Medda  ! The Match Maker

The young Jack Kelly sat down at Medda , the match makers table .

"So tell me about your upbringing and all" Medda said . The Torah near by and a fire roaring .

"At three I started Hebrew School , at ten I learned a trade . I've heard they're picking a bride for me ... I hope ... She pretty ... I'm a son ." Jack said "arranged marriages are tradition "

"Interesting ... What's your trade ?" Medda asked .

"Painter ... Homes , walls , and artwork as well " he said taking a sip of the tea .

"Any how much would you say you make a month ?"

"Around 259998.00 for a bad month ... 412746.83 ruble a good month " Jack said a took a sip of the tea again .

"Oi ! That's more than enough to support one wife ! You could support 13 !"

"Well ... I get much of the money by selling my original art works to travelers and big cities " Jack said .

"That's wonderful ! And the Rabbi's son ! What about your brother ?"

"My brother will be the next Rabbi ... "

"But your the eldest -"

"And I want to marry and live my life as a painter ... Not that I don't love God ... I just want to do some more with my life Medda " Jack said .

"Alright .... You best be one your way ... I have some young men and women coming to meet me today " she said . Jack began to walk out the door .

"Oh ! Please make sure she's pretty " Jack said and bowed leaving .
