Aaron's POV

I slowly open my eyes, I was laying down on a sofa. I got up and i can feel my body again. I was in somekind of library and I saw my shield but it was damaged and my weapon isn't there. I notice that I wasn't wearing my armor, I was half naked except the pants. I don't know what just happen, last thing i know i was in the forest then i woke up here. THe big question is: Where exactly is this place?

As i wondered when i heard a growling sound, I turned to see a Panther in a castle. It was wearing an armor and i was surprised that i haven't seen one. It was glaring at me like a hungry cat. I backed away slowly but the panther moved towards me then run towards me. I tried to move but it tackled me on the ground. It was baring fangs at me like its going too eat me, I wait for what comes next. Instead, It just nuzzled me on top of me. I guess it must be nice and the fact i can't get up.

Until, I saw a girl dress in her undershirt and pants came floating from the door. She looked surprised what she saw. "Doom, What are doing? When i say watch him, i didn't mean squash him." the girl said, looked concern. I saw she was holding her guitar as it morphed into a scepter. I was right the jester girl is actually the hex girl. So that means i must be in her home. She walk towards me and looked down at me. "you have to forgive Doom. It's unusual for her to open up to stranger."She said.

"Nah, I'm cool beside she kinda remind me of Axle's big appetite."I said, with a joke. She humphed, "your really have sense of humor, don't ya? Ok doom get off him and change into something cute."

  'Cute? Change? What did she mean-----?' I wondered when i watch as the panther transform into a kitty. I got up as the cat ran up the sofa and cuddle herself. I stared at her as I sat on the sofa too. The hex girl was sitting on her chair. She said, "Oh by the way here's your armor, it was so stenchy and dirty since you fell into the Boggy Swamp so i had the privilege to clean it up. Don't even think about trying to escape coz your shield is damaged and your weapon is not here. "

"Boggy Swamp......so i'm like your captive"I said, as i got into my armor.

"For now, I'll let you go when i'm done with you. In the meantime, just chill for awhile."

"May i ask? Where exactly am i?"

"Your in Cloud tower, my castle home. Oh don't bother trying to call your friends coz we're inside a invisible barrier that can hide our presence so that they can't find us."

"Oh man.....that's a bummer. "

"More importantly you got guts waltzing here in my territory."

"Woah i didn't enter i just fell while fighting off monsters......"

'Monsters?....I guess Eden was right. I wasn't the only one making monsters.'

"...I try to get back when a bunch of shadow creatures attack me and escape then i fell into a bog as strange looking flowere jut sprayed me with dust."

"Your lucky that wasn't poison, if it was your done for. That was a puffer flower that hit you with a stun spore. It's a good thing it only paralyzes your body for 2 hours, you could have been an easy prey. So, that's why i brought you here."

"You save me, wow and here i thought your more like what the rumors say..."

She blinked at me and facepalmed on her face. She said, "*groan* oh don't tell me you believe in those rumors. Listen, none of them is true."

"huh why?"

She explained everthing to me about 3 years ago, turns out she was trying to fit in but instead cause an opposite. After that, I began to laugh coz it was so funny that she was so clumsy. She pouted at me, "Oh yeah sure laugh at the hex girl and that's why the rumors started."I said, holding on my laugh, "sorry its just that....its hilarious when you try to help."

"Look, i may look like a bad girl, not acttually evil more like a good bad girl."

"when is good bad girl a sentence?"

"Ok foxboy enough jokes. If you think that's funny, you got a some nerve shooting at my Gloomies."

I gave her a confuse look , "Gloomies?"as she added, "WHen you meant by shadow creatures....."she lifted her hand and a ball of shadow creature appeared right in front of me. It was cackling as it float towards me and swirled around me almost like it was playing. I touch the gloomie and it was kinda friendly. She said, "see they're harmless. They weren't trying to attack you, they're just trying guide you out of the forest. Sure they're spooky, naughty and luv to cause mishief but they just luv to play."

"oh i guess i owe you an apology huh?"I said as the gloomie was swaying sideways happily until it was hit by a table and disappear. She assured, "Relax they're made out of shadows so they can be made again."

"you made these monsters?"

"Not monsters, nightmarens, they were born from the nightmares of the children. When fear appaers, they were made."

"WOah that was awesome, Hex girl. Oh yeah i didn't got your name."

"Well hex girl is my nickname but the name is Minx, Minx Griffin."

"Minx huh cool name."

"Yeah thx Over there is Doom, she's a nightmaren aka doom kitty."

So, i guess it turns out she's actually nice person. No wonder why everyone was frightend of her becoz of her look. While i was staring at her, I notice the butler came into our library and gave us some tea. I guess he must be nightmaren coz his face is black and has one eye. As he left, I turned my attention to a picture that amaze me. It looked like a lady dressed in black dress. I asked her, "Hey minx who's the lady in the picture?" She turned to the picture and gave a sad smile, "That's Megaria Griffin, the supreme sorceress and also my mother."

"No way really she's your mother. She looks powerful"

"Yeah She was wonderful and amazing. Before the defeat of Monstrux, She was once an evil sorceress who terrorize the village until she met the great wizard such as herself. He showed her soemthing that is more than magic then they became good friends. In the end, they go separate ways coz the world accept her that things she comited even though she has changed so she exiled herself so she won't harm anyone." 

"Woah i guess that's why she stayed in the spooky hollow where no one has entered, she must be lonely."

"Yeah that's all about to change until I was born. When she has me, something change deep inside her; love of a daughter. She took care of me, loved me and taught me evrything she knows."

"so where is she?"

"Unfortunately, it never lasted coz she passed away when i was 8 due to her illness. The only ones i got were my doom kitty and my nightmarens. My mom passed the scepter to me so that i can learn to control my magic."

I felt kinda ashamed that i asked about her mother. She's been living in this castle alone all her life. I said, "why didn't you come out till then? So that it won't be lonely here."

Minx said, "Even if i did, no one accepts me coz i'm a hex girl beside i swore myself not to leave the castle."

I mentioned, "But you did leave the castle.....? You were there in joustum."

Minx lied, "i....i have no idae what your talking about?"

I knew she was lying so i said, "I know you were the jester girl back there....."her eye's widened that i firgured it out. Minx said, "Ok ok that was me but i wasn't my idea dress as a jester girl. It was humiliating and disgusting, i just....came all this way just to return the helmet. That's enough talking so i suggest you can leave now but finish your tea. "

I wanted to leave but i remember what the queen told me, i still wanted to asked her so i thought of an idea that will make me stay. I requested, "ok i'll finish my tea if you play another music for me."

"Why do you want me to do that?"

"to see if your really good that is." I teased her which she was offended as she grabbed her scepter and morph into a guitar. She said, "hey, i'm a good singer so fine. One song and that's it ,got it?" I nooded at her as she strung her guitar.

As i sat there listening to her song, i hate to admit she really is good and talented.

Clay's POV

We were still saerching for aaron but no luck. Macy said, "What if he was taken by the hex girl? She'll do something awful to him. You heard what the lady said that no one has ever left the Sppoky Hollow.

I assured her, "don't worry we won't let that happen. Ava any luck finding his signal."

Ava said, "No, i still can't find his signal it's like he's out of range."

Robin said, "not to mentioned strange algorithms. i mean look at that the readings is similar from before."Lance said, "We don't know if we ever find him. Beside i'm tired from all that searching." Axle said, holding a sandwich, "Yeah this forest is so big it'll be hard to find.

MErlock 2.0 said, "We must'nt give knights, remember Aaron is a part of your team. You cannot fight without him."

I said, "Merlock was right, we can't give up. We'll just hope Aaron is ok. If i know him better, he knows how to handle the situation."

Aaron's POV

As she ended, I clapped at her performance and she was pretty amazing. I compliment , "Bravo, Minx you really do have good talent." 

"gee thx i was kinda rusty back there."MInx said.

"Are you kidding? You were playing music and i must say; that was totally awesome. Everyone back in joustum loved your song, even the king and queen like it too."

"they do!? I mean....i was just...had to cover it up coz we would have been discovered. "

"Why won't you let anyone hear your song? That would be cool"

"YEah but i can't coz everytime i play music, my magic powers go wild only when i'm feeling emotionally. Do you remember the special effects? That was actually my powers and it's a good thing it didn't went inside the machines. It would have cause a haywire or might overload the circuit."

"so that explains why the readings went off chart, that was you playing your music. No wonder why my hovershield shut down."

"Ok now that you've finished your tea, i suppose you can leave now beside your fellow knights are worried about you ."

"How do you know?"

She gestured me to the magic mirror and chanted some kind of spell. The mirror began to show a girl inside. "Man sugar Eden is here and ready for-------AHHHHHHH!!! I can't beleive it. Aaron Fox here in the castle. Minx why didn't you tell me you brought a nexo knights. I have so many things to tell you."as she started rambling how cool and awesome i was

I whispered to minx, "How did she know my name?" She said, "that's Eden, seeker of answer. She knows and sees everything. That's why."as turned to Eden and interrupted, "ok Eden i hate to interrupt your compliments but showed me the knights."Eden said, "Are you sure? If thats what you want......" the mirror showed me an image, I saw my friends were looking for me. I guess they were worried as the image faded. Eden siad, "Oooh is it ok can i still talk to aaron."Minx said, "Sorry he has to go."

"But----" as Minx shut her off like a television then turned to me. "YOu better go now."

I said, "I love too but my shield is damaged so i can't...."

She pointed her scepter at my shield and chanted,

Beware so swear

Turn this shield,

Good as knew.

I watched as my shield began to glow almost like revesing time and became good as new. I did'nt she can do that, i'm impressed by her magic. I jumped on my hovershield to test it out, it was working again. I notice MInx was surprised at my shield. "That shield can fly....."she said. "Yeah.....it's called a hovershield, have you seen one of these before?"

"No, it's my first time. Anyway I'll open up the barrier so that you can leave."

She guided me out of the balcony and opened the barrier so i can get out. I was about to leave but stopped and forgot to mentioned."wait listen, there's something i'm willing to ask."I question

"And what's that?"She asked

"Look the king and queen asked you if you can entertained in the Joustum tonight for the annual party."

"What!? They wanted me to play in their party. Sorry about but i can't attend coz i already said that i swear not to set foot again."

"Oh C'mon pls everyone wants to hear your song again. "

"What if they see a hex girl?"

"Simple. Just disguise in your jester form so that no one knows."

"Look i told you i can't and i won't. There's nothing you can do to convince me."

I need to find a way to convince her so i got it. "Ok how about this? Just one song and maybe you'll see it's not so bad. Pls and i promise not to tell anyone about you."

She turned to me then at Doom and thought about it. I know she couldn't missed this chance. I waited for her response and she said, "Y'know for a knight, your extremely annoying. I don't know if i can but i'll think about it. Ok."

"I understand but pls think about it ok. You'll be there at the annual party right. Coz if you don't I'll keep asking you again."

"Haha dream on. Take care Foxboy. And remember don't tell anyone you met me."

"SUre see you around Hex Girl." as i left the castle and went out through the hole of the barrier. When i looked back, i don't see the castle so i head back to knights.

When i arrive there, THe knights found me and they were relieved that i came back safely. THe villagers from KOlan Vilage were surprise as well coz no one has ever left the Spooky HOllow before. We were inside the Fortrex, Merlock 2.0 was glad to see me.

Merlock 2.0 said, "IT's good to have you back aaron."

I said with a smile, "yeah it's good to be back. I'm glad i came back safely."

Robin said, "yeah when we were scanning where you are your signal disappeared. When you came out of the Spooky Hollow, your signal was there i wonder why."

Ava said, "Must have some kind of interference that prevents us from finding you. Your lucky you got out of there."

Macy asked, "Arron, did you saw the hex girl? Did you?"

I couldn't tell her so i said, "NOpe, i didn't see her just woods."

"that's a relief, if you did then you could have been cursed."

"C'mon you don't believe in that stuff, do you" lance said.

"Maybe."

Clay asked, "So tell me Aaron what happend in the Spooky Hollow?"

I gave a smile and said, "Oh let's just i have a second wind."as i surf around the operating room.

(A/N I finished Chapter 5, I have to stop for awhile coz i have lots of studying to do. Don't worry as soon as I'm done studying, I can continue  again so stay tuned)
