Josh's P.O.V.

After the last confirming text from Chaz and Nick I got ready. "Come on Benji! It's time to go." I called out to him. He came out of the bathroom. "I don't think it's a good idea that we're following them, I'm sure that Chaz and Nick can take care of her." "Yes, that is true but I wanna see what happens first hand plus I wanna regroup with them later and I know you do too secretly." I said triumphantly as Ben began blushing. 

I grabbed Ben's hand and dragged him with me. We began with our first destination to follow the group as they left the hotel. Chaz sent out a text that they were headed somewhere for breakfast. We began following them stealthily. They stopped at a park. I pulled out two tree-hats and placed one on my head and handed the other to Ben. He looked at me like I was crazy. 

"Where did you get these?!?!" He asked confused. "That's for me to know, but that's not what matters right now, we need to know what they're talking about so put it on." I said. Ben slowly put the hat on his head. 

3rd Person P.O.V.

They listened to the group of them talk about random things. All of a sudden a little girl came up and tapped Ben on the shoulder. Ben turned to look at her. "Hey, mister. Why are you wearing a hat with leaves on it?" She asked. Josh began cracking up. Ben thought of an answer. "Because I'm close friends with... the uh... Lorax! and he, he sent me on a very important mission. I was told not to tell anyone but I'll tell you." Ben said, the little girl looked at him, her eyes twinkling. 

"I'm here to speak with the trees and so they know who I am I wore a hat with leaves from the Trufula trees. I am here as an ambassador and I hope that none of the trees think I'm a bore. Hopefully they'll tell me all I need and with the help of the Lorax we can stop the production of thneeds. But you can't tell anyone else, otherwise it won't work. " Ben said looking at the little girl.

She nodded her head. Ben put his ear to the trunk of the tree next to him. "The trees thank you for your service soldier." Ben said saluting. She saluted back. "Goodluck, mister." She said as she ran away.  

"Well, Mr. Ambassador  to the trees, we've got some people to follow and may I just say that you look amazing in that hat, the trees approve." Josh said laughing. "Ha. Ha." Ben said sarcastically. By the time this was over the group had began walking towards their next destination. 

JOsh and Ben took off their hats and Josh stashed them somewhere. They made it to the little cafe they were at. Ben and Josh took a table close to the window but close enough to hear the others. When Josh heard that they were getting ready to leave he grabbed Ben's hand and dashed out of there. 

"Alright here's how it goes-" "once we win and we will be winning." Ben said cutting off Josh. "Well, yes but I need you to bump into Evalina." "What?" "Yeah like walk into her." "Why can't you do it?" Ben asked. "Because I'm not the one in love." Josh said smirking. When Josh saw the others nearing the door he began walking, pulling Ben. 

Josh pulled Ben along then threw him towards the door. Before Ben could react he felt himself collide with another person. Ben fell on the floor and the other person had been caught. Ben opened his eyes and looked up to see Evalina. Her eyes were scrunched up and her nose was crinkled. Ben thought she looked cute. 

Evalina got caught by Nick. "Thanks, Nick." Evalina looked down and was surprised to see Ben. "Sorry for bumping into you Ben... and Josh?" She said as she saw Ben help Josh up. Josh smirked, his plan worked perfectly. Josh knew that Evalina was a sweetheart and that she would invite them to hang out. "Are you okay Benji?" Josh asked looking at Ben. "Off course Joshie-pooh." Ben said. This caused Nick, Chaz, and Evalina to laugh. "You okay, Evie? I didn't mean to walk into anyone, much less you." Ben said apologetically. JOsh felt slightly guilty that he intentionally pushed Ben into Evalina. 

"It's fine. Do you guys wanna join us? We're heading to one of the rehearsal rooms in the theater. I said I would do a dance with Adrian and I can help out guys with choreography, that is if you need it, I mean you guys are a lot better than me..." She said beginning to ramble. Everyone chuckled at her behavior. Ben smiled at her thinking about how cute her rambling tendencies were. 

"It's fine and we'd love to, we didn't have any plans." Josh said cutting her off. Evalina blushed when she realized she was still in Nick's arms. Nick realized this too and blushed harder setting her on the ground. Ben felt something strike at his heart. Jelously? It quickly ended when he saw her wearing his hoodie. "Thanks for catching me, Nick." "No problem." He  responded rubbing the back of his neck. 

"Hey I-" Adrian stopped in his tracks seeing a smiling Ben and a smirking Josh. He clenched his fists until his knuckles turned white. "Hey, A. Turns out, Josh and Ben are coming with us. They wanted to practice." Evalina said turning to Adrian before he could say anything. He faked a smile. "Great... the more the merrier." 

Josh came up with an idea to annoy Adrian even more. "Let's have a race." Josh said. "Where are we gonna run to and from?" Ben asked. "This is not running, well not just running, we're gonna be doing a piggy back race." Josh declared. Adrian looked at Josh suspiciously, his gaze never drifting away. "I'll judge." Chaz declared. "I call divs on Evalina." Nick said. 

"You can't call divs on a person." Ben pouted. Josh nodded, he wanted Ben to carry Evalina. "Rock, paper scissors! " Josh declared. So Ben and Nick 'battled' it out.
