Griffin.....strange name for a girl." Aaron said with a curiuos look. I said to him, "Says the boy whose name is Aaron Fox."

"ooh good one.....so what's a griffin?"

"a griffin is a half lion and half eagle. I appreciate your curiosity so thx."

We were alone in the forest and i don't know what to say something else i mean he called me a friend but i don't know the first thing. Aaron said, "So are we going back to the castle?" "Y'mean Cloud tower, sorry but i only let you in coz you were hurt. Beside, you can't find it coz it's invisible barrier." I said. "Aww...i thought it might be cool." Aaron said. We were kind silenced as we stopped to where you can seat on a log. We sat for awhile after all that walk. I don't know what i'm going to say so I asked what comes in my mind, "so Aaron that shield.....it can fly? Its almost like magic." Aaron gave me a look and answered, "Well, its not magic it was actually the technology that made it turned into a hovershield. That way i may be able to glide through the sky easily."

"oh i see, so it was tech--nol--ogy that made it work. I guess the world has changed, magic and machines are kinda different. "

"You mean you never seen them before. dude how long you've been outside."

"Not very much beside the villagers don't like me, I've been inside the castle all my life. so i asked gloomies spy on them. They sometimes pick up scraps that was left lying around in the woods or in the village."

"so your alone....that's kinda sad."

"Yeah no one to talk to except my magic mirror and my doom kitty."

"well you do now...." "who?"

"Me? after all, we are friends and friends have to get to know each other if they want to understand you."

"Huh...i guess. but i don't know how to understand them...."

"Simple. it's a start so if you want to get to know me, we gotta to learn about ourselves. Our hobbies, activities or anything that comes to it."

"OK in that case....tell me about yourself."

"if I told you about me...will you return the favor?"

I nodded as we began to make conversation. We talked about our life time and our interest. I hate to say this....i think i was able to get to know him.

"...So you like thrills and excitement huh? That's funny i too like thrills and excitement. One time i dodge those carnivorous flytrap just to amuse myself." I said.

Aaron said, "Really....woah you face danger..."

"Hey i get to do whatever i like remember i'm a hex girl who loves to have fun and sometimes mischief. Without danger, there's no fun in it. It would be totally wicked."

I notice aaron reaction and he seems to be surprised. "Y'know something it looks like you and i have something in common."Aaron said. I felt the same way and said, "Yeah have the same interest and similar time almost like....." "friends.."Aaron said finishing it for me. I turned my face feeling withdrawn when he mentioned that. I was feeling kinda uncomfortable when Doom tackled Aaron from behind in her Panther form.

Aaron was on the ground while Doom started to nuzzled him and slick him. Aaron said, "Woah nice kitty stop that tickles...."Aaron said with a laughed. I chuckled, "Ok doom i know you like him now you better get him off before you suffocate him."Doom moved away as i helpeh him get on his feet. Aaron said, "Woo and here i thought i was cat food. Man, your pet was awesome, if she was in the movie it would be totally epic." We both stared at each other then at Aaron as i gave him a blank face. "Mo-vie? What's that?" I asked.

"YOu mean you don't know what a movie is. Don't you have books to look up on?"

"hey I've been studying magics ok and beside back in the past we don't have one of those, we have is magic and knights. that's why i want to learn this so called primitive tech-nol--a thing. Why do you think i send Gloomies to collect those for me to know more about this kingdom."

"it's technology beside this is a futuristic tech. It helps run things easy and simple. We have mechanics, vehicles, even have robots also in every vilage."

"mechanics? vehicles? Robots? Ok i don't understand any of those but don't you think you rely too much on machines."

"we know how to use them wisely, what about you? Don't you think you rely too much on magic."

"Not unless i control them beside I'm just only half trained. I couldn't even restrain my magic everytime i sing. It also boosted my magic which create strong power."

"I see....so machines could overload when you play music."

"that's right..."

It was a bit kinda difficult to understand his culture. I mean it's all new to me like i'm in a strange new world. In fact, I never been to many villagers and every kingdom. Maybe this green knight know more about this than me. "Um.....Aaron."I said.

"Y'know before you called me Foxboy since we met and now you called me by my name."Aaron said who looks impressed. I said, "Look just becoz i didn't know your name doesn't mean i do."

"oh ok so....your going to entertain us in joustum again."

"Well yeah just becoz u ask for it after all....that's what a friend does. I can only hide when my transformation wears off. Capiche."

"you got it....Well see you at the joustum"

"yeah sure."

I got up as i left on the ground and began to float. "Woah....you can fly!" Aaron exclaimed. "Yeah why never seen a hex girl can fly?" I said obviously.

"That was so totally cool and here i thought witches fly with their broom."

"Broom?What am i going to do with a broom? swing on it, look i think you read too many fantasy books."

"ha ha ha ha sorry anyway see ya there hex girl i'm glad you get to entertain us again. The King and Queen were delighted to see you." Aaron said as he got on his hovershield and flew out of the spooky Hollow. I looked up and facepalmed, i forgot to ask him about today's world. I wanted to know more this so called technology but my mind went totally blank when i saw him. Doom jumped on the log and gave a disappointed look. I knew what she was thinking. "ok ok i'll ask him agian the next time i see him for now let's head back to the cloud tower and read this new books we got from the old library." I said trying to be annoyed. I grabbed Doom as we fly back to the castle. to get ready for my next performance.

Aaron's POV

Everyday, I was happy to see Minx in her jester played in thr Joustum which satisfied everyone even the king and queen. Every time they asked her name but she kept on running and hiding in the library coz her spell to disguise herself always wear off so fast. The king tried to send royal guards to find her but she managed to slipped away very easily. I don't how but i think she used somekind of spells. I often visiting her in the forest without letting the knights know where i am. We talked a lot about our day and what we were been doing. Not only that she showed me her magic tricks which impresses me and i showed her my shooting techniques.

Sometime, i played with her cat and her gloomies which happen to be holding on the machines scrap. I asked her why those gloomies were holding them and Minx explained to me that she's collecting them to know more about our culture. I guess she never been outside and machines befoe almost like a stranger to this world. Later, I got back to the rolling fortrex and Clay seems to be complaining where i've been. I made up an excuse so that I can't tell the knights about our encounter.

Macy said, "Hey aaron may i ask you something? I was wondering if you happen to know her."

I said sheepishly, "What? me what do you mean?"

"when you told me she would come, how do you know she would come?"

Lance said, "Yeah, i was wondering about it beside if i ever see her. I might ask her phone number."

They were staring at me and i knew they were talking about Minx but i can't tell them that she's a hex girl. "Well....I just guessed that she entertained us in the joustum. " I said.

Axle said, "Oh so that's why you know she's coming...."

Clay said, "yeah for that matter anyway Ava any report...."

Ava replied, "Nope....but i heard that they saw somekind of dark entity floating around the village every night time."

" Is it jestro's monster?"

"Not exactly but here's the image that was found last night." Robin said as he showed the image of a ball of shadow holding a scraps to us which made me shocked when i recognize the picture. That must be minx's gloomies, so thas where it get it. I better ask minx later.

Macy said, "it doesn't look like jestro's monster? It look like a shadow creature.....Do you think it belong to this HEx girl smomehow?"

Clay said, "it must be....After all she is a witch, she must have send those things to cause mischief. But we didn't see her recently so i bet she might be hiding."

Poor clay, it's a shame that he thinks Minx was doing bad deeds but to be honest she wanted to know more about our culture. While everyone was discussing about the image, I turned to Merlock 2.0 and asked, "Can I ask you something, Merlock?" Merlock 2.0 turned to me and said, "Of course Aaron."

"I was wondering do witches are all bad?"

"of course they used dark magics to create curses or cause misfortune"

"What if not all witches are bad?"

Merlock 2.0 gave me a strange look, "What do you mean? your saying they're some witches who are not evil."

"Well yeah i mean what if they want to be good? What do you think?"

"well it could be possible but Aaron why do you ask me that question?"

"Uh....nothing just want to know" I said hastily as i went back with my knights.

Merlock 2.0 POV

Hmmm. I wonder why would Aaron asked me that question. I know i was the last wizard left in the realm but now another one like me has appeared. My source tell me that he's hiding something, could it be......he enconuter the hex girl? If he did, i wonder why he didn't tell them. I'm curious to know about this jester girl, for some reason those special effects were actually magic tricks. I did sense raw power from her, could it be that aaron knew her? I'll find out later as i defrag some data that ava upload for new nexo upgrade.

THE NEXT DAY

Jestro POV

We were at the village doing a little wreaking havoc. I like stunning the day by pillaging the village. The BoM (in short for Book of Monster) was a bit impressed that i'm becoming more diabolical and evil than ever. We were strolling around and enjoying it when i notice the poster. BoM notice that i saw the poster and asked, "Hey clownboy what you lookin at?" "I was looking at this and it says they're going to do an entertainment at the Royal JOustum" I said.

"so, what's a deal?"

"All i'm saying is that If we go to the royal Joustum and ruined their show, It would be awful."

"Well, I don't like your enthusiasm but i like --i like what your planning."

As we finish pillaging the village, We got into the evil fort and head to the royal Joustum. I want to see the looks on the king and queen's face when i ruined the their show.

Aaron's POV

I was inside the castle and went inside Merlock's Library, i knew i might find her coz Minx (whose not in jester disguise) always come here everyday which she happen to like books. I saw minx reading a book which is no longer burnt. I said, "Woah did you fix these books? I thought they were destroyed."

"hey i'm a hex girl, not only i can fix your shield, I can restore everything the way it should almost like it wasn't destroyed." Minx said with a grin.

"heh i'm impressed by your magic, Minx. It's kinda working progress i mean for you."

"Yeah just becoz i'm a half-trained girl who happens to know magic."

"So that makes you a half witch right?"

"No, I'm actually a full witch I guess . *deep sigh* after all, I'm the only sorceress left in this realm. That's how the world should be, huh Doom"

I notice she has her doom kitty with her, I guess she wanted to bring her along. I mean after all she is her trusted companion. I mentioned, "um....Actually You're not the only one left in this realm...."

She gave me a surprise look and said, "What?what do you mean?"

"You were wondering whose library is this and why it's filled with magic books.....this place belongs to Merlock, he's the greatest wizard and "

"No heckin way so you mean to say there's another one besides me but i thought I was the last one. So, where is this Merlock? I mean what if he finds out I'm here."

"uh...well see about that, he's not actually not here or rather he was right here.....It's kinda hard to explain."

She gave me a confused look that i wanted to tell her that Merlock is a digital wizard however i was glad she was excited to know she's not the only magician. She was about to say something when we heard the trumpet sound i knew it's starting. I said to her, "Well, that's your cue, i hope your up for the next performance." She smirked at me,"Yeah, let's just hope I don't screw up."

"What, No way doing fun excitement is your kind of thing. Well, you better be in your disguise beside we don't want anyone to see a hex girl in the castle"

"Oh your just mocking me"

We both laughed at my jokes, I watches as she transformed in her jester disguise. Minx turned to me and said, "there, i cast a spell to make it stay too long however i should try to use a little magic so that it won't wear off too fast." "Ok then see ya there. Let's hope your magic doesn't wear off."I reminded.

The Royal Joustum was starting, Me and the knights were sitting with the audience watching the performance. Clay wanted to trained but i insist him to come, Macy and Axle were delighted to see her performance but for Lance....he just want to ask her if he ever meet her that is. We watched as the other knights performed their entertainment. While watching, I thought about MInx since she never seen machine outside her home so i wondered if i could work this out with her.

Jestro POV

We arrive at the Joustum and manage to sneak inside, we watched as the knights ended their performance. We were planning to sabotage/ruined their show when two announcer made comments. Herb said, "that was entertaining, don't you think? Alice."

Alice said, "oh yes herb and now i'm so excited to see her perform in her act."

"i know alice this is exciting, we've seen jokes and tricks before but you never seen anyone rock this world. Now, for our entertainment, for all you've been waiting for....."

"the most spectacular, the most fantastic, the best hits, the one and only person.....so give it up for..........THE JESTER GIRL"

Everyone cheered with excitement as my eye's widened when they mentioned that. I said with a surprised look, "What? JEster girl? Whose this Jester girl?"

BoM said, "seems to me that they found a replacement, jokeboy."

"Shut up book."

MInx POV

I was in the joustum hiding coz i need to do a cool entrance. WHat? Every singer needs a good entrance. I took a deep breathe and turned to Doom, "Wish me luck, I just hope i don't waste my magic beside i'll try to maintain myself." Doom nuzzled my leg as i crouched down and stroke her ears. I heard the two announcers announcing.

"i know alice this is exciting, we've seen jokes before but you never seen anyone rock this world. Now, for our entertainment, for all you've been waiting for....."

"the most spectacular, the most fantastic, the best hits, the one and only person.....so give it up for..........THE JESTER GIRL"

I said with a confident smile, "That's my cue well time for action. Doom make sure you stay put ok."Doom hid inside my jester hat as I used my magic to make the lights turned off and created the mist that would make me appeared hiding within the mist.

[I walk towards the edge and fell, everyone was afraid but as i reached the ground, I disappeared into a millions of bats flying around. They looked to see where i am then i appeared floating in the air as i landed softly on the platform]

Everyone applause by my performance as i take a bow. It's a good think i was able to restrianed my magic from wearing it off. I turned to the king and queen who was very happy at my performance. I was about to leave the stage however the audience wanted an encore. The king requested, "Very imppressive well done young jester, I expected to see the great singer. I'm so glad everyone loves to hear you sing again, so i insist you play another song for us"The queen said, "Do you mind play another song? Young Jester."I stared at the two couples then at the crowd, i guess everyone insist they want another song. As long as i play it simple so that my spells don't wear off. "If you insist, your majesties. I'll play one song all for you."Everyone cheered as i played another song.

Jestro POV

I couldn't believe my eyes, that jester girl just entertained the whole audience and she didn't make a fool out of herself. Everyone loved her and she astound them with her song, even the king and queen like it too. The BoM said, "Hey that jester is not bad at all. She's better jester than you are except everyone is not laughing at her."

I said fummed with fury, "Shut up book, i can't believe they found a another jester. She didn't do funny tricks but instead make everyone entertained. I may have ruined my show Now, is my time to ruined hers."The BoM said, "Oh boy looks like someone is mad."the dopey monster agree to him as i opened the pages and summoned monster. It's time I show that jester girl, what a real show really is.

Clay's POV

I hate to admit she's not so bad, her performance was amazing. I don't know why aaron was so eager to hear her sing. She was kinda amazing and spectacular when i saw something unexpected. Alice the anouncer said, "OH my there's monster in the arena." Everyone gasped as they watched the monster spread around the arena. Everyone was panicking and I notice the jester girl was in danger. I said reaching my sword, "Monsters!? We gotta help her." "BUt Clay we left our shields back in the Fortrex and its crowded with many audience becoz they wanted to see her." Macy said. Aaron said, "All except one, beside i always keep my shield with me for excitement."I watched as Aaron hop into his hovershield and flew down to the arena.

Minx POV

I was about to finish my song when i heard the comotion, I stared down and saw what i couldn't believe my eyes. Alice the anouncer said, "OH my there's monster in the arena." She was right they are monster in here and they're fire type, similar to my dark types. I read all about fire types in the library and happen to know them. I fell from my platform as i manage to land myself. I looked up to see another jester besides me and a book with has a face in it. OK that's something i don't see everyday. the red and purple jester walk towards me and pointed his staff at me. "You got some nerve showing in this show. I can't believe everyone adored you so much for a jester. Looking at you makes me feel sick" he growled at me. I gave him a confuse look, "Uh....dude what are you talking about? It's just a show and more importantly; Who the heck are you?"

Aaron appeared above me and shot the monsters in front of me but it didn't affect them. He stood in front of me and raised his arm as though he was protecting me. Wait....protecting me? i'm a hex girl, i don't need protection and i'm not some kind of damsel in distress however i used my scepter in front of the crowd. Aaron said, "don't you think it's old fashioned? Jestro crashing into the show without a pass and attacking her." Jestro so that his name i mean for a jester and i bet that talking book has the power to summon monster. Jestro said angrily, "Y'know aaron your extremely annoying when it comes to your jokes, especially her." I watched as he summoend more monster which made me surprised. "Let's see if you and the pathetic excuse for a jester can handle my monster." My eye's widened when those words made me snapped my mind. Did he just insulted me?

Aaron's POV

I knew Jestro wasn't going to play nice so i needed a nexo power to defeat the monster. I said, "Ok....Merlock time for----" however I was cut off when Minx took a step forward and she seemsnot to be happy somehow. "Pathetic. Pathetic.....Did you just call me a pathetic?" She said angrily at Jestro. Jestro seemed to be jumpy as he said, "Yeah that' right.....after all your just pathetic wimpy girl." I turned to her and saw Minx looked extremely angry. "pathetic..... wimpy...... girl" She said madly.

Uh- oh I guess Jestro words really stinged her, he should have never provoke her. I was about to activate my shield when she suddenly made a furious look. "LIsten up Jokerface, there is one thing i don't tolerate; you thrashed the show, try to assault me and you just insulted me. Now, I' m really really mad and you know what happens when you infuriated a girl." MInx said as she brought out her guitar. " let's see what your monster can really do. Order them to attack me C'mon I dare you"

Everyone gasped at her behavior including me. I never seen her dared at Jestro before, she turned to me and said, "Aaron you might want to step back and let me handle this...."

"Woh Minx you can't stand up to Jestro's monster...."

"trust me you don't wanna see me get messy."

"yeah but....."

She gave me piercing glare at me and said, "I mean it." I was kinda frightened coz i never see her so infuriated so i took a step back further away from her until Robin called me in my com.

Robin: Hey Aaron what's going on? Merlock is about to send a Nexo Scan.

"Robin tell Merlock the Nexo power will have to wait....."

Ava: huh why aaron...

"Let's just say Jestro just made her......extremely Mad"

Jestro's Pov

"Woah i never seen her dared at me before." I said to BoM. "Yeah i think you just made her mad but hey she's helpless without her weapon. All she has is her guitar." He's right why would i be hestating. I command, "Monsters show her how scary you are." the monsters began to charged at her and i wonder why Aaron wasn't helping her.

"Hah what's the matter? Feeling helpless that your knight isn't helping you, too bad. All you have is your stupid guitar."

She lifted her head and gave me malicious smile which frightens me. She said, "Oh i may be weak but...." When the monsters reached her.....she strung her guitar and created somekind of powerful energy wave which made the monsters pushed back. I shielded my face and stared at her, she seems so determine as she smirked at me, "Now the real show really begins...."

Minx POV

"Time for.......FREAQUALIZE." I declared as i played a rock music which surprises everyone and Aaron.

[JEstro was confused why i was playing the music as the monsters come at me. I did an attack; I blast a bolts of lightning at the scurriers and at the globlins causes to disappear. I turned to see two big lava monsters were about to come at me but i used the guitar to create a pillar for me as i dodged away safely.]

[Everyone was amazed by my special effects even they don't know it was magic. I summoned blue bubbles above and blasted at Jestro's monster. Which traps them including Jestro and the monster book.]

Jestro said, "hey what's going on? I can't....get out." "Don't look at me clowboy." BoM said as they were floating along with the monster in-mid air. Aaron looked at me with his unbelievable look.

The blue bubbles began to glow brighter as i blasted out of the Royal joustum. As i ended my song with a finishing touch; Fireworks.

I placed my guitar over my shoulder and shouted with my triumphant smile, "Jesto has left the building!!!!" Everyone cheered loudly at my performance as i took a bow. Aaron run to me and said, 'Woah Minx....That was totally Awesome. You send Jestro and his monster flying, I didn't know you can do that." I said, "Yeah totally wicked huh. My magic combine with my song creates a power boost to formed magical attacks." I slowly slide to the ground onto my hands and knees along with my guitar. Aaron asked, "hey are you ok?"

"I"m fine i'm *pant* just overexhert myself *pant* into playing too much. Crazy huh"

MErlock 2.0 POV

I was stunned by her performance which made me conclude that she is no ordinary jester. I sense a powerful magic coming from her becoz Robin and Ava notice the machines were somehow felt a power surge inside the castle even the fortrex as well since her performance. It's like a power boost and i felt powerful. She even send Jestro flying through the barrier without my Nexo power, I wanted to know who she was when i notice that she was glowing.

Aaron POv

I couldn't believe she defeated Jestro with one blow. That was totally radically when i notice her cat came out of her jester hat and began nudging her. Doom seems to be hurrying her all of a sudden when i saw her body began to glow. I notice her shoes began to change back into her boots. I realize she must have used up too much magic, therefore causing her spell to wear off too quickly. Doom was trying to tell her to leave the arena but Minx said to her, "I can't....move my body, i must have tire out through all that excitement."Everyone was staring at us even the king and queen.

I knew she's about to change back into her own self. At this rate if they see her as a hex girl, everyone will panic. There's no way she can't get up on time, That's when i had a crazy idea. "Hey minx chill I got it under control."Minx stared at me and said, "What are you----?" without thinking i rationally carried her on my arms which looked like a carrying a bride. Everyone was surprised of what they seen, I jumped onto my Hovershield. Minx said with a embarassed look, "A-Aaron, What the heck are you doing? Put me down this instance" I didn't answer as i float in front of the king and queen as i make the announcement, "Your majesties, my friend here needs some rest after all that......entertainment so thank you for listening and we will take our leave. Ciao."As i surf around and left the area.

Herb: Wow That green knight, Aaron just sweep the jester girl off the stage.

Alice: Now that's what you don't see evryday.

In Merlock's LIbrary

We finally reached inside before her transformation weared off. She was back to being a hex girl, hiding under desk and resting her strenght. Minx peeped up from the desk and said, "I can't believe you just carried me in front of EVERYONE......this is so humiliating."I said to her, "What? You couldn't even stand up so a little thank you would be nice."She gave me a prudish look and said, "I appreciate your assistance but y'know i can handle myself."

I knew she's not gonna thank me becoz of her embarassement of being carried by a knight. MInx got up kinda shaking and said, "Anyway, who was that crazy jester? And how was he able to summon monster?"I explained everything that happened before and she was disturbed by my facts. "Let me get this straight.....this Jestro found a monster book that can summon monster who wanted to destroy the kingdom."I nodded at her. "Huh, that explains everything.....some lousy villain if you ask me."

I laugh at her jokes as i was about to head for the door when someone came in, Minx and I was surpised that Clay and MAcy were looking for me as she hastily grabbed her cloak and covered her face. Clay came in and said, "Aaron what were you thinking, sweeping her off like that? YOu know that was disrespectful."

"Sorry, She.....overexhert herself and need some rest. That's all."

Macy asked, "Isn't this Merlock's library? Why did you brought her here?"

We both looked at each other, thinking of an excuse as Minx said dryly, "It's......a perfect place to be and I...uh....happen to like reading books."

"Oh really, well I'm afraid you can't read books coz it was burnt by Merlock's magic defeating Jestro monster"Macy said. Minx eyebrow raised as she stared at me with a confuse look, I guess she wanted me to explain later. I asked, "So um...where the others?" Clay answered, "they're back in the Fortrex, we should head back."

"Aren't you bit hot in that cloak? Maybe you should....."Macy said as she was about to reach for her cloak. "No!" Minx said looking frantic as she backed away. Macy stared at her confusely, I notice my friends are getting curious about her. I said, "She's kinda.....timid when she's around people."

Macy said, "But she doesn't have problem when she performed, even you."

"Well, yeah she's......uh new to this part when it comes to showbiz. That's why she keeps on disappearing everyday for a short time. Also she doesn't know much around the kingdom."

Both of them understand me, I'm glad they buy that story. Macy turned to me and suggested, "I'm glad I get to meet face to face. Hey, I have an idea Aaron you said she's new around this part so Why don't give her tour around the kingdom? "Now that she mentioned, she's been visiting the village mostly and she never seen technologies so it might be best if she might learn to adapt to our culture. I watched Aaron who was flying in his hovershield heading for the fortrex while I was walking behind him. I hate walking, I wanted to fly easily but I'm not allowed to let anyone to see a hex girl do magic." I couldn't believe Aaron put me up to this, Can you believe that."I said softly to Doom who was hiding in my jester hat. Doom meow at me and told me it would be best to know around this part since i know a little bit about this kingdom.

When we finally rached the fortrex, I saw his friend the red-haired was there waiting for us but not only that the king and queen are with her. For some reason, the king seem too delightful to see me. The king took my hand and shake, "FInally, I get to meet you at last since you always slipped away. Do you know I always luv your song?" I gave him a sympathetic smile until Macy interuppted, "Dad, your troubling her beside it's her first time taking a tour."The queen said, "She's right dear your making her a bit uncomfortable."

"I understand forgive me."as he let go of my hand. I stared at the Red-haired girl and said, "Wait you called him dad.....if they're your parents then that makes you a Princess."

"yeah I'm a princess, daughter of Halberd. Also, I'm a Nexo Knight anyway my name is Macy by the way."

I turned to the king and queen and asked, "You allowed your daughter to become a knight.....that would be radical."The king said disagreely, "Well, not exactly......I hope."Macy groaned, "Dad!!!"as she facepalmed. I chuckled when Doom came out of my hat. She landed on my arms where i notice the king was startled when he saw my cat. "Ahhh a black ccat." "Now dear don't tell me you believe in superstitious."The queen said with a grin.

"but honey THey say it brings bad luck."

I humphed, "Hey that's not a polite way to say that to my cat beside Doom wouldn't even hurt a fly. Right, Doom?"I scratch her neck as doom purred at me. Macy said, "You name your cat Doom, that's a weird way to name her."

"What? Never seen a wild and cool girl get to name a black cat. It's nice and it brings out dark night."

"She looks small and adorable, may I touch her?" as she stroke her fur which made Doom satisfied.

The king said, " well enjoy the tour i hope you like our amazing kingdom" as they left the scene. Aaron jumped down from his hovershield, he leaned over to me and whispered, "Surprise that Macy was a princess huh."

"Minx Griffin Huh? Cool name...... well Minx C'mon I'll show you around the FOrtrex."So they gave me a tour around inside, they showed me the weapons room, the kitchen even the training room which kinda sur prises me. Macy demonstrate to us, I was surprised that it showed us somekind of virtual places to be unfortunately Doom thought it was real as she accidently hit herself on the head when evrything disappear.

As we arrive in the operating room, the other knights were gathered around the pedestal. Macy introduced , "Oh right allow me to introduce to the rest of the knights. This is Clay, leader of the knights. Guys this is Minx, Minx Griffin"

Clay said, "I don't wanna say this......It's a honor to meet you, Minx" "Uh...Its a nice to meet you....I guess"I said meekly at the blue knight

Lance said, "Charmed I'm sure?" I rolled my eyes at the white knight as he grabbed my hand. "A lady like you get to meet the famous Lance Richmand." he was about to kiss my hand however Doom doesn't like that idea as she appeared in front of Lance and hissed at him which kinda frighten him.

"More like a snob if you ask me. Even your cat agree with me."Macy whispered to me as i giggled at her comment."That's Axle."

I stared at the yellow knight who happens to be eating a lot, using his shield as a plate. I leaned over to aaron and said softly, "He eats a lot for a big guy." Aaron said to me, "Well you could have seen him eat so much." OH that would explain why he was always hungry, Axle saw Doom nuzzling at his legs. He grabbed her as he scratch her ear which made her satisfied. "Your cat looks cute....she's so tiny."Axle said. "Don't judge her by her appearance, she may be small but not weak."I said to him. I saw two operators came in which turns out to be two kids. Aaron said, "Also meet our additional tech experts. Robin and Ava"

Robin complimented as he shake my hands, "Hi, Your Minx I heard about your performance.....Wow You were amazing of how you play your guitar for a jester" "Gee thx I'm flatter for a little knight."I teased. He smiled as he grabbed a pad and a pen, "Can I have your autograph?" I smiled as i signed an autograph which made him happy. Aaron notice me and said, "I never seen you smile before."I realize i did that as i went back to my prudish look. "What? I just.....sign it that's all."

"You never heard of cellphone woah it's like you never seen a machine."

I gave them a blank face when the knights notice my expression. Clay figured it out and said, "Minx could it be.....you never seen a machines before?"I stared at him which surprises the knights even Merlock, except for aaron since he knew. He told me if i want them to understand me, they should know about me. I took a deep breath and said, "Actually, I never seen a machine and technologies in my entire life. Remember I never been outside since i was young."Macy said, "That's terrible....did you even ask your family to take you out?" it gave me a depressed when she mentioned that, Aaron knew what i was thinking. "Um.....Macy you shouldn't..."Aaron said but i stop him off letting him know that i should tell them. "I...I don't have a family, I had a mother berfore but she left this world when i was just a child. So, I've been living alone in my home all my life. "I said with a sad expression. "Ah don't worry I had a butler to look after with me even Doom comforts me."

Lance said, "I didn't know you had a butler. Is he a robot like mine?"

Macy said, "Your gonna luv this kingdom and don't worry once you get used to machines, you might get to know more about this culture."

Merlock 2.0 said, "well I guess it's time to take a tour around the kingdom." I felt a rumbling sound, I turned to aaron and asked, "W-what's happening? Is that an earthquake?" RObin said, "No that was Merlock moving the castle."

"wait we're moving? Right now?"

"Sure here I'll show you."

Aaron nodded at me as i went with Robin. We went up in the rooftop and I was amazed that we are moving. It's our first time and you can even get to see a view and the village, Doom seems to like it too. After meeting the rest of the Nexo Knights, I started to get acquainted with Aaron's friends during lunch, Axle's monstrous appetite was making my cat scare to even touch her food, I get to hear Aaron playing on his cross-bow like a guitar, which was really cool because i didn't know that he liked rock music just like me, then there's Lance was busy trying to flirt with me and it was starting to annoy me however Doom was there and scared him coz his behavior started to creep her out, I spend most of my time talking with Macy and Clay.

Later, Lance showed me his mechasteed which can change into a bike, even the other knights vehicles. Aaron showed me his hoverboard as i try it out and it was looking ok but i prefer using a guitar. Macy taught me how to play video games which I kinda beat their highest score. Axle showed me the kitchen where a robot chef eclair was showing his cooking skills, they wanted to teach me how to cook/bake which I kinda led them to a big mess. Clay explained his lecture to me about the Knight's Code, training tactics and history almost made me want to sleep. I met up with Robin who was building something and Ava was in the computer coding data for Merlock 2.0. I notice he can feel it so I sort of keep touching the keyborads which tickled him non-stop and Ava told me not to touch anything or i might fry his circuits.

They showed me an electric bridge which kinda wicked awesome. We traveled through many Village and it was kinda neat, I never thought i get to meet many villagers even they didn't know I'm a hex girl in disguise. They even have bakery and restaurants even robots roaming around. Macy asked, "You want to try out the foods, my treat." I said excitedly, "really cool so what do they sell there?"as we head to this bakery.

Aaron's POV

It was working progress, Minx is getting a hang of it well most of it that is. When I looked at her I feel kinda close to her as though we were friends, I never met someone like her. I can't help but dazzle by her smile. She was so cool and awesome also beautiful....wait, why did i say that? And why is my face turning red when i looked at her? Could it be....i like her? No way, we just met about a week but my heart was beating fast when I stared at her. While I was staring at her until Lance blocked my view, Lance asked, "Hey your ok you seem to be spaced off." I said, "Oh nothing just wondering how Minx is going."as I stared Minx who is eating so much sweets. Macy went to us and said, "Man, she bought so many. She ate much as you are Axle."Axle said, "Yeah she's even hungrier than I am." Minx said as she offered 8 slice of cakes, "These puff deliciousness were totally wicked. I never taste something new and if you want some Axle, Here you can have mine."

"Ooooh Thx"Axle said with a smile as they literally eat in front of us. I luaghed at her behavior, Lance went to her and said, "Minx If you don't mind if we could have a selfie for my adding into my picture."Minx turned to him and said, "What's a selfie? And what-----"she didn't get the chance to finish it as Lance pulled her to him and took a picture with a flash which blinded her eyes as she backed away, rubbing her eyes. Lance stared at the picture on his phone and compliment, "Now that's what I'm talking about, look at you. Your beautiful in that picture."he showed her the picture which kinda shocked her. "Wha----that me? How did i get inside that cell--phone. What kind of magic is this?"

"uh it's not magic.....it's just a picture of us that was taken by a camera."

"Cam-er-what?"

I explained to her, "a camera is where you take pictures, like Lance here. THat's how image was created."She understand what i meant as Clay wondered, "Y'know for a jester.....you seem to think everything was magic." I was about think of an excuse, luckily Minx got it covered. "well it's amzing that they're are wonderful things to see and learn, it's a miracle almost like magic."MInx said. Clay was flattered by her words. I saw Doom who was staring at me as I carried her and stroke her fur. "I think she's getting used to it, wouldn't you agree?"I said Doom which she agreed.

As minx walked around and staring at other machines until she bumped into a little girl who happens to be passing by holding a balloon as it was flown away. The little girl started crying which caught everyone's attention. Minx tried to calm her down but it made thinks worst. Poor her I guess she doesn't what to do. Macy went over to her and tried to cheer the little girl up. Minx felt kinda ashamed that she let her cry. I notice pulled out her guitar and played a harmonic song which soothe her.

Minx?" I notice her expression when she was staring at the little girl. Minx touched her chest and said, "It'weird...I don't know what is this feeling. I felt a warm and fuzzy feeling inside me." Macy said, "That's a sign of gratitude, when you do something good in exchange. You made the little girl happ."Minx looked at us and gave a blissful smile, "I never know that......It's my first time that anyone has ever thank me."

Clay said, "It's a good thing, you might learn something."

She was sitting there with Doom playing with her guitar wondering about her day. I said ectastic, "So....HOw do you like the tour?"
