(3rd Person)
Kayleigh opened her eyes as the morning light poured into her and Jack's room. She rolled over, seeing Jack still asleep.
"Jack," she shook him gently trying to wake him up. After he didn't respond after her third try, she kissed his lips knowing he's awake because he kissed back. She pulled away before he opened his eyes.
"Mornin'," he said to her.
"Morning," she replied about to get out of bed, but he held her back. "Jack, we need to get up," she laughed.
"Just a couple more minutes," he replied kissing her below her ear and moving down her neck.
"Jack," she said again. "You're gonna be late for work," she told him even though he didn't care. She pulled away and kissed him on the lips not caring any more either.
Their door suddenly opened revealing their little girl, Matilda, on the other side. They immediately pull away as Matilda walks over to them.
"Morning, Mama. Morning Papa," she greeted them.
"We'll finish dis lata," Jack whispers in Kay's ear before walking over to their little girl. Kayleigh gets out of bed and follows them into their babies' room.
....
A knock on the door signalizing someone's here makes Kay look up and saunter over to the door opening it up.
"Hey, Abs," she greeted opening the door a bit more so her friend can come in.
"Hey, Kay," she walks in giving Kayleigh a small hug.
"What brings you here," Kayleigh asks.
"I thought I would come over for a visit. Skittery is with Charlie, Mason, Lydia, Grover, and Christine while I have the pleasure of visiting and running errands with Eponine," she says gesturing to her little girl. Eponine waves being shy like her mother.
"Can I go play with Tilley?" Eponine asks.
"Sure, go right ahead," Kayeigh answers before Eponine runs over to the other little girl who was playing with the babies.
"So, how's everything?" Abby asks starting conversation.
"A little challenging with all the kids, but it's great. How's everything with Skittery and the kids?" Kayleigh asks back.
"Probably not as challenging as your 9 little ones, but great," she answers. They talk a bit more before Abby and Eponine leave to finish errands.
Kayleigh walks back over to her typewriter and types away working hard on one of the articles she's writing. She looks up every couple of minutes to check on the kids.
Kayleigh smiles to herself as she sees Matilda making her little ones giggle. Everything was... perfect and she couldn't have asked for anything better or anything else. She had everything she needed right there. Amazing kids, a loving husband, caring friends and family, a good job- she couldn't be happier.
