We walked through the streets of Manhattan selling our papers. People bought papers here and there. The headlnes were terrible like always but we just 'improved the truth a little.' We, soon, sold them all and were heading back to the lodging house. I walked next to him as he took my hand in his. I looked down at our intertwined hands and smiled up at him. We have only been together for a couple weeks and everything has been great. Except we haven't kissed yet. I guess the perfect moment hasn't come yet. We were only a couple blocks away when it started raining. I let go of his hand and ran out in the middle of the road. My blonde hair was already dripping wet, but I didn't care. I love the rain. I smiled and Snipeshooter ran up to me.

"I love the rain," I tell him as I look up at the sky. I looked back down and his brown eyes met my hazel ones. He leaned forward and I knew what was happening. My heart hammered in my chest. I met him halfway and our lips met. His hands held my waist as mine wrapped around his neck. I leaned my head to the side to deepen the kiss. Shots of electricity shoot through me. Rain hit my cheeks as we kissed. We both pulled away and smiled at each other.

Me too," he said to me talking about the rain. He grabbed my hand once again and we continued walking. We walked slowly not caring about anything, just enjoying each others' company. I leaned my head on his shoulder as we walked. We walked past the lodging house not wanting to go in just yet. We just continued walking through the rain and I could't have loved it more.
