Thomas POV

I don't even know why we are fighting... Oh yeah the party...

" NEWT ...OPEN THE DOOR!!"

I shouted banging on the door until the wood splintered abit. God I hadn't meant for this, god it was supposed to be a normal party. My hands where beginning to turn blue and black from bruising before the door opened to revel my blonde Angel pulling a bag out of the room, his limp very evident as he pulled the heavy bag behind him,

" what are you doing?"

I asked in a shaky voice eyeing the luggage, it was big but not too big and I could see the sleeve of his favourite jumper hanging out of the tiny gap where zip met fabric.Newt dropped the bag and straightened up to look at me, I could see tear streaks over his cheeks. His shirt was dirty and scruffed up, his hair clung to his forehead probably because of the rain which had soaked him though and he was shivering terribly. 

" you fucked up Tommy, you really did....it's one thing leaving me alone at a party where I knew no one at all, where I was touched and grabbed against my will but quit another when I manage to get out and I look for you for some sort of comfort i see you sucking faces with a girl!!.."

Newt shouted, I could practically hear the heartbreak and hurt radiating from him as he wrapped his arms around himself,

" newt.. Baby, please listen.. She kissed me and..."

"And you didn't pull away... Why?"

He was shaking and sobbing and all I wanted to do was wrap my arms around him and protect him... Fuck you Teresa for fucking this all up... This is all your fucking fault...

' earlier that day '

" Tommy I'm not to sure about this .."

Newt said nervously, pulling at the maroon shirt he was wearing as we walked toward the house at the end of the road which was pouring out load music.

" newt darling, don't worry they are my friends and we won't stay very long if you feel really uncomfortable, "

Thomas said wrapping his arms around his boyfriends tiny waist and placing a sweet kiss on the porcelain cheek,

" THOMASSSSS,"

A boy shouted as we arrived at the house. He quickly came stumbling out towards us, pulling a brunette beside him, newt curled into my side just a little more, I squeezed him gently in reassurance as the pair came to a halt,

" hiya Thomas! So glad you can make it!"

This was Luke, we had meet about three years ago at a running event, we had kept in contact afterwards and met up a couple of times for lunch and sometimes for a run. He had invited me and newt to his brothers birthday party about two days ago.

" hi Luke, Long time no see"

I said smiling as we hugged, I never let go of newts hand.

" who is this ?"

Luke asked gesturing towards newt,

" Luke this is newt, my boyfriend,"

Luke eyed newt up and down, a predator gleam in his eye as he licked his lips, I felt newt shuddered, I frowned at Luke,

" hi newt, Well come on in guys!"

Luke shouted pulling us inside the house and into a wave of sweaty teenagers.

Luke suddenly pulled us towards the drinks table,

" have fun guys "

He said before leaping into the crowd, I looked at newt who was shuffling nervously,

" hey how about I go and get you some water? I know you don't like alcohol,"

I said and newt smiled at me and nodded, I placed a kiss on his temple and went to get his drink. While I was in my way back to newt a long hand with brightly coloured nails pulled me aside, dropping the drinks in the I stumbled into what seemed to be the living room.

" hey Thomas "

I looked at the girl who had pulled me aside .... Teresa. I had dated T before I found out I was gay and before Newt entered my life.

" you still with the fag?"

She said running a finger down my cheek, I huffed angrily and caught her wrist,

" don't call him that and yes and I am very happy"

I spat and tried to walk away but she clawed at me and smashed her lip gloss covered lips into his.

Newt POV
I watched Thomas walk away when I suddenly felt an arm around my waist, squeezing tightly.

" heeeey newtie cutie.."

I spun around to see Luke, drunk off his ass, with a predator gleam in his eyes.

"U-um hi l-Luke "

I stuttered struggling to get out of his grip, but he just held on tighter,

" Thomas is an awful boyfriend if he just leaves you.."

He said sticking his face into the crook of my neck and breathing in deeply,

" I bet he is awful in other things too... How about in bed? I bet he can't give you what you need...let me show you what it's like to be with a real man"

Luke had slowly been backing me into a alcove and up against a wall. He grabbed my wrists and pinned them to the wall with one hand, I was beginning to become really panicked, all I wanted was Tommy. Luke ripped off afew of  the buttons on my shirt and stuffed his hand under my shirt, pinching my right nipple hard making me whimper in pain as I struggled more.

" Awww how cute, I knew you liked it rough, your to innocent looking not to.."

He smirked beginning to suck a hickey into my neck while his other hand ran down towards my crotch. I felt tears running down my face and Something snapped in me and shoved my knee into his groin. Luke let go and dropped to the ground clutching his area. I stumbled away on shaky legs pulling down my broken ,ripped shirt.
I wrapped my arms around myself and went to look for Thomas. I turned a corner which opened into the living room, I was about to leave when I saw him.... Kissing a girl with dark brown hair.
I stood there frozen, it felt like my heart was a mirror and it had just been shattered by a candlestick.
I ran out of the house and into the street, my limp protested greatly but I just kept going, the rain was like numbed bullets of pain , soaking me to the bone. I ran inside the apartment me and tommy shared and slammed the bedroom door shut and grabbed my suitcase.

' present time'

Newt looked down,

" I can't do this Thomas, I j-just can't... You mean so much to me I can't lose you... I just....why?"

He sank to the ground sobbing and I gathered him in my arms holding him tightly against me,

" I can't lose you either newt, never, you mean the world to me, she was a horrid bitch of and Ex who wanted to get into my pants, I tried to tell her I had the most beautiful fiancé ever but she didn't seem to get it through her drunk mind and I swear the next time I see Luke I'm going to punch him stupid... Hell in going there tomorrow to beat the shit out of him!!"

Newts POV

I snuggled into Thomas chest as he ranted about how he was going to kill the sons of bitchs. I felt so much love from Tommy as he squeezed me close as if he was so afraid if he let go I'd disappear.... Wait.... What had Tommy said when he told his Ex to beat it?... Wait .... What..

My train of thought was cut off as I suddenly felt a weight on my left hand appear. I slowly looked down at my hand and gasped out another sob as I saw a beautiful silver band surrounding my ring finger.

" I know I don't deserve you, and I wish I had a better place and time to do this instead of now but I feel like if I didn't ask now I will never get the chance, Newton I love you so much and I would count every day a blessing from God if I got to spend the rest of my life with you..newt...will you marry me?"

I stared at Thomas for a moment then wrapped my arms tightly around his neck, straddled his lap and slammed my lips into his. It was fierce, passionate. Filled with joy, hurt, heart ache, love and tears.

We pulled away, Thomas' hands cupping my face and staring into his eyes.

"Yes"

Ok look I'm so sorry .. I no I said I was going to update more and I will but I have had a really awful time at the moment including a death in the family and the whole UK leaving the EU thing recently as well as state exams!!😞😞😞 but I'm going to try xxx
