Katherine felt his eyes on her . Her long brown hair over one shoulder . She used her black pen and copied down the notes on the board in front of her .
It still boggled her mind how Jack Kelly got in AP Literature. And how he maintained his C- or higher .

Jack looked at her . Her small hands were chalked up with ink stains and her hair falling down behind her . Jack used his pencil that he was supposed to be using to take notes in Shakespeare , to tap against his hands . He finally decided to start jotting down notes like the rest of his classmates .

Jack then began to draw. He drew the brunette in front of him . Her hair swirls , the ink on her fingertips . The small outline of her face .

"Mr. Kelly ! This isn't art class!" Mrs. Hobbs said from the board . "I get it !" He said back . His best Friedan Davey shook his head and laughed . Davey sat to the left of Katherine and I front of Jack .

Jack decided that maybe a good old fashioned note might tell Katherine how he's feeling , and that he wants a date with her .
