Where should I start with this?
I have not forgotten about this story. If anything it's the exact opposite.

I am still writing and planning out the storyline.

Is that shocking? I'm sorry if it is.

A lot has changed with this story.
For starters, the characters. The storyline itself. Even the title.

What I meant by in the last part of I'm a lot more mature now I... Well I am more mature and that's how that effects this.
I'm going to be completely honest during this. I am going to speak my full mind because I want this update to be as truthful and honest as possible. Thus everything on here will be... Raw? Haha I hope that makes sense.

I take writing very serious now. Whether it's writing for a class assignment, because I want to write something or for one of my stories.
Thus, I take my stories and writing very seriously now. They mean a lot to me and... Now I write with a sense and a bit of hope that they could be an actual book one day.
This ties a lot into Anime Crusaders. So much has changed with this story... And I'm going to tell y'all how much has changed without spoiling my own story lol.

Where to start? I think I'll start with the small and medium topics first. And save the biggest change that has been made for last. So.. The first change..

Anime Crusaders is no longer called... Anime Crusaders. It is now called The Keepers.

There are so many reasons I made this change. I can't name one of the biggest ones for spoiler purposes. But another one of the biggest ones is this.
I hated that title. Ever since I created the story I disliked the title Anime Crusaders. I tried thinking of different titles but nothing grabbed me like how Anime Crusaders did.

Until a few months ago.

I had decided to take gym for both semesters for my freashman year. I was unaware that in gym you would have a sex ed class for 2 weeks. I was not bothered by this. It wasn't teaching us how babies were born but why it's best to wait until marriage for sex.

And yes I realize I'm "saying" the word sex very casually. I have been since I took that class and I'm not exactly sure why lol. I'm getting off topic--

The women teaching us had taught us the word 'Keepers' which meant to guard or protect. And the second I heard the word my mind just... Clicked.
I feel like The Keepers fits the story perfectly. And I still feel that way.

The next change is character wise.
All the characters are older. And new ones I have been added. Because of a recent decision I made, which I will tell y'all last, Most characters are being re-written, re-designed or both. And more are being added.

I think it's time for me to announce the biggest change of all. And I'm gonna be blunt and just get straight to the point.

The whole traveling to different animes thing... Isn't a thing anymore.

My reason for this is many different ones. But I think the quickest way to list them is to show y'all me discussing this with a very close friend of mine.

Anything that covered or crossed out is a spoiler or something close to a spoiler.

And... That's why.

I want everything in this story to come from me. There was so much in the storyline that I wanted to change but couldn't get to because of the whole anime thing. With this choice I have more freedom to characters, story, etc.

I know that with this choice I am having to scrap 95% of the storyline. But I am willing to do that so I can... Write this story the way I want to write it! So that it can actually make sense!
