I was walking down one of the Manhattan streets trying to sell my papers when a hand grabbed onto me. One arm wrapped around my waist and the other was blocking my mouth. I was roughly pushed in an alley. The person let go of me and threw me against the wall. I looked up to see Oscar and Morris smirking down at me. Morris came over to me and grabbed my hand and pinned me against the wall.

"Where's ya little bodygaurd, tootsie," Oscar said while Morris got very close to my face. I looked to the side not wanting him to get any closer. I kneed him in the stomach. He let go of my hands and Oscar came at me as Morris backed away holding his stomach. I was about to run away, but he grabbed me again and pushed me against the wall again. He punched me in the jaw and was about to hit me again. Then, Spot ran into the alley and grabbed Oscar. He puched him multiple times before Oscar fell to the ground unconscious. He, then, went up to Morris who had regained his strengh and started at Spot. Morris tried to throw puches at Spot, but he easily dodged them and puched Morris back. Punches were thrown at Morris before he fell to the ground next to his brother unconscious.

"Cassidye, are ya okay?" Spot asked once they were both down.

"I'm fine," I said in sort of and angry tone. I moved my short brown hair out of my face. Spot looked at me questioningly.

"What's da madda?" he asked raising his voice a little.

"You didn't have to do that. I had them," I told him.

"Yeah I did. If it weren't fa me, ya would have gotten beaten up pretty bad," he said looking at my jaw that now has a bruise on it. He was partly right, but I still could've taken them.

"Well, I did take care of Morris and I could've taken care of Oscar. Sure they wouldn't be unconscious, but it would have given me some time to run," I explained gesturing to Oscar and Morris.

"Okay, Okay, fine, I'm sorry," Spot said giving up. I smiled knowing I won.

"It's okay," I gave him a small hug as a thank you. "Thank you, though. For being there," I said smiling up at him.

"Ya welcome," Spot smiled back before giving me a kiss on the lips. I pulled away and intertwined my hand in his as we leftt the alley.
